🏢 Talent Acquisition

At JetBrains, we create intelligent tools that help developers work smarter. For more than 25 years, our products – including IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, WebStorm, Rider, TeamCity, and many others – have been shaping the global software ecosystem. Millions of developers and thousands of companies worldwide rely on JetBrains tools to build, ship, and scale their software.
We’re looking for a Resource Manager (Planning and Staffing) to partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and division leads, HR business partners, and the Finance department. In this role, you will own workforce planning and headcount governance, help leaders make clear staffing trade-offs, and turn hiring demand into predictable, high-quality outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of business planning, hiring execution, reporting, and internal mobility. Although recruiting execution is distributed across the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, you will be responsible for the quality, visibility, prioritization, and predictability of the overall staffing plan.
In this role, you will:
• Own and maintain department workforce plans, including headcount, open roles, timing, priorities, and statuses.
• Ensure staffing plans stay accurate, up to date, and aligned with approved budgets, headcount allocation, and company-wide governance.
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, business unit leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners, and the Finance department.
• Translate business goals into clear staffing priorities, surface trade-offs early, and help leaders make realistic decisions when capacity or budget is constrained.
• Facilitate role scoping and intake discussions to clarify business needs, required capabilities, appropriate role levels (seniority and scope), target profiles, evaluation approaches, and hiring timelines, ensuring consistent level calibration and improving forecast accuracy.
• Turn staffing priorities into an executable hiring roadmap and ensure the Talent Acquisition team has the inputs, alignment, and decision clarity needed to deliver.
• Identify and remove blockers such as unclear role requirements, unrealistic expectations, compensation mismatches, interview capacity issues, slow decision-making, or process friction.
• Provide regular leadership updates, forward-looking forecasts, and scenario planning, including business impact, delivery risks, and recommendations for course correction.
• Support business review and planning cycles with clear staffing updates, hiring outlooks, and what-if scenarios related to demand, timing, attrition, and budget.
• Govern headcount allocation, replacement logic, and internal mobility moves to ensure staffing decisions reflect the real organization and approved capacity.
• Advise on alternatives to external hiring where appropriate, including internal mobility, temporary rotations, outsourcing/outstaffing, or role redesign.
• Improve staffing processes, reporting quality, data accuracy, and working agreements across the department.
• Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices by clearly defining roles, consistently evaluating candidates, and paying attention to diverse candidate pipelines.
• Support senior-level or business-critical hiring processes when additional coordination or support is needed.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
• Have experience in workforce planning, staffing, recruiting operations, talent operations, HR business partnering, or another cross-functional role at the intersection of people, planning, and execution.
• Are comfortable working with headcount plans, budgets, forecasts, and leadership reporting.
• Use data and analytics to derive clear conclusions, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Understand hiring processes and the factors that affect delivery, quality, and candidate experience.
• Can build trust with senior stakeholders and challenge unrealistic or unclear requests in a constructive way.
• Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring streams, and balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Understand the importance of equitable and inclusive hiring practices and apply this in role definition, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes.
• Can communicate clearly in English and handle sensitive information with sound judgment.
• Are highly organized, reliable, and able to bring structure to ambiguity.
We’d be especially thrilled if you have:
• Experience in a global tech company.
• Worked with workforce planning or HR systems (HRIS, ATS).
• Supported internal mobility, organizational planning, or headcount governance processes.
• Improved staffing processes, reporting, or operating cadences at scale
• Experience working in a large, multi-team organization with many parallel priorities.
Why join JetBrains?

Founding ML Engineer (Spectrum)
JetBrains
📍 Limassol, Paphos
🏢 Spectrum
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Software engineers and AI agents alike suffer from the same problem: finding that one person or place that will answer their tough, specific question. Many solutions promise to solve this with similarity search in vector databases. Unfortunately, finding the answer is often a puzzle with pieces to be collected across a myriad of contradictory sources and cannot be solved without surgical search and careful reasoning.
