Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer - EU

WON

📍 Cyprus
💼 Contract
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

About WON

WON is building the next generation of AI transformation for enterprise organizations. We are not another AI tools vendor. We build AI-native systems, combined with deep human judgment and category expertise, that fundamentally change how our clients operate, make decisions, and serve their customers.

Within that, our design practice works with premium DTC and ecommerce brands doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue: brands with strong products and strong followings that are still leaving growth on the table. We are not a “make it pretty” agency, and we are not another CRO shop running button tests. We combine deep behavioral insight with quantitative truth, then ship exceptional work fast, and we are building the AI-native systems that let us do it at a pace and scale traditional design teams cannot match.

AI powers our systems. Taste powers our design. The two compound each other: automation gives you the speed, and your judgment decides what is actually good.

This role reports to the VP of Design and works within the design roadmap they set.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end execution of high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative, scoped by the design roadmap and delivered in close collaboration with the VP of Design
• The WON design standard: clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-obsessed, and fast to ship
• Adoption of WON's AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP, to move from concept to shippable work faster
• Automated asset creation built on our Figma component libraries, so variations and scale stop being manual work
• Contributing to the expansion of WON’s design agents and workflows, flagging what should be automated next

How Success Is Measured

• Conversion and AOV move measurably on the experiences you touch
• Customers move further through the funnel because of design decisions you made
• High-quality design ships fast, with less time lost between concept and production
• Component libraries and AI-assisted workflows reduce manual design work over time, not just for you but for the whole team
• Your work becomes the most reliable design output at WON, the standard new hires are measured against

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that still feel premium, the kind that belong in the top 1%
• Design the full customer journey: acquisition landing flows, onboarding, collection architecture, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention and member UX
• Design growth creative: paid social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, product education, bundles and upsell, offer frameworks that feel intentional, not desperate
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems that scale across brands and campaigns
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to reduce production time without reducing quality
• Continuously evaluate your own workflow and flag what should be turned into a repeatable system or agent
• Present work with conviction, backed by session replays, cohort behavior, and voice of customer

Must-Have:

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience
• A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven
• Mastery in Figma
• Strong typography instincts, real ones
• Taste that holds up under scrutiny: you can articulate why a design decision is right, not just that it feels right
• Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP, or genuine interest in building them into your workflow

Nice-to-Have:

• Designed for high-end brands (beauty, apparel, wellness, premium food)
• Experience working within Shopify ecosystems
• Built component libraries and design systems from scratch
• Contributed to CRO programs that produced measurable performance gains

Portfolio / Proof of Work Expectation

We Value

• Modern, premium design work, not template-driven
• Evidence your design decisions moved a real metric: conversion, AOV, or funnel progression
• Systems thinking: component libraries and reusable frameworks, not just one-off screens
• Comfort presenting and defending design decisions with data

How We Work / Culture

• Design is treated as a growth system, not a decoration function
• Insights come first: every decision is grounded in customer behavior and tied to KPIs
• AI and automation are used to eliminate manual production work, not to replace judgment
• High clarity, ownership, and craft are core values: work ships fast instead of dying in Figma

Why Join WON

• Build design systems that move revenue for brands doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue
• Work at the intersection of design, behavioral insight, and AI-native workflows
• High ownership over execution, with a clear roadmap and a VP of Design invested in your growth
• Collaborate with a founder-led team with taste and urgency, and full access to the truth: session replays, cohort data, voice of customer
• Help build the AI design systems, including Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated component workflows, that define how WON designs at scale

If you want to be a career designer, this probably isn’t for you. If you want to become an elite operator-designer who builds work that changes brands and makes numbers move, we’d love to meet you.

We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

A Truly Global Product

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.

We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.

Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About The Role

As a Backend Engineer, you will be a key architect of the engine that powers our global platform. You'll resolve complex challenges in a high-load, distributed system, building and scaling the infrastructure that processes millions in donations. This is not a maintenance role; it's a high-impact, product-focused engineering position where clean architecture, performance, and reliability are paramount.

You will work on a complex product ecosystem—from our modern checkout experience to donor portals and massive analytics pipelines—all powered by a cutting-edge tech stack.

• Backend: Node.js (Koa, NestJS), TypeScript
• Database: MongoDB
• Infrastructure: Kafka for event streaming, Bull (Redis) for background jobs, ClickHouse for analytics, and Elasticsearch for search.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable backend services in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Write comprehensive unit tests and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Proactively identify and implement system improvements, refactoring legacy code where necessary.
• Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring others and sharing your expertise.
• At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of backend development experience, preferably in a product-driven environment.
• Node.js Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Node.js and modern frameworks like Koa or NestJS.
• TypeScript Pro: Deep expertise in TypeScript, including its advanced typing and module systems.
• Database Skills: Solid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Distributed Systems: Familiarity with event-driven architecture using tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Bull/Redis.
• Data & Search: Hands-on experience with ClickHouse (or similar analytics DBs) and Elasticsearch.
• Architectural Mindset: A strong understanding of system design, clean architecture principles, and performance optimization.
• Ownership: The ability to work independently, take ownership of your work, and see projects through to completion.
• Communication: Comfortable working within a Russian-speaking team.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working in a remote-first, globally distributed team.
• Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• A genuine interest in the non-profit technology sector.
• A hypothesis-driven mindset and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points

• Curiosity and a hypothesis-driven mindset
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfort working in fast-paced, data-rich environments

Why work with us

• A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds.
• Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders.
• Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people.
• Transparent company culture-we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next.
• Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution.

