TradingView
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.
We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.
We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About The Team
We are looking for a Unit Lead to take on technical and organizational leadership of the unit and grow it as a single platform rather than three separate teams. This is a "leader of leaders" role, with a focus on strategy, reliability, people, and processes rather than day-to-day coding. Key expectations are a strong engineering background in distributed systems, the ability to balance reliability, tech debt, and product work, and experience growing team leads.
Responsibilities
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap of the Hub unit, prioritization, and alignment of the three teams as a single platform.
• Manage the team leads of UDF, UDF Storage, and DevOps/SRE: development, goal setting, feedback, and growth through grades.
• Own platform reliability: SLO/SLA, availability and latency, on-call culture, incident reviews, and reducing incident count.
• Develop the Disaster Recovery / BCP direction: RTO/RPO, dual-hub and recovery scenarios, regular readiness checks.
• Own capacity planning and scaling, and operations on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Run hiring, performance reviews, grade and compensation justifications, and engineer development within the unit.
• Work with stakeholders (product, adjacent clusters) and build cross-team coordination.
• Improve development and delivery processes: planning, metrics, quality, and requirements management.
What makes you the perfect fit
• Experience managing engineering teams, ideally managing team leads/managers (several teams simultaneously).
• Strong backend background and experience with distributed systems.
• Experience with high-load, low-latency services in production.
• Understanding of SRE practices: SLO/SLA, observability, incident management, on-call.
• Confident work with Kubernetes and cloud/container infrastructure.
• Ability to build hiring, review, and engineer growth processes.
• Systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity and prioritization.
• Working-level Russian and English (internal communication and documentation).
Will be a plus
• Experience in finance or trading domain
• Familiarity with TradingView as a product
• Hands-on experience with DR planning and capacity profiling.
• Experience consolidating or reorganizing several teams into a single unit.
• Familiarity with the technologies in the stack below.
What we offer you
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format
• Well-equipped offices for focused and collaborative work
• A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals
• Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth
• Relocation support and private health insurance
• Performance-based bonuses
• TradingView Premium access
• Regular team events and company-wide meetups

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
SDG invests in social discovery and IT startups around the world directly or via VC funds. Among our investments were Patreon, Open AI, Clubhouse, Coursera, Data.ai, Flo, Academia.edu, and many others.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for Head of Design.
Your main tasks will be:
• Own the end-to-end the product's user experience — from ad creative and landing pages through onboarding, avatar selection, chat, media generation and retention loops — holding the whole journey consistent, not just individual screens.
• Grow product metrics through design: conversion to purchase, retention, LTV. Form hypotheses, prioritize them, validate through A/B tests and see them through to release.
• Set a single design direction and evolve the design system: UI, UX patterns, character visual style, generated content, animation and UX copy.
• Lead the design team (2 product designers, a UX writer, a researcher), build the processes and the cross-functional work with product, analytics, marketing and engineering.
• Turn research, user interviews and support insights into concrete roadmap initiatives aligned with business priorities.
We expect from you:
• 3+ years leading a design team of 3 or more in B2C daily-use products — AI companions, social, dating, health & fitness, edtech, messengers; products with 2M+ MAU or $50M+ in revenue.
• Cases with measurable design impact on metrics: what you changed, why, and how it moved CR, retention or LTV — with before and after numbers.
• Strong product design expertise: UX, UI, user flows, information architecture, prototyping; confident in Figma; experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Proven cross-functional work with product and analytics: A/B testing, prioritization frameworks (RICE), data-driven decisions — design as part of the product, not a separate function.
• A strong visual eye and taste paired with an analytical mind; English at C1 or above.
What do we offer:
• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
• The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
• Vacation 28 calendar days per year;
• 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
• Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
• 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
• Corporate discount for English lessons;
• Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
• Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
• Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced security leader (current or former CISO/Head of Security) to provide ongoing mentorship to our company's acting CISO. The focus is not operational involvement in day-to-day team tasks, but strategic support for the leader: sounding board for difficult decisions, second opinion during crisis situations, and guidance on building processes and business communication.
Responsibilities
• Regular 1:1 sessions (frequency TBD, e.g. bi-weekly) to work through the CISO's current challenges
• Post-incident reviews for major incidents - helping improve response processes, escalation paths, and communication with leadership
• Advisory on strategic decisions: risk prioritization, defense architecture (WAF/DDoS/anti-fraud), vendor selection and negotiation

• Hands-on experience responding to major incidents (DDoS, breaches, fraud attacks)
• Experience building a security function from scratch or under budget/headcount constraint

Full Stack Developer (Python/React) in the EU
Andersen Lab
📍 Cyprus
🏢 Python
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
💰 EUR 2525 - 4075 / month
Описание вакансии
Summary
Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Python/React) in the EU for a project developing a scalable GRC SaaS platform and enhancing compliance management solutions.
The customer is a European technology company providing software solutions that help organizations manage and streamline complex business and regulatory processes. Its offering supports companies of different sizes in improving operational efficiency, reducing manual work, and addressing evolving organizational requirements.
The project is focused on developing and enhancing a modular Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) SaaS platform that supports information security, risk management, business continuity, and data protection processes. It provides scalable and reliable compliance management capabilities for public sector organizations and large enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Starting embedded within the client's frontend (React) team: extend the generic React/TypeScript interpreter and component catalogue to support new field types, layouts and actions as modules migrate.
- Implementing frontend support for the view-descriptor contract defined by the backend team.
- Gradually transitioning toward backend work over the course of the engagement, as frontend effort naturally decreases with each migrated module.
- Picking up backend tasks on simpler modules (Referenced-only / Read-only) under Lead/Backend guidance once transitioned, and eventually contributing to the schema/view-descriptor layer itself.
- Working closely with the Lead on aligning schema, actions and permissions across the backend/frontend boundary.
- Supporting contract testing from the frontend side against golden fixtures.
Requirements
- Experience in backend engineering with a strong track record of delivering production projects for 4+ years.
- Strong full-stack production experience with both React / Django / Django REST Framework/ TypeScript.
- Experience with JSON Schema and config-driven UI patterns, including building or maintaining interfaces driven by structured configuration.
- Solid backend fundamentals, including relational data modelling, REST API design, serializers, validation, and clean data contracts.
- Strong automated testing habits, particularly with pytest, and an understanding of how to build reliable, maintainable test coverage.
- Comfort working in a large, mature codebase — able to quickly understand existing architecture, conventions, and patterns, and contribute without unnecessarily reinventing established solutions.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in Django REST Framework, ideally with hands-on experience building or maintaining multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Working knowledge of React / TypeScript — enough to confidently navigate the frontend codebase and contribute when needed.
- Experience with schema- or metadata-driven architectures, particularly JSON Schema and configuration-driven approaches.
- GRC / compliance domain experience — familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, controls, audits, or related workflows is a strong advantage.
Why join us
- Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others. Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, BNP Paribas, Ryanair, Mercedes, TUI, Verivox, Allianz, T-Systems, etc..
