Account Manager

Boltzmann Research

📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

At Boltzmann Research, we're building quantitative risk and trading technology for the global FX and CFD industry.

Founded in 2023, we now work with some of the largest names in the sector. Our technology combines quantitative research, market expertise, data engineering and machine learning to help brokers and proprietary trading firms make better-informed, time-sensitive risk decisions. Together, our products give trading and risk teams the visibility and control they need to act with confidence.

We're a team of engineers, quantitative researchers, trading specialists and commercial operators, and we're hiring our next Enterprise Account Executive to join our go-to-market team in London or Agios Athanasios. The role suits someone who has thrived inside an early-stage, high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech or AI company, ideally with a network in FX/CFD, and who brings the autonomy and commercial judgement to help shape how we sell.

The role

• You'll be early enough to shape how we sell, rather than inherit a finished playbook.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and run your territory with that mentality. Own the full cycle: run thoughtful discovery, diagnose client needs and tailor the right solution across complex organisations.
• Partner closely with our technical teams. Selling here is a team sport. You will work with quantitative researchers and engineers throughout evaluations, proofs of concept and implementation handovers.
• Build relationships at the top. You will work with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across trading, risk, technology and operations as a trusted commercial adviser.
• Define the motion. You will co-build our sales process, qualification and account strategy with the founders. What works becomes how we sell.
• Be a product evangelist. Deliver strong demonstrations and tailored materials, bring a clear point of view to every conversation and feed client insight directly back to product and engineering.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2 + years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including complex, high-value, end-to-end deals. Experience selling AI, fintech, market data or trading technology is a strong advantage.
• Has built C-suite relationships and knows how to run consultative, value-based sales motions.
• Understands technology and markets well enough to hold their own with a curious CTO, Head of Trading or Head of Risk.
• Works with pace and sound judgement, testing ideas instead of waiting for a finished playbook.
• Communicates concisely in writing and in person, both with customers and inside the team.
• Is excited about using AI within the sales process and comfortable with how quickly the technology and market continue to change.
• Works and understands data.

Why Boltzmann Research:

Some of the largest and most forward-thinking firms in FX and CFD already work with us because we have built technology for the realities of live trading and risk management. We are early enough that you will genuinely shape how we sell, where we focus and how we grow, alongside a technical team working across the Globe.

We offer a competitive base salary, transparent performance-based bonus, comprehensive medical benefits, and provident-fund contributions. If this sounds like the seat you have been waiting for, we would love to hear from you.

Send your CV and a short note explaining why the role fits you to careers@boltzmann-research.com or apply directly.

We assess candidates on evidence relevant to the role. If you need a reasonable adjustment at any stage, tell us and we will work with you.

Senior Analytics Engineer

Scrambly

📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

About The Company

Scrambly is one of the fastest-growing adtech startups in the world, featured in the AppsFlyer Performance Index and Singular ROI Index in just 3.5 years.

We’re growing 250%+ YoY across revenue, team, product, and technology — fully bootstrapped and profitable.

We’re building the future of app discovery: a reward-powered alternative to the App Store and Google Play. Our loyalty-driven ecosystem connects millions of users with the world’s top apps and delivers unmatched, ROI-focused growth for mobile advertisers.

Our mission is to build a true alternative to traditional app stores — fueled by rewards and data — and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and run the data platform behind the commercial side of Scrambly — the pipelines and models that sit underneath how we spend, how we reward, and how we protect the ecosystem. These are decisions worth real money, made daily, on numbers you produce.

The role is half building and half answering. You will maintain the pipelines that turn raw events, attribution data, and advertiser feeds into tables people trust, and you will use those tables yourself — sizing opportunities, setting thresholds, and telling the business what the data says. We will go through the specifics with you during the process.

This is an early hire on a data team being built from scratch. You will work day to day with the Head of Data, alongside Data Scientists as they join, and in close partnership with Backend, User Acquisition, and Account Management. Part of the platform already exists and part of it doesn’t — you will take on what is there, improve it, and build what is missing.

We are flexible on level. The title reflects the ownership and independence the role carries, not a hard experience bar. If you have around three years behind you and the scope below excites you, we would still like to hear from you — we will set the level, title, and compensation to match what you bring.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and model. Design and maintain analytical pipelines in Dataform on BigQuery, from source data through to the tables that teams and downstream models consume, including the datasets behind new products as we build them.
• Analyse and recommend. Answer commercial questions with data, and design and tune the rules and thresholds that sit behind day-to-day decisions. Turn findings into recommendations non-technical teams can act on.
• Take ownership. Take on established pipelines you did not write — work out how they behave, document them, and keep them running in production.
• Make the data trustworthy. Build the testing, assertion, and alerting layer on the models that drive commercial decisions, so we find out when something stops working before a stakeholder does. Investigate and fix issues when a number looks wrong.
• Raise the engineering bar. Manage warehouse cost and query performance, reduce duplication and manual work, and help establish good practice for data — code review, CI, documentation, release conventions.
• Collaborate. Work with the Head of Data on scoping and prioritisation, with Data Scientists on training data and getting models into production, with Backend on event contracts and automating the loop into product systems, and with commercial teams who use these numbers daily.

Requirements

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI development, or a closely related role, with pipelines running in production. We care more about what you have owned than about the number.
• Strong SQL and solid analytical data modelling: layered warehouse design, incremental models, and comfort with messy real-world business logic.
• Analytical judgement — able to take an open commercial question, decide what to measure, and come back with an answer and a recommendation rather than a table.
• Google Cloud experience is strongly preferred, as our whole platform runs on it: BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Pub/Sub, IAM. We will consider people from AWS or Azure who have done the equivalent — a cloud warehouse, a transformation framework (Dataform or dbt), and serverless functions and scheduling.
• Python for data work, and familiarity with Git and code review — plus an instinct to test data rather than assume it is correct.
• Curiosity and comfort with unfamiliar systems: willing to dig into code or data you did not write, work out what it does, and write it down for others.
• A proactive, self-directed way of working, and the confidence to ask questions and say when something does not look right. You will be in a very small team.
• English at B2+, written and spoken — you will document systems others rely on and work daily with an international team.

Nice to Have

• Adtech or performance marketing data — attribution and MMP data, cohort LTV or ROAS, campaign cost and revenue reconciliation.
• Fraud, anomaly detection, or trust & safety data work.
• Event-driven or near-real-time pipelines — Pub/Sub, Eventarc, Kafka, or serving data through a low-latency store such as Redis.
• Experimentation (A/B design and readout) or supporting production ML (feature pipelines, model monitoring).

What We Offer

• Variety — you will build the pipelines and use them to answer the questions that matter, rather than only one or the other.
• Work directly attached to revenue, with visible impact on the business within weeks.
• A close working relationship with the Head of Data, a real say in how the data function is built, and room to grow into a senior or lead role.
• A level and compensation matched to what you bring, rather than to the title on the advert.
• A profitable, bootstrapped company growing 250%+ YoY, where investment in data is justified by results rather than budget cycles.

By submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy.

Senior Data Scientist

Scrambly

📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to own the models behind how Scrambly spends and makes money — what our users are worth, what we should pay to acquire and reward them, and how we keep the ecosystem free of abuse.

The centre of the role is predicting user and cohort value — forecasting what people will be worth from early signal, and keeping those forecasts accurate as the product and the market move underneath them. Around it sits a set of connected problems across marketing, monetisation, and risk, each of which turns a prediction into a decision the business acts on. We will go through the specifics with you during the process.

You will own the modelling end to end: framing the problem, building the model, deciding how it is evaluated, and staying with it once it is live. You will not be doing that alone — you will work closely with our engineers on data, pipelines, serving, and integration.

This is an early hire on a data team being built from scratch, reporting to and working day to day with the Head of Data. We are flexible on level. The title reflects the ownership and independence the role carries, not a hard experience bar — we will set the level, title, and compensation to match what you bring.

