✔️ 3+ years of experience in QA or QC within the payments industry or related fintech sectors;
✔️ Understanding of payment flows (cards, APMs, open banking, crypto);
✔️ Basic knowledge of PSP dashboards, back-office systems, or QA tools (Postman, JIRA, Asana);
✔️ Strong Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools (AR% analysis, decline reason analysis);
✔️ Fluent Russian, English level B1+.

📌 Key Priorities & Responsibilities:
• Build, automate, and maintain core marketing reports and dashboards (FTDs, CAC, LTV, ROAS, campaign performance)
• Conduct deep-dive funnel & customer cohort analyses to monitor retention and trader behavior
• Bridge marketing analytics with commercial metrics (deposits, trading volumes, NGR/GGR) to evaluate profitability

📌 Requirements & Key Qualifications:

Ищем финансового директора, который выстроит работу финансового блока группы компаний. Это роль для человека, который умеет не только управлять процессами и командой, но и самостоятельно запускать новые процессы. Важны понимание движения денег в структуре компаний, стратегический взгляд на финансовые и налоговые вопросы и готовность работать с практическими задачами.

Чем предстоит заниматься:
• Организовывать финансовые процессы в юрлицах группы: учёт, отчётность, налоговые обязательства и intercompany-расчёты.
• Контролировать работу с банковскими счетами, счетами у платёжных провайдеров и договорной базой; следить за сроками и условиями контрактов.
• Выстраивать порядок согласования платежей, единые регламенты и точки контроля для команды и подрядчиков.
• Ставить задачи внешним бухгалтерам, аудиторам, налоговым и корпоративным консультантам; проверять результаты и соблюдение сроков.
• Организовывать управленческую, бухгалтерскую, налоговую и иную необходимую отчётность. Развивать регулярные сводки для руководства по остаткам, задолженностям, обязательствам и рискам.
• Участвовать в бюджетировании, финансовом контроле и поиске эффективных решений для движения средств внутри группы.

Что для нас важно:
• От 5 лет опыта в финансах, включая не менее 2 лет на позиции Head of Finance или финансового директора.
• Опыт в iGaming обязательно
• Опыт работы с несколькими юрисдикциями и понимание кипрской специфики: отчётности, налогов и аудита.
• Опыт управления внешними подрядчиками и аутсорс-бухгалтерией.
• Английский — от Upper-Intermediate, свободный русский.
• Системность, умение выстраивать процессы и добиваться результата через команду — при готовности самостоятельно погружаться в задачи.
