IT Operations Engineer Panamari Holding 📍 Limassol 💼 Full time 🏠 Work mode not specified Описание вакансии We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer to join our growing IT team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role sits between our Junior helpdesk function and our Senior endpoint engineering function, and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of IT operations at scale: onboarding/off-boarding, endpoint configuration, ticket resolution, and identity lifecycle workflows. You will work closely and report into the IT Operations Manager. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with 3–5 years of IT operations experience who is comfortable owning recurring operational workflows independently and ready to take on broader responsibility as the team scales. Job Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, IT support, or systems administration • Demonstrable experience administering macOS endpoints in a corporate environment • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise MDM platform (Kandji, Jamf Pro, Intune, or similar) • Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration (users, groups, OUs, security policies) • Familiarity with SSO/SAML and identity lifecycle concepts; configuration experience preferred • Experience working with a ticketing system at scale (Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, or equivalent) • Basic scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) • Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting • Strong proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation • Documentation discipline and a process-driven mindset • Fluent English, written and verbal • Currently based in Limassol, Cyprus (no relocation offered) Nice-to-Have • Experience with SCIM provisioning workflows (e.g. 1Password, Okta, Entra ID) • Exposure to AWS or another cloud platform for IT infrastructure services • Familiarity with biometric access control systems (BioStar 2 or similar) • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti, Meraki) • Exposure to HiBob or similar HRIS platforms • Awareness of compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR) • Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, ACMA, MD-102 • Strong AI tool fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) applied to IT workflows Job Responsibilities • Resolve Tier 2 IT support tickets in Jira Service Management (JSM), including escalations from the Junior helpdesk function • Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows: account provisioning, MDM enrolment, access management, and asset assignment/recovery • Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS endpoints via Kandji MDM, including profile assignment, software deployment, and compliance enforcement • Administer Google Workspace at admin level: users, groups, OUs, shared drives, calendar resources, and basic security settings • Support identity lifecycle workflows: SSO/SAML configurations, SCIM provisioning, group-based access, and joiner-mover-leaver processes • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory across all sites, including procurement coordination, hardware refresh cycles, and decommissioning • Build and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks in Confluence & Google Drive • Contribute to scripting and automation initiatives (Bash, Python, or similar) to reduce manual operational toil • Support office infrastructure tasks: meeting room AV, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printers, peripherals, access control, and cable management • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support escalations • Mentor and support the Junior IT Operations Engineer (UAE) where applicable Job Benefits • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards. • Medical Insurance starting from day 1. • Access to training resources and development opportunities that support your professional growth. • Well-stocked office with snacks, drinks, and refreshments available daily. • A multinational organisation that promotes a strong, collaborative culture • Regular team-building events and company activities that strengthen collaboration across teams. • Employee Recognition Program celebrating our "Employee of the Month" with special perks.
