Senior Analytics Engineer
FP Markets
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Senior Analytics Engineer in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling our new data platform from the ground up. You'll work with a clearly defined modern stack — ClickHouse, dbt, Airflow, Superset — in a self-hosted, on-prem environment, alongside a senior team with direct access to business stakeholders and AI tooling support. The platform direction and priorities are already set, while you still have the authority and ownership to shape the analytics foundation and push production-ready dashboards with confidence.
Reporting to: Head of Data
Responsibilities:
• Own the full delivery cycle for each business request
• Collect requirements directly from business stakeholders — Finance, Risk, Operations, Product, Business Development. Translate vague asks into precise, testable specifications
• Investigate source systems even when documentation is missing or incomplete — read code, query raw tables, talk to system owners
• Specify upstream needs for the Data Engineer when new sources or pipelines are required. Clear, well-formed tickets — not "please get me the trading data."
• Build dbt models from raw / staging into marts. Own the semantic layer, the tests, the documentation, the lineage
• Build Superset dashboards that business users actually use. RLS, RBAC, semantic layer in Superset — all configured by you
• Validate the numbers. Every chart has a known-good ground truth. You can defend any number on any dashboard, with reasoning and reproducible queries
• Document the work in a way that lets the next person continue from where you stopped — knowledge stays inside the team
• Stakeholder acceptance — walk them through, get sign-off, move on
• Use AI-assisted development workflows for SQL generation, documentation, validation, and analytics engineering tasks
Candidate profile:
Technical Skills
• Strong SQL — including complex queries (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware joins, aggregation patterns). You can write a 200-line query and explain every part of it
• dbt — production experience building and maintaining models, tests, documentation, semantic layer
• Superset — or comparable hands-on production experience with Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. You understand RLS, RBAC, semantic models, dashboard performance tuning
• Python — read and modify — you can read other people's Python code, understand existing pipelines, make targeted modifications. You don't need to architect Python systems, but you cannot be blocked by Python code in front of you
• ClickHouse — comfortable working directly against ClickHouse, or willing to ramp up fast from PostgreSQL / Snowflake / BigQuery experience (SQL is similar, operational quirks differ)
• AI-first workflow — daily use of advanced AI tools across all stages of work. Not just chat: agentic flows, code generation, validation, documentation. Mandatory
Soft skills
• Clear written communication — process descriptions, ticket specifications, dashboard documentation, stakeholder updates. Bad writing wastes everyone's time.
• End-to-end ownership — you don't hand off and forget. The numbers are yours until the stakeholder signs off.
• Comfort with ambiguity — sources are undocumented, business processes are unclear, requirements arrive in voice messages. You navigate it, you don't complain about it.
• Direct stakeholder interaction — you talk to Finance, Risk, Ops directly. No project manager will translate for you.
• Long-term thinking — this is a permanent role. What you build matters in two years, not just two weeks
Nice to have:
• Fintech domain knowledge — trading platforms, CRM, payments, regulatory reporting, KYC, AML.
• Airflow — read and modify existing DAGs. Building new ones is the Data Engineer's responsibility.
• Power BI — for porting / understanding existing reports being migrated.
• DAX — for the same reason.
• Knowledge of CySEC / MiFID II / GDPR / DORA — in the data context.
• Open-source data stack experience — Airflow, MinIO, Soda, Vector, Grafana — at user level
Our offer:
• A certified Great Place to Work® reflecting our commitment to a positive culture, employee well-being, and support
• Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership
• Ability to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phase
• High level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the company
• Continuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leaders
• Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes
• Vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations
• New beautiful office in an easily accessible location with company-provided fruits, breakfasts and lunches
• Free access to multiple sports and wellness facilities across the country
• Free company-provided parking
• Medical insurance and pension fund after probation period
• A gift and a day off on your Birthday
• Visa and work permit support if required

AI Integration Specialist
Capital.com
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
We are a leading trading platform expanding globally. Our products have won industry awards for their technology and client experience. We deliver only the best — and we're always looking for the best people to join our team.
