August is moving fast, and it’s time for another GDCy gathering!
Since we had such a great time at Gerrard’s Kitchen & Bar last month, we thought… why not do it ONE MORE TIME?
While a big part of the game industry will be busy networking at gamescom, the rest of us will be doing exactly the same thing — just with a little more Cyprus in the mix.
Join us on August 28th for our usual GDCy vibes:

⚪️A relaxed Cyprus summer atmosphere
Different location from gamescom — same industry, same conversations, same networking mission. And maybe slightly fewer kilometers walked between meetings 😄

And for the first time ever, the festival will have a dedicated European guest tap!

🍺 DDH Madhouse — DDH IPA

⚫ September 4
⚫ The Warehouse, Limassol
More than 25 taps will bring together new seasonal releases from Cyprus craft breweries, plus some special guests from Europe.
How it works:
⚫ Festival glass at the entrance — €5
⚫ Full glass of beer — €6
⚫ Half glass of beer — €3, so you can taste more and (hopefully) still remember your favorites
And beer is only part of the plan:
🏴☠️ Pirate costumes, games & competitions
🍔 Food from Hungry Angry + more other tasty options
🥩 Jerky from GiraBio
🎸 Rock music powered by ROCK FM
❄️ And, very importantly for September in Cyprus — AIR CONDITIONING!

An island of one million people. 415 game companies. Over €3.2 billion earned from games in 2025. Per head of population, no country in the world has more game companies, more games revenue or more game installs than Cyprus.
But this had never been counted. Pulling all the data together was one of our main goals for this year, and today we can finally say it's done.🎉
Thank you to everyone who shared their numbers, wrote for it, checked our maths, supported us through their memberships and partnerships, and answered yet another email or message from us.
