Strategy & Operations Manager
TradingView
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid
Описание вакансии
TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About The Role
We are building a small, high-impact Strategy & Operations team within the CEO / COO Office to solve some of the most important and ambiguous problems across the business.
We are looking for someone who combines strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution. You will take problems where the answer is not obvious, get deep into the data and how the business actually works, identify the root cause, quantify the impact, develop a solution and drive it through implementation.
The problems will vary significantly: cost leakage, vendor economics, payments, financial processes, operational inefficiencies, systems, commercial questions and other areas where we believe the business can work better.
This is not a project management, coordination or reporting role. You will own problems end-to-end and will be expected to work independently with limited direction.
We are particularly interested in people who have developed this skill set either in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain), in a strong analytical role at a high-growth technology company, or ideally through a combination of both.
A significant part of the role will also be using Claude and other AI tools as a force multiplier. We are looking for someone who is already an advanced AI user and can build repeatable workflows, automate analysis and turn manual work into scalable processes.
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear hypotheses, analyses and actions
• Dive into data and underlying processes to identify root causes rather than treating symptoms
• Quantify financial and operational impact and assess potential solutions
• Run deep dives across areas such as vendor spend, payments, banking, market data, subscriptions, financial processes and internal operations
• Build practical models, analyses and decision-support tools from imperfect or incomplete data
• Work directly with Finance, Product, Engineering and other teams to understand how things actually work and implement improvements
• Develop recommendations and make clear decisions on trade-offs, rather than simply presenting analysis
• Drive initiatives through implementation and measure whether the expected impact was delivered
• Use Claude and other AI tools extensively to accelerate research, analysis and execution
• Build AI-powered workflows and automations that eliminate recurring manual work and make solutions scalable
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership
What makes you the perfect fit
Problem solving & analytical ability
• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, ideally including top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent) and/or a strong analytical role in a high-growth technology company
• Exceptional structured problem-solving skills and ability to turn an ambiguous question into a clear approach
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to work with messy or incomplete data
• Strong business judgment: able to identify what actually matters and focus on the highest-impact opportunities
• Comfortable going deep into unfamiliar areas and learning quickly
Execution
• Strong ownership mindset: you do not stop at the recommendation; you drive the solution through implementation
• Comfortable working independently with limited direction
• Able to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders as well as operational teams
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
AI & automation
• Advanced user of Claude or similar AI tools, well beyond basic prompting and summarisation
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve how you work: research, data analysis, modelling, documentation, decision-making and execution
• Able to design and build repeatable AI-powered workflows and automations
• Strong curiosity about new AI capabilities and a willingness to continuously improve your own operating system
• Technical skills are not required, but the ability to work with tools, APIs, spreadsheets, scripts or automation platforms is a strong advantage
Will be a plus
• Experience in both top-tier consulting and a high-growth technology company
• Experience working directly with founders or senior executives
• Experience with payments, procurement, vendor management, SaaS, ERP or financial systems
• Experience building automations or AI-powered workflows
• Experience in fintech, marketplaces or other complex technology businesses
What we offer you
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format
• Well-equipped offices for focused and collaborative work
• A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals
• Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth
• Performance-based bonuses
• TradingView Premium access
• Regular team events and company-wide meetups
Join the TradingView team and help us build a product used by millions of traders and investors worldwide. We look forward to hearing from you!

You will work with a product serving 1M+ iOS MAU and 1.5M+ Android MAU, about 80 million ClickHouse events per day, and a history of 600+ A/B experiments.
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer who will help us build AI-native analytics processes, automate experimentation, and systematically find opportunities to improve unit economics.
You will work closely with the founder, product managers, and engineers. The role combines hands-on product analytics with building reliable tools and AI agents that turn recurring analytical work into scalable processes.
Responsibilities

• Develop a repeatable process from data signal to validated insight, product hypothesis, and experiment
• Automate key parts of the A/B testing lifecycle: setup validation, metric selection, monitoring, guardrails, result analysis, and knowledge capture
• Define and maintain key product and unit-economics metrics
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, monetization, and user behavior using SQL and Python
• Build and maintain reusable analytics tools, scheduled workflows, dashboards, and data-quality checks
• Ensure AI-generated insights are traceable, reproducible, and independently validated
• Develop the internal analytics codebase through GitHub, code review, tests, CI, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to improve event tracking, data collection, and analytics infrastructure

• Practical experience with AI agents or LLM-based workflows: tool integration, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and human review
• Confident Git/GitHub workflow, including pull requests, code review, tests, and documentation.
• Ability to independently validate AI-generated analysis and identify its failure modes
• High ownership and strong attention to data quality
• English B2+
Nice to Have
• Experience with B2C mobile apps, gaming, or EdTech products
• Experience with subscription products and advertising monetization
• Experience with GrowthBook or similar experimentation platforms

Junior SEO
Entail AI
📍 Paphos
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Entail AI is an SEO, content, and conversion-optimization startup that promotes the growth of our clients' organic website traffic through consistent content publishing, as well as on- and off-site performance optimization. We are a small but growing team that holds daily meetings and facilitates a culture of growth and learning. We value teachability, honesty, integrity, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile.
We are looking for an analytical, curious Junior SEO who reads search data closely, forms sharp hypotheses, and turns them into ranking and traffic gains. You should be comfortable moving between technical audits, content strategy, and performance analysis, and you should care about why a page ranks, not just that it does.
How to apply:
If you believe that Entail AI is a great fit for you and that you meet the requirements, apply by completing the form and assessment below:
https://wkf.ms/4go2I06
* Applicants who do not complete both the form and the task will NOT be considered.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Auditing client sites for technical, on-page, and content issues, then prioritizing fixes by expected traffic and revenue impact.
• Analyzing search performance in Google Search Console and our internal analytics tooling to diagnose traffic changes, cannibalization, and indexing problems.
• Owning on-page optimization, including titles, metadata, internal linking, and content structure across large and programmatically generated sitemaps.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals, in collaboration with developers.
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions, and reporting on what moved and why, without hiding behind vanity metrics.
Key requirements and attributes required:
• Strong analytical instincts — you can look at search data, isolate the real problem, and separate signal from noise.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, keyword and SEO research tools, and analytics platforms.
• A working understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site structure, and how search engines actually process a page.
• A solid grasp of on-page and content SEO, including search intent, keyword mapping, and content optimization at scale.
• Resourcefulness and initiative — when no one has told you why traffic dropped, you find the answer.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy with data, records, and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort learning new tools quickly, including our internal analytics stack.
We know that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting great candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply.

• Develop LLM agents to accelerate analysis, tooling, documentation, and automation across the finance data stack.
What We're Looking For
• You get real satisfaction from the moment a reconciliation finally ties out;
• You're equally happy with a quiet afternoon of investigation and a call where you defend your numbers to Finance leadership;
• Strong Python and SQL experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role;
• Experience building data models with dbt;
• Commercial experience with real-world financial or payments data, and comfort designing systems that gracefully handle messy, duplicated, delayed, or inconsistent input;
• Experience owning reconciliation and/or data-quality processes, including monitoring and incident resolution;
• A strong ownership mindset. You'll set direction, ask good questions, and keep everyone aligned.

• Focus on impact: Results and speed matter. When we are competing to become an A-player in the digital health market, we don’t have the luxury of deliberation. We need to make decisions and changes quickly and, swiftly learn from our mistakes. We prioritize what will have the greatest impact and aren’t distracted by anything else. We create products that benefit users while we are meeting our metrics.

About Our Values
• Think deeper: We understand that in order to grow we need to make all our decisions reality-based and change our opinion based on what we learn. We appreciate data coming in various forms – quantitative and qualitative, feedback from users and colleagues, and strong and weak signals. We treat data as the main source for leveraging insights and expect people at every level to have conversations that start with data.
• Take ownership: We seek to improve all facets of our company even in ways beyond our job description. We seek and take responsibility for our actions and their impact. We value and set high expectations for our own work so that it can add to the overall quality and innovation results of the team. Each one of us is empowered to make this company a success, take the lead to resolve disagreements and systemic issues.
• Push the limits: We encourage our team to explore new ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and continuously improve work. This mindset can lead to breakthroughs in product development, improved operational efficiency, and increased competitiveness in the market. We believe that a culture and mindset of constantly striving to exceed existing standards, boundaries, or expectations that include innovation, experimentation, and a willingness to take risks, can bring us success. We don't accept what someone says as truth if we disagree with it, no matter what authority that person has in the company and express ourselves directly, not through back channels. We challenge ideas, from policy to product decisions, and always seek to understand the reason behind what we do.
• Be a Championship Team: As a part of the championship team, you must improve your own performance constantly also know your teammates, their talents and skills and be focused on a common goal and how to achieve it together. We hold each other accountable for our contribution to the shared success or failure, and we constantly look for ways to help our colleagues to improve and for us to perform better as a team. We collaborate within the team in order to compete with challengers in the outside world. We build relationships of trust. We provide our teammates with the autonomy and support they need to deliver their part of the goal.

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years we've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product we continue to actively and successfully grow. We're a team of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and we've recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools.
Our home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. We offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and we put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format: Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus
Full relocation support provided
The mission of this role
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior — one that protects what actually matters without slowing the company down — and to own it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
Key objectives
• Build a viable security system across the core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in the development process and in the code), and the processes and training around them. We expect you to start with a proper diagnosis of our landscape — and design the system for this company, rather than replaying a project from a previous job.
• Own security risks and speak both languages: business language with the CTO and CEO — risk, cost, and priorities; technology language with developers and infrastructure teams — architecture, trade-offs, and practical solutions.
• Make the right build-vs-buy calls: you know the security product market well enough to tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem isn't in the tooling at all — it's in habits and heads.
• Introduce security as a partner, not a blocker: embed baseline practices so smoothly that teams barely notice them; for everything on top of that — inform, help when asked, and don't push when it's not the team's priority right now.
• Define how AI tools are used safely: own the policy and guardrails for the company-wide adoption of AI tools — what data can go where, and how teams can use them productively without creating new risks.
• Build the team: hire the first security engineers deliberately — knowing who you're hiring and why — and grow the function as the company's needs grow.
Job requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in security — real projects you designed, implemented, and stayed around long enough to see working. At the interview, we'll ask about specific cases, decisions, and their consequences — not about frameworks in theory.
• A background that gave you real systems experience. Two paths work equally well for us: a stable security engineering career from university onwards, or a transition into security from system administration, technical support, or network engineering. What matters is the result — you understand infrastructure and architecture from the inside, not from diagrams.
• Proven experience hiring and building a team — even a small one (2+ people). What matters is that it was deliberate: you can explain who you hired, why them, and how the team was structured around the actual problems.
• Experience building a security function, not just running one. You've taken security in an organization from an unclear state to a working system: assessed the landscape, set priorities, chose what to implement and what to skip — and can show what changed as a result.
• Strong awareness of the security product market. You can tell when a problem needs a tool, when a simpler method will do, and when the problem is in habits rather than tooling — and you have real examples of each call.
• A partner's operating style. You work through engineering teams, not above them: no separate authority demands, no blocking by default. Your practices get adopted because they make sense, not because they're mandatory.
Nice to have
• Experience in companies closest to our context: B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps, with company size up to 1,000 people.
• Experience working with external security providers.
• Familiarity with common security frameworks.
• Experience being the first or founding security hire in a company.
Who this role is NOT for
We believe in being upfront about fit. This role is probably not for you if:
• Your recent years were mostly about policies, reports, and committees — and real systems are something you haven't touched in a long time.
• Your default operating mode is hierarchy: separate authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
• You have a proven security project you replay at every company, regardless of its actual context and needs.
• Building and leading a team is something you'd rather avoid — hiring is a core part of this role, not an add-on.
What success looks like
In the first months, success means a clear diagnosis: you understand our landscape, know where the real risks are, and have a plan the CTO believes in — built for this company, not imported from a previous one.
Further on, success means the security system is quietly working: baseline practices are embedded so smoothly that teams barely notice them, access and infrastructure are demonstrably better protected, and teams come to security for help rather than hide from it.
And success means the function is growing deliberately: the first security engineers are hired, you can explain why each of them, and the team is structured around our actual problems — not around an org chart.
