Four people own that work between them. You own create demand. Your job is to make more of the right people want a Tomorrow University degree. 🎓 Choosing a degree is a slow, expensive, high-trust decision. People discover us, come back weeks later, attend an event, compare options, worry about cost, and take time to decide. Your work gives them a reason to pay attention and helps build the confidence to take the next step. You set the content strategy and produce much of the work yourself. You decide what we say, who we say it to, which formats and channels we use, and what is worth testing. Most weeks, that also means writing, filming, editing, or building the asset. You have support. 🤝 Part-time creators help increase output once we know what works, and our designer supports the work that needs stronger craft or brand treatment. We are looking for someone who likes making things, putting them in market, and learning from the response. The goal is consistent demand creation, with a clear view of which ideas, messages, and formats are actually working. 🚀 🎯 What You'll Own 💡 Make people want this degree • Develop the content strategy across programs, markets, paid, organic, and social. You decide the ideas, the messages, the proof points behind them, and which audiences they are for. • Turn our positioning into creative that people understand and remember. That means knowing how to express an idea through copy, design, photography, video, or a combination of them. • Lead the creative for program launches and seasonal campaigns from first idea to execution. 🛠️ Work at strategy level and make the work yourself This is a small startup, so the role moves between strategy and execution all the time. • You write exceptionally well and can take an idea from rough concept to finished asset yourself. • You are comfortable designing in Figma or Canva, shooting photography, filming and editing video, and producing short-form content for social and paid. You also know when a stronger piece needs a specialist. • Freelancers and creators are there to support and scale the work, but you need enough creative range and judgement to direct them well. • Use AI image and video tools where they are genuinely useful, alongside more traditional production. 📱 Own social content strategy and creation You own what we say on social and what we make for it. • Set the social content strategy, generate the ideas, write the posts, develop recurring formats, and brief UGC creators. • Produce the core content yourself and work with freelancers or creators where additional production is needed. • Work closely with our part-time Social Media Coordinator, who manages scheduling, publishing, engagement, commenting, and the day-to-day running of the channels. • Build content with both organic and paid use in mind where it makes sense. 🧪 Test ideas and build on what works • Work with Performance Marketing on a regular creative testing rhythm across messages, concepts, formats, and audiences. • Keep a clear record of which angles work by program and market so future campaigns start with evidence. • Decide what to test next, stop producing ideas that are not working, and develop the ones that are. • Bring the useful learnings into the weekly review, including both the strong performers and the ideas that did not land. ✨ What You Bring • 7+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, content, or social. You have spent a meaningful part of that time making the work yourself. • You are an excellent writer across hooks, scripts, ad copy, captions, and campaign messaging, and you know how to change the writing when the format changes. • Comfortable shooting and editing yourself, whether that is on a phone, a camera, or whatever else the idea needs. • You can design well enough in Figma or Canva to make strong static assets without waiting on a designer for every piece. • Creative testing is part of how you work. You can isolate a variable, read the result properly, and decide what to change next. • You know how to direct creators, freelancers, coordinators, and designers once an idea is working. Clear briefs and useful feedback matter more than process. • AI image and video tools are already part of your production workflow, and you have a good sense of when they help and when they do not. • You are comfortable being measured on outcomes beyond reach or engagement, including applications and enrolled students. • You believe education can change lives. 🌍 💜 Nice To Have, Not Required • You speak German. • You have worked in higher education, edtech, or another category with a long purchase decision. • You have run creator or UGC programs. • You can do motion design or advanced video editing. • You are a strong photographer. • You have worked on performance creative in a regulated category. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. You’ll combine strong technical acumen with people leadership, process excellence, and product thinking to drive timely and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will own results end‑to‑end – from discovery and planning through execution, rollout, and continuous improvement – while helping your team grow and do the best work of their careers. Your Impact: • Go beyond formal execution by shaping and building product experiences that matter to customers, using metrics (e.g., customer value, adoption, reliability, and quality) to measure impact. • Own projects end‑to‑end: discovery and solutioning in partnership with product and design, planning and sequencing, execution, release preparation and launch, post-release follow-ups and maintenance. • Partner with product to define, communicate, and track team goals/OKRs aligned with product and company strategy. • Make thoughtful prioritization and trade‑off decisions between scope, quality, and speed. • Lead planning, estimation, and phased rollouts for large, cross‑functional projects and customer‑impacting changes. • Improve how the team works by evolving processes, tools, and collaboration patterns, including using AI/automation to increase efficiency and value. • Partner closely with Product Management and Design as part of an effective “triad” to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Your Qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant industry experience (engineering, technical leadership, and/or management). • 3+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams. • Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction, technical metrics (improved performance, reliability, quality, etc.), delivery metrics (team throughput, etc.). • Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy. • Solid engineering background with the ability to “speak the