Международная iGaming-компания. Ищем молодого и заряженного специалиста, который будет помогать командам улучшать операционные процессы с помощью AI.

Ищем project-oriented специалиста, который способен прийти в любой отдел, разобраться в задаче, найти точки для оптимизации, подобрать подходящие AI-инструменты и самостоятельно довести решение до запуска.

Что предстоит делать:
• Анализировать процессы разных команд: маркетинг, HR, саппорт, продажи, операционные функции и др.
• Находить задачи, которые можно ускорить, упростить или автоматизировать с помощью AI.
• Подбирать оптимальный набор AI-инструментов и подходов под конкретную задачу.
• Тестировать новые модели и инструменты и быстро внедрять те, которые дают результат.
• Создавать AI-агентов и автоматизированные процессы, в том числе с использованием современных решений вроде OpenClaw.
• При необходимости самостоятельно собирать внутренние инструменты и прототипы с помощью AI/vibe coding.
• Следить за развитием AI-индустрии, новыми моделями, инструментами и подходами и понимать, где они реально могут принести пользу бизнесу.

Кого мы ищем:
• Практический и регулярный опыт использования AI для решения разных рабочих задач.
• Хорошее понимание современных LLM и AI-инструментов: чем отличаются модели, какую модель лучше использовать под конкретную задачу, какие у них ограничения.
• Понимание основ промптинга и умение выстраивать эффективные AI-процессы.
• Опыт автоматизации процессов с помощью AI будет большим плюсом.
• Понимание рисков и ограничений AI, в том числе галлюцинаций и необходимости проверки результатов.
• Способность самостоятельно разобраться в новой технологии, протестировать её и понять, как применить в бизнесе.
• Системное мышление: умеете разложить процесс на этапы и понять, где именно AI может дать максимальный эффект.
• Высокая инициативность и ориентация на быстрый практический результат.
• Локация — Кипр или готовность к релокации.

Важно:
Нам не нужен технарь/разработчик, который будет заниматься исключительно кодом и инфраструктурой.
Нам нужен человек, который понимает бизнес-процессы и умеет улучшать операционку с помощью AI.

Будет большим плюсом, если в CV или кейсах вы сможете показать конкретные примеры:
— какую задачу решали;
— какие AI-инструменты использовали;
— что именно внедрили;
— какой получили результат.