Spectrum collects data from an organization’s code, docs, and issues, and organizes knowledge in a unified ontology that AI agents can efficiently search through and reason over. We aim to revolutionize the semantic layer space for software-building organizations and move beyond specs that fall out of sync with code, introducing a living spec – one that’s extracted from the whole system and used to keep it aligned. Spectrum is meant to be the single source of truth for all product and architectural knowledge.
Spectrum is a resident of JetBrains' startup incubator, with startup speed and autonomy, and backed by 25 years of developer tooling expertise. We are looking for a top-class ML Engineer who will help us shape the future of software development. You will own our AI and ML engineering stack and help define the research agenda for our team. Your technical vision and design decisions will directly shape the product and determine its success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and building the ML/LLM solution for data ingestion, knowledge extraction, retrieval, and subsequent reasoning.
• Creating the datasets, metrics, and pipelines that drive measurable improvements across the system.
• Architecting and improving agents for context retrieval, knowledge extraction, and data alignment, which includes prompt engineering, model selection, and inference optimization.
• Establishing MLOps practices, including orchestration, observability, and experiment tracking.
• Collaborating with the engineering team on system design and with JetBrains Research on the research agenda.
• Defining hiring criteria, growing the ML team, and shaping the ML team culture.
We expect you to have:
• A proven track record as an ML/AI Lead.
• At least five years of experience in ML/AI systems, with at least two years focused on LLMs and generative AI.
• A deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem, including model architectures and fine-tuning approaches.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Prompt engineering and LLM pipeline design, including evaluation.
• Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, smolagents, or an equivalent.
• Vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
• Deploying and scaling LLM-powered applications using APIs (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic) or open-source models.
• Strong Python skills – Kotlin knowledge would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Our ideal candidate would have:
• Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, or graph-based reasoning.
• Experience in early-stage startups – you enjoy the zero-to-one phase.
• The ability to think strategically about product-led AI, beyond just training models in isolation.
• A background in code analysis, developer tools, or software engineering research.
• Experience with multi-agent systems or complex agentic workflows.
• Actively contributed to relevant open-source projects or publications.
What we offer
• A competitive salary and JetBrains benefits.
• A generous runway and corporate resources with startup autonomy.

C++/Kotlin Software Developer (RustRover Debugger)
JetBrains
📍 Limassol
🏢 Rust Engineering
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
C++/Kotlin Software Developer (RustRover Debugger)
You care deeply about how developer tools are built, especially when it comes to the intricacies of debugging. You enjoy solving complex, low-level problems and want to make the Rust ecosystem better for everyone.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Rust is growing fast. To give the community a dedicated, smart IDE, we released RustRover, a core part of which is the debugger. Right now, it sets a high bar, but there's plenty of room to push it further – both by building new features and by untangling tricky configurations.
As a Software Developer on the RustRover team, you’ll take ownership of the RustRover debugger's state, driving its development across two interconnected parts: the OS-specific C++ debugger (LLDB or GDB) and the IntelliJ-based Java/Kotlin client. You’ll work independently but collaborate closely with our flat, cross-functional team of developers, QA specialists, and support engineers to make debugging Rust applications smoother and more reliable.
Day to day, you will:
• Improve and expand the RustRover debugger across its C++ backend and Java/Kotlin frontend.
• Implement new IDE run/debug configurations, such as remote development support.
• Enhance Rust expression evaluation capabilities.
• Investigate and fix OS-specific SIGSEGV errors in C++ code from LLDB.
• Design clear, maintainable code and ensure the algorithms behind it are sound.
What you’ll bring
• A genuine interest in making development and debugging more convenient.
• Comfort taking ownership of complex problems and figuring things out.
• An appreciation for clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• A proactive approach to communication and the ability to work independently.
• Openness to diverse opinions and the ability to explain your reasoning clearly.
• A drive to master new approaches, technologies, and paradigms.
What you’ll need
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
• A solid understanding of system programming and multi-process communication.
• A strong grasp of software development processes and life cycles.
• Basic knowledge of Java or Kotlin, or a readiness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with compiler development, LLVM/LLDB, or low-level debugging on various OS platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience with other languages like Rust, Clojure, Python, Ruby, or Haskell is also a plus.
