Business Development Manager (BDM)

Продуктовая IT компания, которая занимается разработкой и поддержкой высоконагруженных проектов для крупных компаний, в том числе с мировой известностью, основная часть которых представляет собой B2B решения развлекательной, игровой и спортивной тематики, находится в поисках Senior Business Development Manager в г. Лимасол.

Офис в Лимасоле.

Чем предстоит заниматься:
-Развивать бизнес в LATAM и отвечать за рост метрик
-Самостоятельно вести направление и принимать ключевые решения
-Работать на стыке продукта, маркетинга и платежей - синхронизировать команды
-Искать и реализовывать точки роста через продуктовый подход
-Работать с партнёрами и рынком

Что ожидаем:
-Опыт на аналогичной роли от 5 лет
-Понимание iGaming (или смежных индустрий) и желание глубоко погружаться в продукт
-Умение работать с данными: не просто смотреть цифры, а делать выводы и принимать решения
-Сильные коммуникации: умение выстраивать диалог между разными командами
-Самостоятельность и зрелость - брать на себя направление и доводить задачи до результата без постоянного контроля
-Стратегическое мышление: видеть точки роста и уметь их реализовывать
-Опыт работы с несколькими стейкхолдерами и кросс-функциональными командами
-Английский от B1/B2

Будет плюсом:
Владение испанским языком