Compensation

• The compensation range for this role is: €5,600 - €6,500 gross per month.
• Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the role's requirements.

Benefits

• 31 days off.
• 100% paid telemedicine plan.
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About The Role

The best internal tools disappear — they just make everyone else faster. As our Tools Engineer, you'll build and maintain the automations, bots, and AI assistants that quietly remove routine work across the company. This is a generalist, fullstack-with-backend-bias role: you'll touch our project-management system, Slack and Telegram, and a growing set of AI-powered assistants, and you'll be trusted to decide how each problem should be solved. It's distinct from QA automation — your mandate is internal productivity, not test infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own internal automation for our project-management system (TargetProcess) — building custom rules, workflow logic, and integrations with other internal systems.
• Design and ship bots for Slack and Telegram that carry out real work — creating tasks, delivering notifications, and answering routine requests.
• Automate recurring operational processes — on-call/duty announcements, absence notices, reminders, and similar workflows that would otherwise need manual attention.
• Build AI-powered assistants and agents that help employees get fast, accurate answers and complete routine tasks.
• Build lightweight internal mini-projects that support company events and culture (for example, a prediction/betting site for New Year).
• Document every solution you ship — what it does, how it works, and how to operate or extend it — so tools stay maintainable and don't depend on any one person.
• At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.

Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including automation, bot development, and process automation
• Fullstack capability with a clear backend bias
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or similar)
• Experience with serverless platforms (Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, or equivalent)
• Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, and/or PostgreSQL — comfortable working across both relational and non-relational databases
• Practical experience building bots for Slack and/or Telegram
• Hands-on experience automating processes and integrating third-party APIs
• Working knowledge of OpenAI/LLM APIs
• Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and own outcomes without close supervision
• Reliable in honouring commitments and agreements
• English proficiency sufficient for daily written and verbal communication
• Able to maintain strong availability/responsiveness during 12:00–18:00 CET, even on a flexible part-time schedule

Nice to Have

• Experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based systems

You'll Thrive Here If You…

• You'd rather build the tool that removes the work than do the work by hand
• You're comfortable owning a wide, shifting surface of systems with no single "home stack"
• You take documentation seriously — you write it so someone else could pick up your work tomorrow
• You can be handed an ambiguous "this is annoying, fix it" problem and turn it into a shipped automation
• You're reliable by default — if you commit to something, it happens
• You like the flexibility of part-time contract work but don't use it as an excuse to be hard to reach
• You're curious about AI tooling and treat it as a working part of your toolkit, not a side experiment

Compensation

• €35 – €37,50 per hour, based on 10–20 hrs/week.
• Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain. Exercise caution and ensure the authenticity of emails claiming to be from our company.

AI Technical Lead - Developer Tooling

JetBrains

📍 Limassol, Paphos
🏢 C/C++ Ecosystem
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus

Описание вакансии

AI is fundamentally changing how developers write, understand, debug, and maintain software.

At JetBrains, we're exploring what an AI-native development experience should look like for C++ developers. We are looking for a senior technical leader to help shape this future by building AI-powered workflows, integrating coding agents into developer tools, and defining how CLion can become a first-class environment for AI-assisted software development.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on technical leadership rather than people management. You should expect to spend most of your time prototyping, implementing, and validating AI-powered workflows while helping shape technical direction through hands-on engineering. You'll work at the intersection of developer tools, AI agents, IDE architecture, and product strategy while helping define how software developers work with AI in the future.

Example problems you'll work on:

• How can coding agents become more effective when working with large C++ codebases?
• How can CLion's debugging, code understanding, and navigation capabilities be integrated into AI-assisted development workflows?
• How should AI-powered developer experiences be evaluated and benchmarked in real-world development scenarios?
• What capabilities should AI agents have access to inside a modern IDE?
• How can we make CLion a better environment for developers who increasingly collaborate with AI tools and agents?