What success looks like
Success in this role means you're independently driving improvements in the RustRover debugger, bridging the gap between the C++ backend and the Kotlin/Java client. You are actively solving complex configuration issues, introducing reliable new features, and leaving the codebase cleaner than you found it. Ultimately, you are earning the trust of the Rust community by making their debugging experience significantly smoother.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
• Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
• Internal events. Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

Technical Product Manager (IntelliJ Scala Plugin)
JetBrains
📍 Limassol, Paphos
🏢 Scala
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
At JetBrains, we care deeply about developer tools and the code-writing experience. The Scala plugin for IntelliJ IDEA helps developers work with Scala every day. Supporting that experience means understanding real-world development workflows, staying close to user needs, and continuously improving the tools developers rely on.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help improve IntelliJ IDEA’s Scala support. This is a hands-on role focused on understanding developer needs and turning them into practical product improvements. You will work closely with engineers, experiment with modern Scala projects and tooling, analyze user feedback, investigate pain points in areas such as build systems, debugging, and code insight, and test ideas through prototypes and direct user interaction.
Our goal is to provide developers with a reliable and productive environment for working with Scala and its ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who enjoys developer tools, understands technical trade-offs, and likes improving products through close collaboration with both users and engineers.
In this role, you will:
• Own the product vision for the Scala plugin, ensuring it provides fast, correct, and trustworthy IDE support that evolves with the language.
• Analyze product usage statistics and run a consistent pipeline of user interviews to ground decisions in real workflows.
• Use IntelliJ IDEA with the Scala plugin daily – dogfooding features, catching regressions, and validating the developer experience first-hand.
• Maintain and develop reference projects that serve as showcases for new features, material for conference demos, and a living test bed for DX quality.
• Own and continuously adapt the plugin roadmap for short-term release goals, mid-term initiatives, and longer-term projects related to the Scala ecosystem.
• Align plugin planning with Scala compiler releases and IntelliJ IDEA release trains.
• Make judgments about trade-offs and say "no" when cost, risk, or maintenance burden outweighs user value.
• Define problem statements, success criteria, and scope for features, and then collaborate with engineers to validate and refine them.
• Represent core Scala stakeholders – developers and library authors – and prioritize recurring pain points, for example, false positives, slow analysis, unreliable refactorings, onboarding pain points, and AI agent integrations.
• Coordinate with Developer Advocates, the IntelliJ IDEA and Marketing teams, and other JetBrains teams.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has professional software development experience in Scala (this is a must).
• Has at least five years of experience in technical product management or a comparable role in a complex technical domain.
• Works closely with the product instead of relying solely on reports and meetings.
• Has experience with AI coding tools and agents, and curiosity about how they are reshaping developer workflows.
• Can define clear roadmaps with problem statements, success criteria, and explicit trade-offs.
• Has strong communication skills in English – written and spoken – for both technical peers and executive audiences.
• Is ready to represent the product externally at conferences, in blog posts, and in community interactions.
• Takes the developer experience personally – not as an abstract metric, but as something they feel in their own daily workflow.
We'd be especially thrilled if you:
• Have experience developing IntelliJ Platform plugins or working with the IntelliJ Platform SDK, or have other technical experience with language tooling and IDEs.
• Have built or contributed to evaluation pipelines, benchmarks, or quality measurement systems.
• Have given technical talks or published content aimed at developer audiences.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.

Senior Software Developer (AI Agents & Integrations)
JetBrains
📍 Limassol, Paphos
🏢 Air ADE Agents & Integrations
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Are you a senior software developer who views LLMs not as a magic fix, but as components of a larger, complex system? Do you want to move past superficial prompt engineering to design deep, asynchronous workflows that make AI agents reliably useful for real-world developers and take ownership of technical decisions in a culture that treats engineering as a craft?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
AI coding agents are shifting how software is built, but making them truly effective within an IDE requires solving difficult orchestration and integration problems. Within the Air ADE Agents & Integrations team, our goal is to take existing agents – such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Junie – and integrate them deeply into the Air ecosystem across desktop, web, and cloud surfaces.
