Senior Recruiter (Player Care)
Scorewarrior
📍 Limassol
🏢 Player Care
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 On-site
Описание вакансии
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.
At the heart of our Player Care department, our mission is to excite our players with exceptional customer care, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and protected throughout their journey with us.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Player Care and become the department's owner of recruiting: from market mapping and sourcing to offer and probation success, and the builder of the selection system that will outlive any single search.
What you'll do
• Own the full hiring plan and pipeline of the department: volume hiring for 24/7 operational roles and more unique senior searches.
• Build the department's selection machine: design scorecards, structured interviews, work samples, and role-tier assessments for every recurring profile and wire them into ATS workflow gates so the standard enforces itself rather than relying on discipline.
• Treat every search as input to the system: each closed role leaves behind a reusable kit; each probation outcome feeds back into how we assess.
• Proactively source: boolean/X-ray, LinkedIn, gaming and T&S communities, talent pool reactivation instead of just processing inbound applications.
• Build and maintain market maps, warm candidate pools, and a funnel dashboard with per-stage conversions.
• Partner with the hiring manager through weekly profile calibrations; push back with data when criteria don't match the market.
• Sell relocation offers honestly, and close candidates anyway.
What you have
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including both volume hiring (10+ closures/year on operational roles) and senior/niche searches.
• Proven proactive sourcing craft you can demonstrate live.
• Fluency with funnel metrics: pass-through rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness.
• Structured interviewing habits: scorecards, written screen notes, reference checks with managers (not HR).
• Ability to design selection processes, not just run them: you can propose the right mix of interviews, work samples, and tests for a new role and explain what each stage predicts. We'll test this live, so a portfolio line is not required.
• Fluent English.
• Genuine interest in games.
Nice-to-haves
• Familiarity with the Who methodology / topgrading.
• Hiring experience in gaming, Trust & Safety, or support operations.
• Experience building a recruiting function or process from scratch.
• Track record of relocation hiring to Cyprus or similar markets.
Where you'll work
We value face-to-face communication, and we strongly believe that genuine human interactions move us closer to our ambitious goal. This is part of our culture, and this is why this job offers no remote or hybrid work opportunities.
You will be working in Limassol, Cyprus. If you're not from around here, fear not! Our dedicated relocation team will provide comprehensive support helping you and your family move to Limassol.
What we offer
• The best team in the world!
• An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
• Fully-covered relocation to Limassol, Cyprus for you and your family.
• A modern and sunny office space close to the sea.
• Private health insurance for you and your family members.
• A monthly school allowance for your children at pre-school and school-age.
• Lunch compensation.
• Personal development opportunities paid for by the company: professional and language courses, books, etc.
• Bonuses for outstanding results, years worked, getting married, and the birth of a child.
• Friendly monthly office parties and epic, annual offsite company birthday and Christmas parties.

Описание вакансии
Build the Team Behind the World's Most Ambitious Strategy Game
Total Battle is already one of the most-played 4X strategy games out there. Our goal is to make it #1 in the world — and we need exceptional people to get there.
We're looking for a Recruiter who knows how to find talent that isn't looking, close candidates who have options, and build a hiring process that scales.
The role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for the whole product team: developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product analysts, project managers, and a product manager. Each role has its own market, candidate profile, and assessment approach, and you'll run searches across all of them.
Expect to spend a lot of your time sourcing — most of these profiles aren't on the job market, and inbound applications won't fill the pipeline. Your ability to find and engage passive candidates is what will make or break the role.
This isn't a coordinator or sourcer-only role — you'll own recruiting end-to-end: developing the interview process, negotiating offers, training hiring managers, benchmarking compensation against the market, and reporting hiring data to stakeholders. If you want to own recruiting as a function — not just execute it — this is the role.
What we're looking for
• 4+ years as a full-cycle recruiter — in-house or executive search
• Experience hiring competitive, hard-to-find profiles where passive sourcing is the only option — tech, gamedev, executive search, or similar markets
• Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Habr — you find people who aren't applying, and you do it at volume
• Comfortable with data: you track metrics, spot patterns, and present findings clearly
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Genuine interest in games — you don't need to be a hardcore gamer, but you should care about the product you're hiring for
Why Scorewarrior
• 200+ people, one product — every hire you make is visible in the result
• A real product challenge: we're building the team that's going to beat the world
• Limassol, Cyprus — life by the sea, 300 days of sunshine, growing international tech community
• Full relocation package for you and your family: visa sponsorship, flights, logistics — all covered
What we offer
• The best team in the world!
• An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
• Fully-covered relocation to Limassol, Cyprus for you and your family.
• A modern and sunny office space close to the sea.
• Private health insurance for you and your family members.

