We’re currently looking for a skilled and driven Finance Associate to join our Limassol office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our finance operations and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, international company.


📊 Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and providing documents to an outsourced accounting firm.
· Help track and update financial statements.
· Support P&L report preparation for our group of companies.
· Reconcile internal platforms with PSPs/banks.
· Prepare daily and monthly cash flow balances.
· Process invoices, payments, and manage petty cash.
· Assist with performance pay outs and affiliate commissions.
· Liaise with other departments to gather financial information.
· Communicate with external parties (auditors, tax consultants, etc.).
· Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in fintech.
· Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
· Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
· Excellent time management and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
· A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of fintech is a bonus, but not required.
