The Role

The Project Analyst supports the successful delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives at Pepperstone. The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

Job Description

• Install, manage and monitor the company’s PC’s, servers, network and security hardware in working condition and troubleshoot issues,
• Handle and resolve support requests through our ticketing system (Jira Service Management),
• Perform updates, backups, restoration, migration and upgrades,
• Administration of the Microsoft Active Directory, and Office 365 environments,
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks,
• Manage users, including setting up user accounts, security permissions, and passwords,
• Maintain inventory of company equipment,
• Communication with vendors and service providers,
• Supervising the implementation of IT related projects,
• Actively participate in the monitoring, enforcement and improvement of IT Security Policies,
• Assist with gathering evidence for IT Audits, and periodical reviews related to the governance of the IT Systems,

Requirements

• Preferably a diploma / degree in Computer Science or related subject,
• 2+ years of related job experience
• Specific knowledge of the below:

-TCP/IP networking

-SQL Database Administration

-Microsoft Active Directory

-Virtualization Environments

-Firewall Administration

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for AD/O365 task automation will be considered an advantage,
• Experience in managing IaaS/PaaS on Azure/AWS/Google cloud will be considered an advantage
• Experience in any programming language will be considered an advantage
• Willing to learn and eager to work
• Be fluent in Greek and English language
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure
