Опыт работы Project Manager / Operations Manager от 3 лет
Опыт построения и оптимизации процессов: аудит текущей системы, выявление узких мест, разработка и внедрение новых процессов
Опыт управления изменениями — от постановки проблемы и разработки решения до внедрения и оценки результата
Опыт работы с метриками: определение показателей, регулярный сбор и анализ данных, использование метрик для улучшения процессов

Что предстоит делать:
• Проводить ручное и автоматизированное тестирование продукта;
• Разрабатывать тест-кейсы и поддерживать автотесты;
• Тестировать пользовательские интерфейсы, интеграции и функциональность продукта end-to-end;
• Взаимодействовать с командой разработки, выявлять и сопровождать исправление дефектов.
Мы ищем кандидата, который:
• Имеет 5+ лет коммерческого опыта в QA;
• Отлично знает Python, Pytest, Playwright,
• Будет плюсом Docker и CI/CD;
• Имеет опыт как ручного, так и автоматизированного тестирования;
• Обладает сильными аналитическими навыками и вниманием к деталям.

I'm seeking a Payments & Payouts Officer to manage the lifecycle of funds in a high-velocity Forex environment. You’ll ensure seamless capital movement from deposits to multi-currency withdrawals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits/withdrawals (Wire, SEPA, E-wallets)
• Perform daily bank & PSP reconciliations
• Handle transfer exceptions & stuck payments
• Monitor PSP gateways & analyze financial KPIs
• Leverage Google Workspace & collaborative tools for automation

Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in FX, Fintech, or Treasury
• Expert in Google Sheets & Workspace
• Strong Forex & Crypto understanding
• High precision & speed under cutoff times
