🚀 Lead Software Architect / Tech Lead — FinTech & Web3

🌍 Remote | Part-time / Flexible | ~10–15h/week

Мы создаём новый FinTech/Web3 продукт с нуля для международного рынка — real-time trading, marketplace mechanics, liquidity routing, financial/Web3 integrations и собственный financial ledger.

Ищем hands-on Lead Software Architect / Tech Lead, который возьмёт на себя техническое направление проекта и будет работать вместе с небольшой senior-командой из 2–3 разработчиков.

🔥 Что предстоит делать:

• Формировать Architecture Vision & System Architecture
• Проектировать сервисы, transaction/order lifecycle и state machines
• Архитектура execution & liquidity routing
• Financial ledger: balances, reservations, positions, transactions
• Real-time processing & WebSockets
• Интеграции с Financial / Liquidity / Web3 providers
• Blockchain / wallet infrastructure
• Concurrency, idempotency, fault tolerance & recovery
• Security, observability & production readiness
• Technical decomposition & code reviews
• Hands-on участие в реализации критичных компонентов

💻 Tech stack:

Node.js / TypeScript, Go, Rust или Java
PostgreSQL • Redis • RabbitMQ / Kafka / NATS • REST / WebSocket • Docker • Cloud

🎯 Нам нужен человек с:

• Сильным production experience в backend & distributed systems architecture
• Глубоким пониманием transactional consistency, concurrency, idempotency, DB transactions & locking
• Опытами event-driven architecture, state machines, HA/fault tolerance, reconciliation и observability
• Production experience в FinTech / Payments / Trading / Crypto / Web3 / Marketplaces будет большим плюсом

Web3/EVM experience — преимущество, глубокий Solidity не обязателен.

🤖 Что ещё важно

Активно используем AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code и аналоги) для implementation, testing и code review.

На старте вы будете напрямую работать с founders/product side, иметь высокую степень самостоятельности и реальное влияние на архитектуру продукта.

Architecture Vision → System & Component Architecture → Ledger & Data Model → Order/Execution Model → Failure Scenarios → Infrastructure Decisions → MVP Roadmap.