Key Responsibilities

• Value prediction. Own and improve how we forecast user and cohort value from early behaviour, across our different revenue streams. Improve accuracy where it matters most commercially, and keep the models working as the product changes.
• Bidding and pricing. Build the modelling that decides what we are willing to pay to acquire users, together with the controls that keep spend inside margin limits while the system is still learning.
• Segmentation and targeting. Build the scoring and segmentation that lets us treat users, partners, and inventory according to the value they actually deliver.
• Fraud and abuse. Improve the accuracy of our fraud models, and balance catching abuse against wrongly penalising real users.
• Evaluation. Decide how each model is judged and hold that line — out-of-sample discipline, backtesting, and choosing metrics that reflect the commercial objective rather than the convenient one. Stay close to your models once they are live, and flag when accuracy starts to slip.
• Collaboration. Work with the Head of Data on prioritisation, with our engineers on data pipelines and serving, and with commercial teams on turning model output into decisions they trust.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a data scientist working on production models that drive real decisions. We care more about what you have owned than about the number.
• Hands-on experience with LTV or ROAS prediction — forecasting user or cohort value from early behaviour, and dealing with the problems that come with it: immature cohorts, long horizons, sparse segments, and models that decay as the product changes. This is the core of the role and we are looking for someone who has done it before.
• Adtech or mobile performance marketing background — attribution and MMP data, cohort and campaign economics, and how UA spend actually gets decided. Backgrounds in gaming, gambling, or user-incentive and loyalty systems are equally relevant, and experience with rewarded, offerwall, or incentivised apps is a significant advantage.
• Strong Python and SQL, with production experience on a cloud data warehouse — BigQuery preferred.
• Rigour about evaluation: you choose the metric that matches the business objective, you are careful about out-of-sample and point-in-time correctness, and you are willing to say a model is not good enough to ship.
• Experience of models that made it into production and were used to make real decisions — you understand what it takes to get there and what happens to a model afterwards.
• Commercial judgement and clear communication — able to explain a model to people who will spend money based on it, and to push back when the data does not support the question being asked.
• A proactive, self-directed way of working. You will be in a very small team, with a lot of latitude and little process.
• English at B2+, written and spoken — you will document your work and work daily with an international team.

Nice to Have

• Bidding, pricing, or budget allocation systems — control loops, bandits, or other approaches to spending under uncertainty.
• Fraud, anomaly detection, or trust & safety modelling, especially with weak or incomplete labels.
• Experimentation and causal inference — A/B design, power analysis, and incrementality measurement.
• Survival, hierarchical, or Bayesian methods applied to retention, monetisation, or sparse-segment problems.
• BQML, Dataform, or dbt, or other experience building models close to the warehouse.
• Deploying and monitoring models yourself — pipelines, serving, retraining, and drift monitoring.

What We Offer

• Ownership of the models that set UA spend, offer payouts, and fraud decisions — work directly attached to revenue, with visible impact within weeks.
• Problems with real depth: long-horizon forecasting, adaptivity, pricing under uncertainty, and fraud with imperfect ground truth.
• A close working relationship with the Head of Data, a real say in how the data function is built, and room to grow as the team expands.

Business Systems Security Analyst

Wrike

📍 Cyprus
🏢 4400 Security
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus

Описание вакансии

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.

Your Impact:

• Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
• Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
• Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
• Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
• Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.

Your Qualifications:

Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.

• Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
• Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.

You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.

Standout Qualities:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
• Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
• Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
• Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
• You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
• Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.

Team Dynamics:

You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.

Our Work Style:

• Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
• Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Hybrid mode.

Benefits & Perks:

• 5 Weeks of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation
• 5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days
• 2 weeks fully paid w/ medical certificate, additional
• 4 weeks paid at 80% salary rate
• Parental Leave (fully paid): 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Meal Vouchers (CZK 220 per working day)
• Annual Prague Travel Card (Lítačka)
• Hybrid Working Model
• Benefit budget with flexible options, including a MultiSport card, Canadian Medical membership, contributions to a pension savings plan and additional choices available through Benefit Plus

What's Next?

• Recruiter Screen (30 mins)
• Department Interview / Technical Discussion (60 mins)
• Cultural Interview with Hiring Manager, CISO, and HRBP

Your recruitment buddy will be Aleksandar Chernev, Senior Technical Recruiter.
