We're hiring on behalf of our client, a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and productionise machine learning models end-to-end (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining), ensuring reliability in real-world environments.
• Lead the development of AI use cases such as client lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and fraud/abuse detection, with clear alignment to business outcomes and measurable impact.
• Build and establish robust MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, CI/CD, environment promotion (dev/stage/prod), and lifecycle management.

• Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, monitoring insights, and model retraining strategies, rather than one-off model delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in production AI, MLOps, and applied machine learning delivery.
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments (not just experimentation).
• Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, modular design, maintainability).
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, feature engineering, and practical considerations in production systems (e.g. data leakage, drift, stability).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark / PySpark).
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow or similar) for experiment tracking, model management, and reproducibility.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?
• 5+ years of industry experience as a 3D Character Artist or demonstration of at least 1 shipped AAA title.
• Exceptional understanding of videogame 3D character art and related workflows.
• A strong understanding of human anatomy with a deep understanding of creating realistic humans for videogames including hair and textures.
• Hands-on experience working in game engines, including asset integration, optimization, and visual polish passes

Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional 3D Character Artist to join our team to be part of World of Tanks: Heat.
Reports to
3D Character Artist Lead
What will you do?
• Translate concepts into detailed character models, considering aspects such as appearance, costumes, accessories, and overall visual style, form and silhouette.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Art Manager and Technical Art to execute the art style.
• Mentor Junior members of the team both artistically and technically.
• Uphold the quality of the characters both in terms of consistency and style.
What are we looking for?
• 5+ years of industry experience as a 3D Character Artist or demonstration of at least 1 shipped AAA title.
• Exceptional understanding of videogame 3D character art and related workflows.
• A strong understanding of human anatomy with a deep understanding of creating realistic humans for videogames including hair and textures.
• Hands-on experience working in game engines, including asset integration, optimization, and visual polish passes
• Solid hard surface modeling skills
• Strong knowledge of creating topology for animation.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and texturing software and pipelines (Maya, Blender, Marvelous Designer, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop).

In brief:
Client Services Account Managers are responsible for executing and supporting the end-to-end delivery and management of digital content across multiple distribution platforms. We're looking for an Account Manager to serve as a key point of contact for client needs and day-to-day account support. In this role, you will help manage client expectations, support new launches, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure deliverables are handled with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What will your job look like?

• Know your way around both self-hosted LLM deployment and cloud LLM platforms (e.g. Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google VertexAI, Ollama, LMStudio etc).
• Can review and assess AI systems against best practice and clearly advise teams on what to harden, improve, or remediate on an ongoing basis.
• Have prior knowledge of LLM-specific threats: prompt injection, sensitive-data disclosure, data/model poisoning, excessive agency, insecure output handling, supply-chain risk and how to mitigate them.
