Summary
Andersen is hiring a Full Stack QA Engineer (Python) for a project enhancing data science solutions and ensuring the quality and performance of machine learning models.
The customer is a global investment management firm providing tailored investment solutions to institutional and private clients. The project is focused on developing and improving data science solutions that leverage numerical, textual, and visual data to deliver measurable value to users. It includes building and evaluating machine learning models, assessing their performance, and continuously optimizing their impact on products and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Actively participating in all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment.
- Testing backend services, analyzing results, and identifying issues.
- Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and documentation for applications.
- Writing API automated tests using Pytest or other relevant tools.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues using a bug tracking system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and clarify ambiguities.
- Performing regression testing to ensure product stability after new changes.
- Collaborating with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing.

Requirements
- Experience in QA, predominantly in backend testing, with strong proficiency in Python (Pytest) for writing and maintaining automated test scripts for 3+ years.
- Proficient in working with Linux and related tools; solid knowledge of Bash scripting.
- Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes principles, basic CI/CD knowledge, and the ability to analyse backend service logs, including using Open Lens or similar tools.
- Experience with Kafka and Kibana or a willingness to quickly learn them.
- Skilled in testing RESTful and gRPC APIs.
- Basic proficiency in SQL.
- Good understanding of client-server and/or microservice architecture.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with the basics of Machine Learning
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Developing the user flow for courier delivery of orders from pickup points in the Uzum Market app.
- Developing and improving user flows across the product page, shopping cart, checkout, delivery status, and user profile.
- Integrating the client-side application with backend APIs.
- Writing and maintaining tests.
- Conducting code reviews.
- Supporting the feature during the pilot launch.
- Preparing and supporting the feature through production release.

Requirements
- Commercial Swift development experience for 3+ years.

IMPORTANT: This is a remote job position for someone located in the European Economic Zone. All applicants from outside this area will be discarded.

SIROC embeds senior technical leadership inside companies where engineering execution needs to improve, and someone needs to own making that happen.

This is not one job; it's a rotation. In one engagement, you might be interim CTO for an early-stage company finding its footing. In the next, you're VP Engineering inside a mid-market or PE-backed company, restructuring how they ship. In between, you might be building something hard with our own engineers. Then back again.

What stays constant: you're the person in the room who understands both the technology and the people, and who's willing to say the uncomfortable thing when the comfortable answer would be easier. Our clients pay us for outcomes, not reassurance, and the deliverable of your work is a team that no longer needs you.

Who we think you are

Your story probably looks something like this.

You started as an engineer and grew into technical leadership by building real things and living with the consequences of your decisions. You chose architectures, hired engineers, shaped teams, and developed strong opinions about quality, ownership, and how software organizations should work.

You made calls with real money attached: build vs. buy, who to hire, who to let go, what to cut when the runway got short, and where technical debt was worth accepting. And you were still there when the results came in.

Maybe you carried the CTO title. Maybe you were VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or employee #5 and never had the title at all. We care much more about the journey than the business card.

What we care about is what that journey taught you. And you came out of it with two things that are hard to fake.

• First: deep technology and deep people-sense. Many engineering problems in stuck companies are human problems wearing a technical costume, and you can tell the difference.
• Second: you can challenge a founder, an executive team, or a board and still be trusted afterward. Not because you avoid difficult conversations, but because you've earned credibility by doing the work. You prove points by shipping, not by deck.

Who This Is NOT For

If you've spent the last few years operating several layers away from the code, managing large organizations, and leading mostly through delegation, this probably isn't your role. We're looking for someone who can still go deep, make decisions firsthand, and demonstrate what good looks like when needed.

What You'll Actually Do

• Embed into client organizations as interim CTO or VP Engineering and own the outcome, not just the advice.
• Own architecture decisions and their trade-offs, and be accountable when they meet reality.
• Hire, restructure, and mentor client engineering teams; build a culture of accountability that survives your departure.
• Make build/buy/kill decisions with real economic reasoning, and defend them to founders and boards.
• Ship code yourself when that's what moves things forward. This is situational hands-on leadership, not an IC role.
• Diagnose when a technical problem is actually an organizational, communication, or leadership problem.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices into teams that haven't adopted them yet.
• Have difficult conversations early, while the problems are still cheap enough to fix.
• Hand over a self-sufficient organization and move to the next engagement: we leave clients independent, not hooked.