We're hiring an AI Integration Specialist to build, run, and improve AI and automation solutions across Capital.com's internal operations. This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll spend most of your time doing: configuring tools, building workflows, testing automations, supporting rollouts, and tracking whether things actually work. Strategy and documentation matter, but execution comes first.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows end-to-end — from initial configuration and testing through to deployment and post-launch monitoring
• Audit existing tools and processes in assigned business areas, identify where automation can save real time, and then build the solution — not just recommend it
• Own a live backlog of automation tasks: triage incoming requests, set clear KPIs for each, and move work through to completion
• Run 2-4 concurrent automation initiatives at varying stages — PoC, testing, rollout, or post-launch tuning — keeping each one progressing without dropping threads
• Handle day-to-day configuration and troubleshooting of AI tools already in use, including prompt updates, integration fixes, workflow adjustments, and user issue resolution
• Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing) with business stakeholders: prepare test cases, run sessions, collect feedback, fix issues, and confirm the solution meets requirements before sign-off
• Apply AI governance standards in practice — data handling, access controls, logging — as part of every build, not as a separate workstream
• Support vendor onboarding by setting up trial environments, running technical tests, and documenting findings with a clear pass/fail recommendation
• Write practical documentation: user guides, runbooks, setup instructions, and post-launch reports. Audience-appropriate, not exhaustive
• Flag blockers early and keep stakeholders updated without being asked
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building or maintaining automation and technology solutions that delivered measurable results
• Direct experience with workflow automation tools, iPaaS platforms, APIs, or similar — not just awareness of them
• Able to write and debug prompts, configure integrations, and work in tools like n8n, Make or equivalent tools without needing a developer for every step
• Solid understanding of AI and LLM concepts, including where they fail and how to design around their limits
• Strong written communication in English: able to write a clear user guide, a bug report, and a stakeholder update without them needing a follow-up
• Comfortable working across Jira and Confluence
• Analytical enough to define a baseline, track a metric, and tell whether something improved
Nice to have:
• Background in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry
• Experience applying RAG, automated classification, or AI copilots in real production environments
• Familiarity with vendor risk and privacy reviews, including DPAs and SLAs
• A habit of testing new AI tools yourself before recommending them to others
What you will get in return:
• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated
• Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock
• Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Our annual leave policy lets you recharge and enjoy life outside of work without a worry
• Employee Referral Program: Love working here? Share the love! Bring your talented friends on board and get rewarded for growing our awesome team
• Comprehensive Health & Pension Benefits: From medical insurance to pension plans, we’ve got your back. Plus, location-specific benefits and perks!
• Workation Wonderland: Live your digital nomad dreams with 30 extra days to work remotely from anywhere in the world (some restrictions apply). Adventure awaits!
• Volunteer Days: Make a difference! Take two additional paid days each year to support causes you care about and give back to the community
Be a key player at the forefront of the digital assets movement, propelling your career to new heights! Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that values and rewards talent, initiative, and creativity. Work alongside one of the most brilliant teams in the industry.

Senior Business Analyst (mobile)
TradingView
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About The Team
TradingView's mobile app is a daily tool for millions of traders and investors — 15M+ monthly active users across iOS and Android. The mobile product runs across four value streams — Chart, Symbol, Monetization, and Engagement — grouped into two domains: Growth and Data. Each domain runs two functional teams (iOS and Android) with its own backlog and focus.
We're hiring a senior Business Analyst who will be a partner with the Product Manager of stream and owns requirement clarity end-to-end, from scoping an initiative to shipping it across both platforms.
As the product grows, so does the cost of ambiguity: vague requirements create rework, slow down engineering, and delay delivery. The analyst's core value is in owning requirements (PRD, TRD), surfacing edge cases early, and keeping requirements consistent across everyone on the team.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the PM from the earliest scoping stage — help break large initiatives into deliverable iterations with clear scope and expected outcome
• Collect and detail requirements from the PM and stakeholders; own full PRDs with use cases, user stories, business rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Keep requirements consistent across iOS and Android within the stream
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and align with engineering leads before a sprint starts
• Run 3-Amigos sessions and own requirement clarity throughout the development cycle
• Proactively surface gaps, conflicts, and open questions — across teams and streams, before they become blockers
• Keep documentation current and trustworthy
What makes you the perfect fit
• 3+ years as a BA or SA on a product team, with experience on mobile products
• Strong requirements gathering, structuring, and documentation skills — functional and non-functional, edge cases included
• Ability to structure complex business logic and keep it consistent under parallel workstreams
• Experience writing technical specs and working directly with engineers, not just handing off documents
• Understanding of client–server architecture and REST
• Understanding of mobile UX, navigation patterns, and UI constraints
• Comfort with ambiguity — able to build a complete picture from incomplete inputs and know when to ask and when to decide
Will be a plus
• Understanding of mobile monetization, engagement, and retention mechanics
• Fintech, trading, or market-data background
What we offer you
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format
• Well-equipped offices for focused and collaborative work
• A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals
• Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth
• Relocation support and private health insurance
• Performance-based bonuses
• TradingView Premium access
• Regular team events and company-wide meetups
Join the TradingView team and help us build a product used by millions of traders and investors worldwide. We look forward to hearing from you!
