About the Role:
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Wrike’s Core unit - the product area at the heart of how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work in Wrike.
In this role, you will lead a unit of five product teams and manage a team of five Product Managers. You will define the vision and strategy for Core Wrike going forward, balancing three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be suitable for the AI-native future.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product judgment, people leadership, customer empathy, and strategic prioritization. You will help shape the foundation of Wrike’s product experience while developing a team of PMs into stronger strategic product leaders.
Your Impact:
• Set the Core strategy: Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human.
• Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.
• Prioritize ferociously: Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets — with a clear view of what matters most.
• Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x with AI-native ways of working.
• Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.
Your Qualifications:
• Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
• Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
• Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
• People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
• Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.

Kraken's Data Platform team builds the real-time infrastructure that powers decision-making across one of the world's largest digital asset exchanges. We operate at the intersection of streaming data, large-scale platform engineering, and AI-driven automation — processing billions of events daily across trading, compliance, and product systems.
This role leads the team responsible for Kraken's streaming and data platform layer — designing systems that move, transform, and serve data in real time. You'll own the architecture around stream processing (RisingWave, Flink), drive adoption of AI-powered automation and workflows across the data stack, and build the platform primitives that the rest of engineering depends on.
The opportunity
• Lead and grow a team of senior data platform engineers building Kraken's real-time streaming infrastructure
• Own the architecture and roadmap for high-volume low-frequency data systems, with focus on data stack like Spark, Kafka, Iceberg, RisingWave, Apache Flink
• Design and operate scalable data architecture that serve trading, risk, compliance, analytics and many product teams.
• Drive adoption of AI automation and intelligent workflows — automating data quality checks, pipeline orchestration, anomaly detection, and self-healing infrastructure
• Partner with ML/AI, analytics, and product engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities that accelerate their work
• Evolve Kraken's data-lake and warehouse architecture to support both batch and streaming workloads seamlessly

What You Bring
• 8+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or distributed systems — with at least 3 years managing engineering teams
• Experience and knowledge of building data-lakes in AWS (i.e. Spark, Athena, Iceberg, Parquet, Presto), including data modeling, data quality best practices, and self-service tooling.
• Strong expertise in building and operating real-time data at scale including Kafka, Spark Streaming, Debezium, and CDC pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups — aligning platform investments with the needs of product, finance, compliance, analytics, and other teams
• Strong communicator — able to explain risks, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions to both senior technical audiences and non-specialist stakeholders.
• Experience designing or adopting AI/ML-powered automation in data workflows — pipeline orchestration, intelligent monitoring, automated remediation, or LLM-integrated tooling
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java in a production data platform context
• Solid understanding of cloud-native data infrastructure (AWS preferred — Glue, Athena, S3, EMR, Lambda, or equivalents)
• Track record of managing, recruiting, and developing high-performing remote engineering teams
• Ability to translate long-term platform vision into executable quarterly roadmaps

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to own the measurement of Semrush data products. You will define and improve how we measure usage, activation, and monetization, delivering measurable business impact through reliable, scalable analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the measurement of our data products end to end: usage and consumption analytics, activation and success metrics, and their connection to downstream revenue, upgrades, expansion, and retention.
• Build the data foundations for the scope: analytical frameworks, metric definitions aligned to company SSoTs, and data quality in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Turn usage analysis into monetization decisions: product limits, thresholds, pricing, and packaging recommendations.

• Analyze and help optimize product-led growth funnels.

About You

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to own the measurement of Semrush data products. You will define and improve how we measure usage, activation, and monetization, delivering measurable business impact through reliable, scalable analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the measurement of our data products end to end: usage and consumption analytics, activation and success metrics, and their connection to downstream revenue, upgrades, expansion, and retention.
• Build the data foundations for the scope: analytical frameworks, metric definitions aligned to company SSoTs, and data quality in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Turn usage analysis into monetization decisions: product limits, thresholds, pricing, and packaging recommendations.
• Own user segmentation, including analytics and experimentation for the production LLM-based customization model: monitor quality, evaluate new use cases, and contribute to its roadmap.
• Analyze and help optimize product-led growth funnels.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments through the team's decentralized A/B infrastructure to measure the impact of product and pricing changes.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders up to the senior leadership level, ensuring clarity and strong business impact.
• Work in an AI-native way: automate recurring analyses, leverage LLM tools to improve productivity, and share best practices within the team.
About You

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or similar analytical roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience working with large-scale relational datasets (BigQuery experience is a plus).
• Proven experience analyzing complex datasets and solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems.
• Strong foundation in statistics and quantitative analysis, with hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests or other experiments.
• Experience building analytical frameworks (funnels, segmentation, monitoring) and measuring the impact of product or business changes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills (Tableau is a plus), with experience presenting insights to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own analytical projects end-to-end and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools in analytical workflows (prompting, prototyping, automation).

• Optimizing inference: quantization, pruning, kernel fusion, batching strategies, mixed precision, TorchScript/torch.compile, export to ONNX/TensorRT
• Implementing high-performance inference paths in PyTorch and LibTorch (PyTorch C++)
• Deployment and operation of models in the NVIDIA Triton Inference Server—including model repository, ensembles, business logic scripting, dynamic batching, and custom backends
• Building processing chains around the models: signal preprocessing, feature extraction, streaming pipelines, pre-/post-processing

Your profile
We require:

Job Overview
The Cloud Solutions Architect designs and leads the delivery of secure, scalable cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and multi‑cloud environments. Duties & Responsibilities
Pre‑Sales & Solution Scoping
• Support partner and customer pre‑sales cycles by providing technical expertise during qualification, scoping, and design phases.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, requirements analysis, and cloud readiness assessments.
• Develop and validate solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and high‑level architectures for partner-led opportunities.
• Present cloud strategies, architectures, and value propositions to technical and business stakeholders.
Architecture Design & Governance
• Create end‑to‑end cloud architectures, reference blueprints, and solution frameworks.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, compliance, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Conduct architecture reviews, validate partner and customer designs, and ensure governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on modern architectures including cloud-native, hybrid, data/AI, and DevOps environments.
Professional Services Delivery Excellence (Hands-on)
• Define delivery methodologies, best practices, and frameworks for cloud engagements.
• Drive consistency and quality across all customer projects delivered through partners or internal teams.
• Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery cycle.
• Champion continuous improvement across services delivery, including playbooks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Communicating with partners/ clients to understand their cloud infrastructure needs and requirements.
• Providing expert advice on cloud best practices and potential optimizations.
• Deliver customer‑facing cloud implementation professional services, ensuring solutions are aligned with architectural best practices, security standards, and customer business outcomes.
Partner Collaboration & Technical Enablement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology partners, enabling their technical teams on cloud architectures and delivery best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops, architectural deep dives, and enablement programs for partners.
• Collaborate with partner leadership to accelerate customer cloud adoption and build repeatable cloud offerings.
• Support partners in developing their technical competencies, certifications, and solution maturity.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
• Stay current with evolving cloud technologies, architectural patterns, and industry trends.
• Introduce innovative approaches to solution design, automation, modernization, and AI-driven cloud capabilities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, reference architectures, and strategic cloud initiatives.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
• Ensure high-quality documentation for architectures, operational models, designs, and project deliverables.
• Promote knowledge sharing within the architect community and across partner ecosystems.

Skills & Qualifications
• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage.

• Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Oracle OCI Architect, or a plan to acquire the missing certifications.