What we're looking for

• Deep software engineering fundamentals across the stack. You can go from a board conversation to a pull request in the same afternoon.
• Strong practical understanding of backend systems, data, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment practices. You don't need to be the deepest specialist in every area, but you should be comfortable reasoning about systems built with things like PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, queues, APIs, and cloud services.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted and agentic software development. You actively use AI-assisted and agentic development workflows and have strong, experience-based opinions about where they improve engineering performance and where they don't.
• Fluent English is a hard requirement, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and key client moments. We work remote-first, but some trust is built faster in person.

What success looks like

• In the first weeks, you understand the real constraints, establish a plan, and build enough trust to start making decisions.
• Within months, engineering has clearer ownership, technical priorities match the needs of the business, and the team is shipping with greater pace and predictability.
• By the end of the engagement, the organization has the leadership, structure, and technical foundations to keep moving without you.

Here, you get the most challenging part of that job repeatedly: entering situations where technology and teams need to evolve, understanding what is really holding the company back, fixing it, and leaving it stronger than you found it.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert – Space Applications Expert, Earth Observation & Copernicus to support the development, deployment and uptake of Earth Observation (EO) services and applications, including solutions based on Copernicus data and products, addressing key development, climate and environmental priorities in Africa.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• University degree at Master’s level in geomatics, remote sensing, environmental science, meteorology, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.

Minimum General Professional Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Earth Observation, geospatial services, remote sensing and/or climate/environmental services.

Minimum Specific Professional Experience

Your Team and Role

About You

• 10+ years experience leading privacy reviews, audits, or technical privacy programs at a consumer-facing product company with a large (1M+) user base.
• 4+ years privacy engineering leadership experience - building infrastructure tools, data minimization systems, or equivalent privacy-preserving technical solutions.
• Director, Head of, or VP-level experience with direct management and hiring responsibilities and meaningful technical scope.
• Proven ability to DRI high-complexity, cross-functional projects with minimal direction.

Compensation

$243,800 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation.

Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.

The opportunity

As our Senior Performance Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Paid static is the center of the role, but we're hiring a hybrid rather than a specialist: this means you also ideate and create performance video and treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.

You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and automation leadership: you set the bar for paid static on the team, work with AI enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with performance creative questions.

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
• Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform's specs and native feel.
• Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets, from 9:16 sound-on to static-adjacent 1:1 and 4:5.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn't.
• Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
• Version and localize at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you'll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
• Build creative that's designed to be tested. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
• Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
• Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
• A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Paid static above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
• Layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at thumbnail size, in feed, and in multiple languages.
• Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
• Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
• High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
• Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You're fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
• Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic timing and an instinct for what's about to feel dated.
• Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
• Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with layouts that survive risk warnings and market-specific requirements.
• A solid copywriting instinct. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
• Figma and Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) as well as strong genAI skills
• Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

The KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence (KIOS CoE) at the University of Cyprus (UCY-KIOS) announces one (1) full-time MSCA Doctoral Candidate (PhD) position. This position is part of the European MSCA Doctoral Network “Resilience experts in future large-scale critical infrastructures” (SPRING) (2026–2030). More information about the specific topics that the successful candidate will work on can be found on the SPRING project website https://spring-project.eu/doctoral-projects (position reference DC 12).

SPRING DN is implemented by an international consortium of universities, research institutes, and industrial and other non-academic partners, providing doctoral candidates with an interdisciplinary research and training environment. The network combines systems and control theory, formal methods, explainable AI, data-driven approaches, and human-centered design to address the resilience of interconnected cyber-physical critical infrastructures. Candidates will participate in international mobility, secondments, specialized training activities, and validation studies involving real-world use cases in the energy, water, and transportation sectors.

The project combines interdisciplinary research with structured doctoral training to form experts capable of working across academia and the public, private, and third sectors, with a focus on:

• Develop anticipatory defense, automated diagnosis, and real-time risk-aware response mechanisms for future Critical Infrastructures.
• Create a scalable, long-lasting library of resilience agents and supporting training materials for energy, water, and transport infrastructures.
• Bridge academia and industry by validating explainable AI, formal methods, and human-centered approaches in real-world industrial environments.

