Testing & Validation • Participate in system testing, UAT, and stakeholders validation. • Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and compliance are followed across all integration projects. • Address any potential issues that are not aligned with the business process defined. 5. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management • Act as the liaison between business teams, vendors and technical teams. • Help development team to provide better estimation by clarifying requirements and uncertainties. • Organize stakeholder presentations and ensure business stakeholders are happy with proposed solutions. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst working with trading platforms integrations – plugins, middleware services or similar backend services. • Experience in working with trading platforms – mt4, mt5, ctrader • Clear understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases. • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