About Fundraise Up
We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
A Truly Global Product
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
The Team
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
About The AI Platform Team
You'll join the AI Platform team inside our Engineering department. The team builds the tooling and integrations that make AI-assisted development the frictionless default across engineering — and works hands-on with non-engineering teams to turn that capability into real, measured productivity. This role is the human-and-integration side of that mission: you multiply what our engineers can do with AI. You will not be building the agentic development platform itself (agent runner, one-shot PR agents, dev containers, orchestration) — a separate team in the same org owns that.
About The Role
As an AI Enablement Engineer, you multiply the output of engineering (and GTM) teams by driving effective adoption of AI-assisted development. You work at the intersection of engineering culture and internal tooling — coaching engineers, propagating proven practices, removing adoption blockers, and building the internal integrations that make AI-driven work the standard. You measure impact through real, data-backed productivity gains rather than sentiment. Success is whether people actually change how they build — not how many sessions you ran.
What You'll Do
• Enablement & coaching — work directly with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, office hours, and cohorts to raise their effectiveness with AI-assisted development: prompting, workflow design, and model/tool selection. Identify under-adoption and lift teams up to the standard.
• Best-practice propagation — capture what works (and what fails) in one team and systematically transfer it: living best-practice guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an internal AI knowledge base and skills registry.
• Scale through champions — stand up and support a network of embedded AI champions so enablement scales past a single person.
• Unblocking & feedback loop — be the go-to when engineers get stuck with AI tooling. Proactively tour teams to surface blockers early, aggregate them into patterns, and escalate systemic issues to leadership.
• Internal integrations & tooling — build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling hands-on (Node.js/TypeScript, MCP) — from prototype to production independently, including auth, access control, security review, and CI/CD.
• Evaluation & scouting — run structured evaluations of AI tools, models, and internal integrations; monitor the fast-moving landscape (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot/Codex, new model releases) and deliver curated, actionable recommendations.
• Measurement & impact — define and track adoption and productivity metrics by team, tool, and individual. Build dashboards on real usage and output — adoption/active-usage rate, assistant acceptance rate, PR throughput and cycle time — with a quality guardrail (change failure rate) so speed never comes at the cost of quality. Reference frameworks: DX Core 4, DORA.
• Cross-functional partnering — partner with security/compliance on safe-by-design guardrails, and with GTM to translate field needs into internal enablement and feed adoption patterns back.
Requirements
• Senior, hands-on engineer with a strong full-stack background — 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations, with working knowledge of relational and document databases.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) — how they work internally, not just how to use them — and with the end-to-end AI-assisted development workflow.
• Track record of taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently — design, authn/authz, deployment, security review, CI/CD.
• Experience building integrations against third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols (e.g., MCP).
• Working knowledge of GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows, and AI/tooling security.
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills — able to explain complex topics to engineers at different levels and produce guides, workshops, and walkthroughs.
• Cross-functional operating skill — comfortable influencing without authority and coordinating with IT, DevOps, security, and GTM.
• Ability to structure ambiguous, open-ended problems autonomously and drive them to completion, distilling many inputs (1:1s, feedback, surveys) into prioritized action.
• English proficiency C1 sufficient for written and verbal technical communication with external and internal audiences.
Nice To Have
• Familiarity with observability practices and stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar) — instrumenting usage and building dashboards.
• Experience deploying on edge or serverless compute (Workers, Durable Objects, KV, or similar).
• Experience building and operating an internal plugin/package registry or marketplace with automated publishing.
• Prior developer-experience, developer-advocacy, or internal-tooling role.
• Instructional-design or learning-science experience — building durable learning, not one-off demos.
• Experience running technical workshops, hackathons, or enablement programs at organizational scale.
• Experience in a distributed, remote-first engineering organization.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one
We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Why work with us
• A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds
• Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders
• Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people