The selected student will be enrolled in either the Electrical Engineering or the Computer Engineering PhD program of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Cyprus (UCY), the top-ranking university of the country. The ECE Department conducts top-quality research, with its faculty securing prestigious projects including multiple ERC Grants, Horizon2020/ Horizon Europe RIA projects, and many more. The selected student will work under the supervision of Prof. Mathaios Panteli and Prof. Demetrios Eliades

The successful candidate will conduct research at the state-of-the-art facilities of the KIOS Center of Excellence. In particular, the focus will be to advance Digital Twin (DT) technology for enhancing the resilience of interconnected Critical Infrastructures (CIs), addressing current limitations related to scalability, interoperability, cascading failures, and real-time data integration. The research will develop a scalable DT framework combining formal methods, modelling and simulation, knowledge engineering, and adaptive AI to represent complex cyber-physical infrastructure systems. The research will investigate anticipatory self-adaptation, LLM-supported human-interpretable diagnostics, explainable AI, and real-time risk-aware incident response to support rapid, human-interpretable decision-making while maintaining system safety and performance during disruptions and recovery. Finally, it will develop a reusable library of intelligent software agents to provide resilience-as-a-service across multiple CI sectors, including energy, water, and transportation.

KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence (KIOS CoE)

The KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence operates within the University of Cyprus and is currently the largest research center at the University. KIOS is a leading research and innovation center in Cyprus and the region on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Since its establishment in 2008, the Center has followed an impressive and continuous development, leading to its significant upgrade to a European Research Center of Excellence through the EU strategic Horizon 2020 Teaming project in 2017. The Center collaborates strategically with Imperial College London, as well as with a plethora of local and international research organizations and other stakeholders.

To achieve this, we are seeking for an AI Product Owner to join our Data and AI Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

As an AI Product Owner, you will:

• Act as the bridge between our clients, business stakeholders, and AI delivery teams.
• Shape the roadmap, and requirements for AI solutions, ensuring they are practical, ethical, and aligned with client strategy.
• Work on AI & Data strategies that transform the AI & Data landscape of our clients, enabling them to capture new opportunities, modernize legacy systems, and embed AI responsibly across their organizations.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product backlogs, working closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Consultants.
• Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engagements.

Key responsibilties:

• Define and own roadmaps for client engagements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable features.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs in agile delivery environment
• Work on AI & Data strategy engagements, helping clients design target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (consultants, data scientists, ML engineers, UX/UI designers) to ensure successful delivery.

• Contribute to the growth of our AI consulting practice by sharing insights, reusable assets, and accelerators.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or Consultant, ideally in consulting, technology, or AI-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in business (hands-on coding not required but ability to “speak AI” is essential).
• Proven track record of delivering digital/AI products/strategies
• Stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable engaging with both C-suite and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (PSPO, SAFe, Scrum, or AI-related) are a plus.

Position Overview

The Data & Analytics Department is looking for a Data Scientist to join the Customer Analytics & Decisioning Team, which is responsible for the scoring models and systems supporting automatic customer assessment and credit decisioning. The team plays a key role in core banking processes, combining data, advanced analytics, machine learning and AI to enhance customer experience, improve risk assessment and drive more effective decisioning.

As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with business and risk teams on high-impact use cases, contributing to the development, monitoring and optimization of scorecards, decision strategies and analytical solutions. You will transform data into actionable insights, models and decision logic, helping solve complex business problems, improve decisions and support process efficiency and optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Decision rules & processes: Design, implement and maintain decision rules in line with the Bank’s policies, ensuring their integration into decision engines and operational processes.
• Advanced analytics & modelling: Develop advanced analytical models to address underlying business problems and optimise decision-making.
• Process analysis & optimisation: Analyse results of customer management related processes.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience: Experience in areas such as model development, data mining, machine learning or credit scoring will be considered an advantage.
• Programming skills: Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, R or SAS.
• Data handling: Experience working with large volumes of data, with a solid understanding of data architecture and the complexity of data flows.
• Structured and unstructured data: Work with customer, transactional, operational and text/document data.
• Business mindset: Ability to understand concepts related to business risk analysis, process improvement and systems engineering.
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to structure and solve complex problems in a methodical way.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Tools & applications: Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

What will you do?

Lead the Performance QA team: task planning, coordination, mentoring, and technical guidance

Define and maintain performance testing strategy, coverage, baselines, thresholds, and regression criteria

Investigate performance regressions, identify bottlenecks, and drive root-cause analysis across client, backend, and system-level components

Drive performance testing and automation across game client, backend services, network interactions, and system-level scenarios

Create and maintain test infrastructure, tools, and frameworks for QA team