This is a backend-oriented engineering role where you will influence the core business logic that connects AI agent capabilities with everyday developer workflows. Rather than focusing solely on LLM training, you will solve problems around context management, tool orchestration, and error recovery. You will work closely with our core product engineers and specialized AI/ML teams to translate open-ended developer interactions into highly responsive, concurrent technical architectures. You will have full ownership over how these systems are built, directly impacting how millions of developers interact with AI tools.
Day to day, you will:
• Design, implement, and develop the core product and business logic for agent-based developer workflows in Air.
• Build deep integrations between Air product surfaces, external APIs, local CLIs, and AI coding agents.
• Improve the end-to-end user experience for agents, covering setup, context handling, task execution, and failure recovery.
• Write highly concurrent and asynchronous logic to manage multi-step agent interactions reliably.
• Use AI agents and assistants in your daily development work to analyze their limitations and improve our workflows from firsthand experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code, lead technical design discussions, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Partner with distributed product and ML engineering teams to break down complex architectural problems.
What you’ll bring
• An engineering mindset that prioritizes long-term system stability and clean architecture over quick patches.
• The autonomy to drive technical decisions and responsibility for the outcome.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving, welcoming direct feedback and technical debate.
• Curiosity about how AI tools fail in practice and a desire to build systems that gracefully handle those failures.
• A strong focus on the developer experience, understanding what makes an integration feel seamless or disruptive.
What you’ll need
• Comprehensive experience in professional software development, demonstrating the technical maturity required for senior engineering problems.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern backend language, with the readiness to work primarily in Kotlin.
• A deep practical understanding of concurrent and asynchronous programming, including coroutines, threads, async I/O, and synchronization primitives.
• A proven track record of building and shipping application workflows, third-party integrations, or service-backed logic.
• Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted development tools, alongside an understanding of task orchestration, tool usage, and prompt context management.
• A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, debugging, observability, and test-driven development.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for day-to-day technical collaboration across distributed teams.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building robust, low-latency integration pipelines that make AI agents feel like a natural extension of the Air environment. You will earn the trust of the team by creating reliable, asynchronous workflows that handle unpredictable LLM behaviors without compromising IDE performance. You win when you move past inherited frameworks to establish internal standards for agent tooling, leaving the codebase cleaner, faster, and more maintainable than you found it.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
• Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
• Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.

Senior Technical Program Manager (IDE Department)
JetBrains
📍 Limassol, Paphos
🏢 IDEs
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
At JetBrains, we are passionate about boosting developer productivity. Since our inception, we've been creating tools that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and empower developers to focus on what they do best: creating amazing things with code. JetBrains IDEs enable millions of developers worldwide to achieve their full potential.
As JetBrains continues to grow, so does the amount and complexity of cross-team work. At the same time, AI is increasing both the pace of change and the coordination load across the company. To keep growing while continuing to build great products, we want to strengthen our execution.
We’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us run complex cross-team technical programs, raise execution quality and improve planning, delivery predictability, and escalation discipline for complex work.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs in your primary domain.
• Make sure complex work across the domain is planned, coordinated, and executed to a consistently high standard.
• Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early, and drive mitigation or escalation when local coordination is not enough.
• Serve as the senior PMO-side escalation point when complex delivery work in the domain gets stuck.
• Keep program status accurate by verifying execution rather than only collecting updates.
• Work with product, engineering, quality, and service teams to define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Build workable program plans and coordination cadences, and clarify resourcing needs with the teams involved.
• Coach TPMs and other part-time program leads across the domain and, where the setup includes full-time TPMs, manage them directly.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, quality, and service teams without taking over their decision-making authority.
• Typical programs may include sunsetting a feature or product, rolling out a major feature, driving a large technical refactoring effort, or coordinating the response to a major customer or partner escalation that becomes complex cross-team work.
• You’ll work primarily within one domain, such as one of our IDEs, a major functional area in an IntelliJ-based product, or another area with heavy cross-department dependencies, while also contributing to cross-domain priorities as part of the PMO team when needed.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
• A proven track record of leading complex software programs or other cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
• The ability to influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions constructively, and work effectively across product, engineering, quality, and other functions.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
• The ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives effectively, prioritize well, and keep execution plans tied to reality.