Описание вакансии
Back to all jobs
Game Designer (Playable Ads)
Nexters is an international game development company that strives to introduce the joy of core gaming experiences to casual players. In 2021 we went public and listed on the NASDAQ (GDEV). Nexters is part of the GDEV holding, which includes not only Nexters, but also Cubic Games, Royal Ark and Game Gears.
Our people work worldwide from offices in Cyprus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan or remotely. We want brilliant professionals who love building great games in a team with one of the best cultures.
About Your Role
We are looking for a Game Designer to join our RnD Playable Ads team.
The team is intentionally small: one developer and one Game Designer working closely together with minimal bureaucracy. The goal is simple - move fast, test hypotheses, learn from the results, and turn successful ideas into a repeatable playbook for Playables.
This is a hands-on role. You will not just write concepts or requirements, you will build prototypes, configure Playables, study the market, iterate on ideas, and take ownership of the results.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating Playables end-to-end, from the initial concept to a working and tested prototype
• Studying large volumes of competitors’ creatives and identifying the mechanics, visual patterns, and gameplay hooks that actually attract users
• Extracting gameplay motivations from video creatives and turning them into fast, engaging mini-games with repetitive and satisfying visual progression
• Rapidly testing and iterating on gameplay hypotheses, using results to decide what to improve, change, or discard
• Building and continuously developing your own “cookbook” - a structured database of successful creative + playable combinations and the patterns behind them
• Hands-on configuration and development of Playables, rapid prototyping, and vibe coding
• Working with tools such as Cocos, Lua, and other technologies, while being comfortable learning new tools when the task requires them
• Working closely with the Playables Developer and sharing ownership of the product and its results
• Keeping processes lightweight and focusing on outcomes rather than unnecessary documentation
We hope that you have
• Experience working with core game prototypes or core gameplay
• Experience working in R&D or another environment where rapid experimentation and iteration are important
• A strong interest in understanding why certain gameplay mechanics and creatives work
• The ability and willingness to work in a very small cross-functional team with minimal bureaucracy
• A hands-on mindset — you enjoy building and testing things yourself rather than only describing what others should build
• The ability to independently and quickly figure out new and unfamiliar tools, technologies, and problems
• A high level of ownership: you are comfortable taking responsibility for a hypothesis, testing it, and making decisions based on the result
• Curiosity about new technologies and no fear of experimenting with unfamiliar tools
What We Offer
• Healthcare - Medical care program (including dental service) or medical care compensation are available for you wherever you wish to work. The basic medical care program is also available for your family members if you choose to work from our official locations – Cyprus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan.
• Work, life, and balance - We offer a fair amount of paid vacation days and sick leave. You can work at one of our comfortable offices in official locations or from home.
• Sports - You can choose various sports activities like yoga, football, and volleyball in our official locations.
• Relocation support - A relocation package is available for you if you decide to join us in one of our official locations.
• Skills improvement - Let's learn languages: you can visit online English language courses. Greek and Armenian language lessons are available for everyone who works in Cyprus or Armenia. Our company encourages people of Nexters to take part in game jams, hackathons, and relevant conferences and meetups as expert speakers.
• Community & ESG - We are proud of our local communities and support employees’ social initiatives. Dream big, act big: Nexters contribute to gaming’s positive impact on the world, hold a sustainability strategy, and take part in charity projects all over the world.

Remotely or in one of the company's offices in Armenia, Cyprus and Kazakhstan.

Work format
Remotely or in one of the company's offices in Armenia, Cyprus and Kazakhstan.
