• Leading a cross-functional R&D team. Coordinate Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, and Creative teams to move from hypothesis to validated product as efficiently as possible
Required Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
• 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games

• A portfolio of Hybrid Casual projects where you can clearly explain:

• Strong analytical and product thinking with the ability to make decisions based on incomplete data
• Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills

QA Performance Engineer (YouTrack)
JetBrains
📍 Paphos
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
You know how frustrating a slow application is, and you have the technical curiosity to figure out exactly why it's lagging. You look at code, traffic, and infrastructure to find bottlenecks before they impact users. If you treat performance testing as a craft rather than a checklist, this is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What You’ll Do
YouTrack has grown from an online bug tracker into a comprehensive project management system used by teams worldwide. As our user base expands, maintaining top-tier performance and reliability is critical. We need a QA Performance Engineer who can help implement our performance testing strategy and uncover issues before they reach our users.
You will join a collaborative team of 46 people who use Scrum and speak English as their shared working language. In this role, you won’t just run tests – you will influence how new features are planned and released. You'll work closely with developers to recreate complex user scenarios and build long-term confidence in our platform.
Day To Day, You Will
• Participate in performance testing and analysis using both manual and automated approaches.
• Write new automated performance tests and maintain the existing test suite.
• Reproduce complex performance bugs and issues reported by users.
• Configure performance test invocations as an integrated part of our continuous integration (CI) cycles.
• Collaborate on functionality planning, incident investigation, and product releases.
What You’ll Bring
• A deep care for software quality and a refusal to settle for "good enough."
• Strong analytical thinking to track down the root cause of systemic issues rather than just treating symptoms.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss technical problems transparently with developers.
• A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across distributed teams and time zones.
• Curiosity and a drive to leave systems cleaner and faster than you found them.
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience running and analyzing both manual and automated performance tests.
• Solid understanding of HTTP and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Experience testing web applications manually and via automation frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Familiarity with teamwork tools, including issue trackers, version control systems, and CI/CD servers.
• Comfort working in command-line environments using tools like Bash, grep, SSH, and curl.
• Strong spoken and written English language skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST API testing, or platform-specific performance monitoring (top, htop, perfmon, etc.) is a strong plus.
What Success Looks Like
Success means earning trust through solid technical decisions and uncovering regressions early. You’ll know you’re succeeding when our CI cycle catches performance drops automatically, user-reported performance bottlenecks decrease, and the team relies on your insights during feature planning to keep YouTrack fast and stable.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
• Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
• Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
• Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
• Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
• Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
• Some benefits may vary depending on location.

Описание вакансии
We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, for an experienced AI Developer - Signal Processing & Speech Technology, for their team in Limassol, Cyprus.
About the company:
Our client is a subsidiary of a powerful network of high-tech companies and one of the leading international providers of high-quality communications intelligence systems. With nearly 70 years of industry experience, the group provides customers with innovative systems and products that help make the world a safer place.
About the role:
You'll develop AI systems that go beyond Jupyter Notebooks. The focus is on selecting, training, and optimising models for analysing RF signals and speech data, and then deploying them as high-performance, production-ready applications. Latency, throughput, and resource consumption aren't footnotes here, they're core requirements.
Important note: Only applications from EU nationals who hold a valid working permit in Cyprus can be considered. While a hybrid working scheme for eligible positions is available, all employees must be based in Cyprus. New joiners are required to work onsite from the Limassol office for the first 3–6 months for training and team-building purposes.
The work centres on two technical areas:
RF signal analysis: Classification, detection, and characterisation of high-frequency signals in broadband data streams, often near real time.
Speech processing: Recognition (speaker recognition / diarisation), denoising, and speech enhancement, as well as automatic speech recognition (ASR) under real-world, noisy recording conditions. You'll also help design and develop components of a real-time platform for the automated interception, analysis, and visualisation of radio signals.
Responsibilities:
• Select, adapt, and fine-tune models for signal and speech processing (including CNN/Transformer architectures, state-space models, and end-to-end ASR)
• Optimise inference: quantisation, pruning, kernel fusion, batching strategies, TorchScript/torch.compile, and export to ONNX/TensorRT
• Implement high-performance inference paths in PyTorch and LibTorch (PyTorch C++)
• Deploy and operate models in the NVIDIA Triton Inference Server, including model repository, ensembles, business logic scripting, dynamic batching, and custom backends
• Build processing chains around the models: signal pre-processing, feature extraction, streaming pipelines, and pre-/post-processing
• Take prototypes from development to market readiness: benchmarking, profiling, test coverage, reproducibility, monitoring, and model versioning
• Collaborate closely with system architecture and product management
• Evaluate new methods and tools for their practical suitability against performance goals
Requirements:
• BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of experience with PyTorch beyond training: you know where models slow down in production and how to fix it
• Solid knowledge of C++ (C++17 or later) and experience with the PyTorch C++ API
• Practical experience with Triton Inference Server
• In-depth knowledge of digital signal processing (FFT, filter design, modulation, spectrogram representations) or speech processing (ASR, speaker embeddings, speech enhancement)
• Experience with profiling and GPU optimisation (CUDA fundamentals)
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, Docker, and CI/CD
• Fluent spoken and written English
Desirable:
• Experience with CUDA kernel development or custom Triton backends
• Experience working with SDR hardware and real-world RF datasets
• Experience with edge deployment (Jetson, embedded GPUs) and models operating under tight resource constraints
What's on offer:
• Working alongside great colleagues in a growing team
• An exciting and motivating work environment
• Hybrid working scheme
• A position in a company with strong growth potential
• The stability of belonging to an established international group
• Attractive remuneration package
• Private health insurance
• Provident fund

📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Who We Are
Hi, we're DuckDuckGo, the online protection company and remote-first team of 300+ on a mission to raise the standard of trust online. Founded in 2008 and profitable since 2014, annual revenue now exceeds $100m USD and millions use our browser on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android, our search engine, and the latest — Privacy Pro. Our culture of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work — you've come to the right place!
Your Team and Role
Working on the Design Functional Team, this role is design-first, leveraging your product design expertise and obsession with craft to help us maintain quality across our products, including Duck.ai, native apps, search and related projects.
Here’s an example of a recent project the Product Design Engineer team worked on:
• https://spreadprivacy.com/ai-feature-upgrade/
• https://spreadprivacy.com/ai-chat/
At DuckDuckGo, Design owns quality end to end, and your engineering skills close the gap between the design that's intended and the product that ships. You're fluent enough in code to prototype, spec precisely, and partner with engineers as a peer, working directly in the codebase to make sure execution clears the bar you set. As our 2nd Design Engineer, you'll have real leadership opportunities to shape the role and discipline!
As a Senior Product Design Engineer, you'll collaborate across levels to solve problems in our current products and pioneer new ones as we build the privacy layer for the Internet. You'll autonomously lead high-impact projects at scale from ideation to execution with a voice in product design decisions large and small.
About You
• 7+ years in product design roles, including 2+ years senior-level at significant global consumer brands
• Pushes creative limits on hard design problems, delivering delight, craft, and exceptional quality
• Communicates visual and interaction recommendations through high-quality mockups, rationale, prototypes, and specific motion variables
• Partners with engineers as a peer — reasoning about decisions in PR reviews, contributing code where it raises design quality
• Prototypes in code to a production standard, with an understanding of semantic markup and accessibility, leveraging but not relying on AI
• Experience structuring a design system beyond component inventory: token layering, primitive vs. semantic naming, design-to-code parity
• Proficient in research and experimentation, using both qualitative and quantitative data, comfortable instrumenting your own work
• Experience participating in multiple areas of the product process including prioritization, strategy, and user testing
• Takes initiative - generates ideas and carries them forward with urgency and discretion, while working openly
• Experience defining requirements and building tools that accelerate design and engineering workflows while retaining design system quality and consistency
Compensation
$178,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.
Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. This program does not extend to team members located in other countries, such as Canada or the UK.
Our Team Member Support Guide explains how we prioritize your wellbeing including paid parental leave, office setup, and co-working allowances.
Hiring Process
Hiring works best when it's a two-way street. Learn how we help you get to know DuckDuckGo, envision your future role here, and find out more about how we hire.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
DuckDuckGo provides equal work opportunities to all team members and applicants, and it prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, caste, religion, age, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by our policies or federal, state, or local laws.
We want to ensure that our hiring process is accessible. If you need reasonable accommodation for any part of the application process because of a medical condition or disability, please send an email to careers@duckduckgo.com to let us know the nature of your request.
Please Note That
• You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing
• Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
• While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
• A successful candidate must pass a background check as a condition of joining the team.
• By applying for this role, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete. You further acknowledge that providing false or fraudulent information during the application process is cause for denial of an offer, revocation of any existing offer, or other adverse action, up to and including termination after the start of your commencement of work.
Disclosure Statement: Use of AI in Hiring Process
As part of our commitment to enhancing our recruitment process, we utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist in reviewing and summarizing job applications and test projects, including those tools integrated into our recruitment vendor platforms. We use AI to flag potentially fraudulent applications, analyze and summarize applicants’ experience, interviews, and project performance, and help streamline our selection process.
Key Principles
• Data Privacy: All information provided in your application will be handled in accordance with our Recruiting Privacy Policy. We ensure that your personal information is protected and used solely for recruitment purposes.
• Human Oversight and Accountability: The AI technology is designed to support our hiring team by providing insights and summaries of applications and evaluations of test projects against scoring rubrics. All final evaluations and hiring decisions, however, will be made by our hiring team, who will consider the AI's input alongside other factors.
• Transparency: We believe in transparency regarding our hiring practices. If you have any questions about how AI is used in our recruitment process, please feel free to reach out to us.

Middle-Senior Software Developer
SEBES
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About the Role:
A hands-on engineering role for someone who's already delivering solidly on their own and wants the next step: ownership of systems, of provider integrations and of the teamwork.This is deliberately a growth role. You'll start with well-scoped delivery work and take on architecture, provider ownership, and incident leadership as you demonstrate you're ready. We have clear expectations for what we look for at Mid and at Senior level, so you'll know what the next step requires rather than having to guess.Fintech or payments experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you the domain.
What You'll Do From The Start:
• Write clean, well-tested code and deliver it consistently — that's the foundation everything else is built on
• Build and maintain integrations with acquirers and PSPs — the core of what we do
• Review other people's code with attention to design and maintainability, not just correctness
• Own features end to end: understand the business goal, ask the questions that surface hidden requirements, break it down, deliver it
• Debug production issues — investigate, fix, and write up what happened so it doesn't recur
• Participate in architectural discussions: bring trade-offs to the table, protect your position, learn from others
What You'll Grow Into:
• Acting as a gatekeeper for code quality — holding the standard in review, catching what shouldn't be delivered, and explaining why in a way that raises the bar for everyone rather than just blocking merges
• Owning a provider relationship from discovery through launch, and being the person they talk to
• Driving architectural decisions rather than contributing to them — including the ones with no clean answer
• Coordinating complex incidents: leading root cause analysis and pushing prevention work through to completion
• Improving how the team works: review standards, runbooks, deployment procedures, workflows
• Mentoring developers next to you
What We're Looking For:
• We work mostly in Ruby on Rails. Either you know it, or you catch up quickly and contribute from your first weeks — in which case deep proficiency in a similar dynamic language (Python, PHP, JavaScript) is a must
• A track record of finishing things. You unblock yourself, and you know the difference between a real blocker and an excuse
• Results over polish in implementation — we'd rather ship a working solution than the most elegant possible one. Standards on tests, conventions, and reviewability aren't part of that trade
• You work within existing conventions first. Understand why a process exists, match the codebase's style, then propose improvements
• Solid database skills: writing efficient queries, understanding indexes, making reasonable data modeling calls
• Working comfortably with CI/CD, containers, and a cloud platform — you can deploy and diagnose your own work
• Strong debugging instincts and the willingness to solve a difficult task
• Effective daily use of LLM tools
Nice to Have:
• Payment provider integrations (acquirers, PSPs) — the domain, not just the code
• Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements
• Any prior experience mentoring or leading technical decisions
What We Offer:
• €2,500–4,000 gross per month, plus performance bonus
• Growing responsibility comes with growing pay, not just another title
• A small team of ~5 passionate developers — your work is visible and there's no queue to be heard
• We put real effort into noticing who's contributing. We measure delivery volume, quality, and impact on teammates, and reward it accordingly
• A codebase we actively invest in — refactors get prioritized rather than deferred forever, and improving it is part of the job, not a side quest
• Regular, honest feedback on where you stand against the next level
• Real influence over architecture and process — earned quickly if you deliver
• Main office - Cyprus
• Remote work — we care that the work lands, not which hours you were online for

Product Lead | Web Applications & UX
paytech
📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About the role:
You will own the product vision, user experience and roadmap for paytech’s web applications
and payment interfaces.
This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role — not a coordination-only Product Owner
position and not a purely visual design role.
You will be responsible for understanding users, deciding what should be built, defining how the
product should work and ensuring that the delivered experience meets a consistently high
standard.
You must have previously owned and launched customer-facing payment products such as
payment cashiers, hosted payment pages, checkout experiences or payment widgets.
Experience with merchant portals, payment operations backoffices or payment orchestration
platforms is strongly preferred.
You will combine payments knowledge, product judgment, UX expertise and technical fluency.
You should be able to move comfortably between customer interviews, complex payment
workflows, interactive prototypes, product requirements, data analysis and detailed reviews of
the implemented product.
What you will own:
● The product vision and roadmap for the merchant portal, operational backoffice,
payment widgets, cashiers and future web applications;
● The complete user experience across payment processing, routing, reporting,
reconciliation, configuration, user management and operational monitoring;
● The strategy for introducing AI-assisted workflows, proactive intelligence and contextual
guidance throughout paytech’s products;
● Product discovery with PSPs, merchants, payment operations teams, support teams and
internal stakeholders;
● Information architecture, user journeys, workflows, wireframes and interactive
prototypes;
● Prioritisation of platform improvements, new functionality, look-and-feel and customer
requirements;
● A shared design system and reusable interaction patterns across paytech products;
● Global product compatibility across devices, browsers, geographies, languages and
accessibility needs;
● Product requirements and acceptance criteria for frontend applications and their
supporting backend functionality;
● Product analytics, user feedback and continuous improvement after launch;
● The quality of the final user experience — not only the completion of individual features.
Global-by-default product design
Our products serve users in different countries, operating environments and roles. Global
compatibility must be considered from the beginning rather than added after development.
You will ensure that our applications:
● Work consistently across desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
● Support different browsers, screen sizes, connection speeds and device capabilities;
● Can be localised into different languages, including languages with longer text and right-
to-left layouts;
● Correctly handle currencies, time zones, date formats, number formats and regional
conventions;
● Accommodate different payment methods and payment behaviours across markets;
● Are accessible to users with different physical and cognitive needs;
● Are understandable by both experienced payment professionals and users with limited
technical or payments knowledge;
● Remain consistent and intuitive across different white-label configurations and client
brands.
AI-native product experience
We want AI to become a meaningful part of the product experience — not a separate chatbot
added to the interface.
You will identify and deliver opportunities for AI to help users understand situations, detect
problems and take the correct actions. These may include:
● Contextual AI assistants embedded within payment and operational workflows;
● Proactive monitoring of payment performance, configuration and operational data;
● Intelligent identification of anomalies, unusual trends and potential problems;
● Actionable prompts when success rates fall, reconciliation issues appear or
configurations may be incorrect;
● AI-generated explanations of payment data, declines, routing results and operational
events;
● Natural-language exploration of reports, transactions and performance data;
● Guided configuration of routing rules, connectors, dashboards and other complex
functionality;
● Recommendations based on historical performance and user objectives;
● Automated summaries of important events and changes;
● AI-assisted onboarding and in-product help adapted to the user’s role and experience.
You will work with engineering, data and security specialists to ensure that AI-generated
information is accurate, permission-aware, explainable and auditable.
What you will do:
● Research how PSPs, merchants and payment operations teams work today;
● Identify recurring problems, inefficient processes and opportunities for automation;
● Translate complex payment concepts into interfaces that work across countries,
languages, devices and different levels of user expertise;
● Design experiences for payment cashiers, hosted payment pages and widgets that are
fast, intuitive and conversion-focused;
● Define personas, user journeys, navigation structures and permissions-based
experiences;
● Create or directly supervise wireframes, prototypes and detailed UX specifications;
● Work with the CTO and company leadership to establish product priorities and
measurable outcomes;
● Partner closely with the Head of Engineering, frontend developers, backend developers,
QA and business analysts throughout delivery;
● Balance reusable platform capabilities against client-specific and white-label
requirements;
● Establish standards for responsive design, accessibility, localisation and customisation;
● Ensure that new applications properly support multi-tenancy, roles and permissions,
auditability, security and large volumes of operational data;
● Review implemented functionality in detail and ensure that it matches the intended user
experience;
● Introduce product analytics, usability testing and feedback mechanisms;
● Measure how users interact with the product and use evidence to improve it
continuously;
● Communicate product decisions and roadmap priorities across engineering, PMO,
support, sales and account management.
Required experience:
● Significant experience owning complex digital payment products as a Product Manager,
Senior Product Manager, Product Lead or equivalent;
● Direct experience taking an online payment experience from discovery through design,
development and production launch;
● Previous ownership of payment cashiers, hosted payment pages, checkout flows,
payment widgets or similar transaction interfaces;
● Strong understanding of payment journeys, transaction statuses, declines, payment
methods and merchant requirements;
● A strong portfolio demonstrating products you helped define and launch — not only
features or projects you coordinated;
● Experience designing or significantly redesigning complex B2B SaaS applications,
operational backoffices, merchant portals or data-heavy dashboards;
● Excellent UX judgment and a strong interest in modern, simple and polished interfaces;
● Hands-on ability to create and evaluate user journeys, wireframes and interactive
prototypes;
● Strong working knowledge of Figma or equivalent product design tools;
● Experience conducting user interviews, identifying underlying problems and validating
proposed solutions;
● Experience creating product strategies and roadmaps based on user value, business
impact, evidence and engineering effort;
● Ability to write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria;
● Technical fluency in APIs, frontend architecture, browser behaviour, application
performance and software delivery;
● Confidence working directly with engineers and making informed technical trade-offs;
● Experience defining and measuring product outcomes through analytics and user
behaviour;
● Fluent English.
AI product experience:
You should have practical experience delivering AI-assisted product functionality or a strong
demonstrable understanding of how AI can be integrated into real user workflows.

Описание вакансии
Mayflower is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we’ve been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to join a team for our Growth stream.
Job Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Specification
• Gather, structure, and validate requirements collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA.
• Translate product hypotheses and business goals into clear, testable artifacts such as user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Ensure task descriptions are clear and detailed for development and QA, including scenarios, parameters, constraints, and necessary checks.
System Analysis & Architecture
• Dive deep into technical details, demonstrating an understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, system constraints, and microservice architecture to communicate with engineers on their level.
• Participate in architectural analysis alongside developers and architects.
• Deeply detail technical tasks to reduce the workload on architects and developers.
Requirements Lifecycle & Delivery Support
• Maintain requirements throughout the delivery cycle, managing changes and documenting decisions and assumptions.
• Support developers and QA engineers in clarifying context and validating shipped features against the intended requirements.
• Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering, driving alignment on scope, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
Knowledge Base Management & AI Preparation
• Create and maintain a clear, structured, and searchable knowledge base detailing product behavior, business logic, APIs, data, admin pages, and system relationships.
• Actively eliminate product knowledge gaps by extracting missing information from the Product, Dev, and QA teams and documenting it to prevent recurring questions.
• Update documentation immediately following releases to accurately reflect the actual system behavior.
Prepare knowledge for LLMs:
• Detail architectural and business logic so it can be effectively used to build a vector knowledge base for LLMs. Organize documentation so that AI can accurately answer system queries, and continually refine the knowledge base to address gaps the AI cannot answer.
• Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) to accelerate your daily tasks—such as drafting requirements, checking consistency, and generating scenarios—while applying rigorous verification and accountability for the output's correctness.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
• 5+ years working as a Business or System Analyst in product development, closely collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.
• The ability to understand complex existing product and architectural logic quickly, identify system risks, and translate them into usable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
• Exceptional, structured writing skills with the ability to create documentation that is concise, consistent, and easy to navigate over time.
• Practical, hands-on experience using modern AI/LLM tools in day-to-day analysis work (beyond basic prompting) to increase output, as well as an understanding of how to structure data for LLM vector databases.
• The ability to influence without authority, facilitate discussions, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher in English, as documentation and discussions are conducted in English.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here’s what you can expect when joining us:
• EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.
• EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence.