In this role, you will:

• Shape and deliver AI-powered features for CLion and C++ development workflows.
• Design the architecture for AI integrations, agent tools, and C++-specific AI capabilities.
• Build practical benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for AI-assisted C++ development scenarios.
• Prototype and validate new AI workflows, including debugging, code understanding, refactoring, and project navigation.
• Collaborate with product managers, ML engineers, QA engineers, stakeholders, and senior developers to shape and deliver the roadmap.
• Work closely with JetBrains AI, ML, and product teams to help define the AI strategy for the C++ ecosystem.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives, bringing new ideas and proposals that align with the broader JetBrains AI strategy.
• Contribute hands-on to technical design, software architecture, and implementation in a large, mature codebase.
• Help define a technical roadmap for AI agent and tool integrations in C++ development workflows.
• Build trust and alignment across the C++ Ecosystem, AI, Product, QA, and ML organizations

We'd love to talk if you have:

• Significant software engineering experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar senior technical role.
• Strong experience with Kotlin, Java, or other JVM technologies, or the ability to quickly become productive in a JVM-based codebase.
• Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, coding assistants, agents, or LLM-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of how modern coding agents operate, including tool calling, context management, MCP, and evaluation techniques.
• A track record of driving technical direction in ambiguous and rapidly evolving areas.
• Strong product instincts and an ability to balance innovation with practical delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ development workflows, compilers, debuggers, language tooling, or developer productivity products.
• Experience with IDE internals, language servers, code analysis, refactoring systems, or static analysis.
• Experience leading small teams or acting as a technical lead.
• Experience working on AI-native developer products.

Why this role is unique

Rather than building generic chat experiences, you'll be working on challenges such as AI-assisted debugging, agent-powered code understanding, developer workflow automation, and evaluation systems for AI-powered development tools. Your work will directly influence products used by millions of developers worldwide and help shape JetBrains' broader vision for AI-powered software development.

Why join JetBrains?

• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
• Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible. (keep if relevant for the role)
• Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
• Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
• Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
• Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
• Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

*Some benefits may vary depending on location.

ERP Product Manager

FxPro Financial Services Limited

📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

Join FxPro: a leading international fintech company. Be a part of our expanding international team, with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai, and Yerevan. FxPro boasts a diverse workforce of over 600 employees representing 50 nationalities, making it an exciting and dynamic workplace. At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.

As a Senior Product Manager, Internal Products, you will own and evolve our internal products, starting with the core ERP platform used across Business Development, Customer Support, Accounting, and Back Office teams. This is a product ownership role focused on discovery, prioritization, and improving how internal teams work. You will work closely with Operations and Business Development to understand their workflows, pain points, and requests, determine which problems are worth solving, and turn them into a clear product roadmap. You will also represent internal users when new customer-facing products and features are being designed, ensuring internal teams have the right tools, information, and workflows to support customers effectively once those features go live.

The role starts with bringing structure and transparency to the existing backlog and gradually evolves toward proactive discovery, process optimization, automation, and long-term improvement of our internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and prioritization for the internal ERP platform
• Build and maintain the product roadmap for internal tools
• Collect, structure, and evaluate requests coming from Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Back Office, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders
• Identify the actual problem behind stakeholder requests instead of treating requested solutions as requirements
• Independently prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency, and implementation complexity
• Make product decisions and confidently challenge or reject requests when another solution would create more value
• Work directly with internal users through interviews, workflow analysis, observation, and discovery sessions
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and business processes
• Participate in discussions around new customer-facing features and define what internal capabilities are required to support them successfully
• Ensure Customer Support and Operations teams have the necessary data, workflows, tools, and controls when new products or features are launched
• Partner with the Delivery team throughout implementation while maintaining ownership of the problem, product requirements, and expected outcome

Key Product Challenges

In the first stage, you will focus on:

• Creating visibility into existing requests and pain points across Operations and Business Development
• Establishing a clear and transparent prioritization process
• Creating a roadmap for improving the current ERP experience
• Identifying the most painful and repetitive workflows
• Automating high-impact manual processes

As the product matures, the role will increasingly focus on proactive discovery, product analytics, process optimization, and identifying opportunities before they become explicit stakeholder requests.

Success in This Role

• We have a clear understanding of the key pain points experienced by Operations and Business Development teams
• We have a prioritized product roadmap focused on addressing the most important problems within our internal systems
• The most repetitive and time-consuming operational workflows are increasingly automated
• Requests from internal stakeholders are evaluated consistently rather than being delivered on a first-come, first-served basis
• Internal teams are properly equipped to support customers whenever new customer-facing functionality is launched
• Product decisions are increasingly supported by usage and operational data

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience owning product priorities and making independent product decisions
• Strong experience working with internal products, enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, back-office platforms, operational tooling, or similar products
• Strong product discovery skills and ability to identify underlying user problems rather than simply collect feature requests
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a complex backlog across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience building product roadmaps and translating business problems into product initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with teams that have different and sometimes conflicting priorities
• Experience working closely with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, or other operational functions
• Ability to challenge stakeholder requests constructively and make trade-offs based on expected value
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to use data to evaluate product problems and outcomes
• Experience working effectively with engineering and delivery teams without needing to manage technical implementation directly
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment

Interview steps

• Recruiter screen (~30 minutes)
• Interview with the Hiring Manager (~60 minutes)
• Final interview with managers (~60 minutes)

Our benefits

• Competitive compensation package
• Hybrid work schedule
• Medical insurance
• Provident fund
• In-house gym with a personal trainer
• Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages
• Company discount card for various products & services
• 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually
• Shuttle bus service from Limassol
• Birthday gift
• Relocation bonus and visa/work permit support
