Recognized by TechNation, Construction Tech Review, and Amazon as industry leaders, we're part of Oxford University's Creative Destruction Lab and Entrepreneur First alumni, with awards from CIR, CogX, and the British Construction Industry. Our global clients include Intel, AECOM, and BAM, and we've raised $30M to date from top VC funds. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious deep-tech start-up in a dynamic and mission-driven environment, driving our growth from a start-up to a scale-up 🚀 You will also be helping to solve one of the oldest problems of mankind and potentially save the economy billions - not bad right? 🤘 📣 What will you do in the role? We are looking for a Growth Product Owner that will own a portfolio of screens that shapes how some of the largest projects in the world get delivered. You will have end-to-end ownership, from scope creation to design prototypes that Engineers can directly pick for build. This ownership ensures you can directly express your vision on what problem to solve fast and efficiently. We embrace human direction and accountability with heavy AI tooling - you will work with new ways today, the way everyone else will be working tomorrow. • Roadmap: Generate 6-week roadmaps based on the 3-month roadmaps given to you by the head of product. • Own KPIs: Drive feature adoption, deepen engagement, and improve retention and expansion for your portfolio of screens, with clear targets and regular reporting on how your work moves those numbers. • Test hypotheses and run experiments: Turn insights into clear hypotheses about activation, adoption or retention; design and run small, measurable experiments (A/B tests, copy/layout changes, onboarding tweaks), analyze the impact, and either iterate, scale, or kill ideas based on the data. • Product Discovery: Watch sales calls, use Mixpanel, Hotjar, talk with customer success and do competitive analysis to generate new feature ideas. • Elicit requirements: Establish communication with existing customers, build rapport with their users and elicit requirements for both new and existing features. • Wireframe and User flows: Use Miro to generate user flows for your new features, along with capturing how users use existing tools to solve their problems. • Suggest new features and success KPIs: Propose new features using data-driven arguments for them, and present it to the Head of Product. 👓 Who you are • You have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B product management role with direct ownership of growth metrics such as activation, retention, feature adoption, not just delivery dates. • Proven track record of running growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, or iterative launches), and using the results to iterate or kill ideas. • You know when to say no. Protect the team from low-value work and scope creep • You are able to work with senior Engineers presenting trade-offs e.g scope vs speed of delivering a feature. • You earn the engineer’s trust in the teams you have worked with. • You know how to communicate the same thing to different stakeholders: Engineers, Design, Sales, other Product owners. • You know how to use data to extract conclusions and hypothesis. • Experience with Perplexity (or similar) where output has helped shape features/capability • Degree in Computer Science or other STEM background. 💗We would love if you have • Previous VC-backed start-up experience • Experience in working with Data Scientists • You have learned a new technical domain and shipped features to prove it. • Created wireframes and designs for your features. • Experience with Cursor or no-code tools (like Lovable) • Experience with Figma Make, Claude Design, Impeccable or similar 🤝 Who you will work with • You will report to the Head of Product. • We are a product centric company so the Product is the connection of multiple functions. Disciplines you will work and communicate with include: Engineers, QA, Design, other Product owners, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales. • We’re remote-first, but if you miss the smell of whiteboard markers, we’ve got an office for you (Cyprus). 🏄What if you’re a partial fit? We prioritise grit, positivity, and drive for growth, and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match this job description. Bonus: Figure out which part of this job opening was written by an AI and mention it in the interview. 🌌 Location Greece, Cyprus, Remote 👨‍👩‍👧 We are • Hard working but not workaholic • Explorers. Data is our compass and innovation our destination • Independent thinkers. We are not afraid of looking where no one else is • Team players. We believe the whole is bigger than the sum of its parts • We have strong opinions, weakly held • Continuously evolving the way we do things. Even our #donut dates Nodes & Links is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity. Business Systems & Automation Manager The Vault 📍 Cyprus 💼 Full time 🏠 Work mode not specified Описание вакансии Reports to: Chief Operating Officer · Location: Cyprus ·Full-time, permanent · Senior individual contributor About the role We are a regulated digital-asset infrastructure group operating across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities. We build institutional custody technology and hold financial-services authorisations in the EU and Switzerland. That combination means our internal processes have to be fast and evidenced: every material workflow needs to be designed, documented and demonstrably followed. Today most of that work sits with a handful of senior people who should be doing other things. This role exists to take ownership of it. You will understand how work actually flows through the company, across sales, onboarding, compliance, finance and delivery, and you will be accountable for making those flows faster, clearer and better automated. This is a hands-on role. You will not write specifications and hand them to engineering; you will be in ClickUp, in the CRM and in the API docs, building it yourself. What you will own Process discovery, design and documentation. Map how our core processes actually work today, not how they are supposed to work. Maintain a live process register covering owner, trigger, steps, systems touched, controls and known failure points. Redesign what is slow, manual or error-prone, and secure agreement from the affected teams before you build. Produce documentation that new joiners, auditors and regulators can all use. Workspace architecture and optimisation. Own the configuration and ongoing health of our business software estate: ClickUp, SharePoint, Attio CRM and whatever we adopt next. Design approval workflows, intake forms, automations, dashboards and permission models that reflect how the business really operates. Monitor continuously, because configuration drifts and automations break silently. Prevent tool sprawl and hold a defensible view on what we buy versus build. Integration and automation engineering. Build the connective tissue between systems through APIs, webhooks, event-driven syncs and scheduled jobs, using low-code platforms where they fit and writing real code where they do not. Use AI coding tools (Claude, Claude Code and equivalents) as a primary working method. Own the reliability of what you build: error handling, alerting, logging and runbooks. Engineering and IT are there for architecture review and anything touching production, but you resolve the majority of integration work independently. Analytical layer. Build and maintain reporting for Finance, Commercial and Operations. Define the metrics that matter with each function head, then deliver them reliably and on schedule rather than on request. Ensure figures reconcile across systems. Governance and audit support. Align documented processes with our regulatory obligations and control framework, working with Compliance and GRC, so that audit evidence is a by-product of how we work rather than a scramble before a deadline. What we are looking for • Essential 5+ years in business systems, business operations, process engineering or solutions engineering, where you personally built the systems rather than managing others who did. • A track record of taking a messy manual process, redesigning it and shipping the automated version, with evidence of the before and after. • Technical fluency without needing an engineer: REST APIs, authentication flows, JSON, webhooks and data modelling. You can read and write Python or JavaScript to the standard integration work requires. • Fluent daily use of AI development tools (Claude, Claude Code or equivalents) as a genuine working method. You should be able to talk concretely about what you have built with them and where they do not hold up. • Deep hands-on configuration experience with at least one work-management platform (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira) and one CRM (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). • Strong process documentation skills, and the discipline to keep documentation current after the initial enthusiasm wears off. • The interpersonal skill to extract how a process really works from someone who is busy, sceptical and fond of their workaround, then bring them along to a new way of working. • Professional fluency in English. Strongly prefered • Management or operational consulting background (Big Four, boutique operations practice or in-house transformation team), particularly process improvement, systems implementation or post-merger integration work. • Financial services, fintech or another regulated environment, with a working understanding of what audit-ready documentation requires. • Experience across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions, where processes cross entity boundaries and data segregation matters. • SQL and BI tooling. • ERP or accounting systems, and the realities of financial data reconciliation.