• Experience coaching other program or project managers and improving execution quality beyond your own work.
• Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility claims, dependency chains, and delivery risk in a technical environment.
• A technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
• At least 5 years of program or project management experience in the tech industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A strong understanding of how complex software programs are structured, planned, and driven through delivery; formal PM training or certification is a plus.
• Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products would be a plus.
If selected, we’ll give you the opportunity to:
• Work on tools that help developers become better versions of themselves.
• Be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and impact.
• Enjoy a flexible, supportive work environment designed to help you succeed.
• Embrace the opportunity to shape the future of developer productivity.
Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family.
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
• Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
• Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
• Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
• Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

The team has been building a data-informed culture, leveraging usage data from both on-premises and cloud offerings. The next step is deepening the role of data in the product team's day-to-day decisions.
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the team and support these efforts. You will be part of the Data Analytics team within JetBrains Central, while working as a dedicated analyst embedded in the TeamCity product team.
In this role, you will:
• Be fully integrated into the product team, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other technical experts.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support product decisions, from exploring user behavior to validating assumptions behind new feature development.
• Establish and promote best practices for working with data within the team, including event logging design, consistency, and data quality.
• Maintain and develop the product metrics framework to evaluate product performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards with product metrics using BI tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
• Evaluate the outcomes of product releases, analyzing what occurred after a new feature was launched.
• Conduct research analytics, such as investigating hypotheses and explaining why one metric decreased while another increased after a release.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data models to enable complete, end-to-end analytics coverage.
We value product analysts who:
• Operate independently and manage stakeholder expectations – as the first dedicated analyst on the team, you will help shape a data-informed culture and establish how the team works with data.
• Proactively identify areas for product improvement, raise questions, and address existing challenges.
• Can distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Have a solid foundation in statistics, including sampling techniques and understanding sampling errors, since data is gathered from a sample of product users.
• Have data engineering skills, including experience designing ETLs and data pipelines to enable the creation of complete, end-to-end dashboards.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
• Expertise in statistics and data analysis.
• Extensive experience with SQL and Python.
• At least two years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Strong data visualization and interpretation skills.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
• Have experience working with developer tools, DevOps products, or CI/CD workflows.
• Have a background in A/B testing or experiment design.
• Have experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate data analysis and analytics workflows.
In the Data Analytics team, we use:
• SQL for data querying.
• Python for data processing and analysis.
• Tableau and Metabase for data visualization.
• Datalore for analytical reports.

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000,we have strived to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
We are looking for a product designer to work on Air, the company's new agentic development environment. Air is a new kind of developer tool: a workspace where multiple AI agents run tasks in parallel while the developer stays in control. The product includes a native desktop app and a web-based experience, with cloud execution and collaborative workflows in the works. AI is fundamentally changing how software is built, and our goal is to design an environment that makes this shift feel natural, for both solo developers and entire engineering teams.
We’re looking for someone who can lead design initiatives, own key product areas, and bring clarity and usability to complex technical workflows. Design plays a critical role in these products by helping developers stay in flow, reduce their cognitive load, and work more confidently across tools.
In this role, you will:
• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define problems, align on goals, and ensure design solutions meet user and business needs.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions to the team to promote alignment and comprehension.
• Collaborate with the UX Research and Analytics team to validate ideas and create design solutions grounded in real user needs and behavioral data.
• Work closely with the development team to implement and review your UI/UX solutions.
• Improve design processes together with the UX team, helping with the development of our design system to maintain visual and functional consistency across the product while enabling flexibility and scale.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you have:
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the product, technology, and priorities evolve quickly.
• Experience designing complex functional interfaces.
• A willingness to dive into complex topics related to programming.
• The ability to prototype, verify, present, and provide reasoning for your UI/UX solutions.
• Diligence and attention to detail.
• Spoken and written English at a level sufficient for everyday communication and writing documentation.
• Proactivity, independence, and strong time-management skills.
• The ability to work in a team and seek feedback to improve your solutions and processes.
We would be especially thrilled if you have experience:
• Designing for developer-focused products or technical environments.
• Designing complex functional interfaces.
• Programming and working with AI.