language” of engineers, review designs, ask the right technical questions and challenge decisions and estimations. • Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Experience in setting team goals and using metrics to manage and improve team performance. • Strong track record in coaching, career development, and performance management. • Proficiency with agile development practices and iterative delivery. • Strong business and product sense: ability to connect technical work to customer value and company strategy. Standout Qualities: • Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing engineers. • Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders. • Established practice of using data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure outcomes. • Proven ability to introduce process improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation within constraints. • Hands‑on use of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows and increase team productivity. • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders. Team Dynamics: You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and work in close partnership with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer as an integrated “triad.” You’ll collaborate regularly with other product teams, platform/service owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization. You’ll report to a senior engineering leader and be part of a broader engineering management community that shares best practices, learns from each other, and supports your growth as a leader. What You’ll Design As a UX/UI Product Designer, you’ll help shape every touchpoint of Base360—from the first website visit to the workflows operators rely on every day. • Core product experiences: Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance. • AI interactions: Make it easy to configure AI agents, understand their actions, review decisions and step in when needed. • Onboarding and setup: Help operators connect their channels, add properties and get value from the platform quickly. • Booking and guest journeys: Create smooth experiences for direct bookings, check-in, extensions and upsells. • Our design system: Build reusable components and consistent interaction patterns that keep the platform coherent as it grows. • Website and marketing assets: Design landing pages, feature visuals and launch assets that make the product’s value clear. What You’ll Do • Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews. • Speak with operators and internal teams to understand how they work and where they struggle. • Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces. • Work closely with engineers to deliver designs that account for real data, edge cases and technical constraints. • Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and improve experiences after launch. • Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and production while maintaining a high standard of design. • Take initiative: identify problems, propose solutions and drive them through to completion. What We’re Looking For • A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design. • Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows. • Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping. • Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design. • The ability to simplify complex information without hiding what users need. • Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production. • Clear communication and the ability to explain your decisions and respond constructively to feedback. • High ownership, attention to detail and the ability to move forward when requirements are still evolving. Experience with short-term rentals, hospitality, AI products, conversion optimisation or front-end development is a plus. Why Join Us • Make a visible impact. Design experiences that directly influence how short-term rental businesses operate. • Build with real users. Get access to the operational teams behind The Flex and learn from their daily challenges. • Work directly with the founders. Help shape product decisions and design direction from an early stage. • Own what you build. Take meaningful responsibility across discovery, design and delivery. • Push beyond conventional software. Help define how people work alongside AI agents. • Grow with the company. Take on broader responsibility as the product and design function expand. You Should NOT Apply If • You're looking for a predictable corporate role with a fixed playbook. • You engage in office politics or gossip instead of communicating directly. • You're looking for a slow-paced role with limited ownership. • You don't aim to become one of the best at what you do. Your mission You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible. This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience. What you'll work on — Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options — Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show — Increasing relevant invites to paying customers — Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week — Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders) — Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. We expect from you — You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements — You can drive delivery — You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments — You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research — You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers — You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities — You focus on results, not process — You take ownership instead of waiting for direction — You're comfortable with changing priorities — You communicate clearly and directly — You treat failures as learning, not setbacks What do we offer: • REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; • The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; • Vacation 28 calendar days per year; • 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; • Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; • 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; • Corporate discount for English lessons; • Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children); • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years; • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc. Sounds good? As an Engineering Manager at Wrike, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high‑impact product and platform initiatives. Our Work Style: • Cross‑functional, collaborative environment with tight partnership between Engineering, Product, and Design. • Agile ways of working (e.g., iterative planning, frequent releases, continuous feedback loops). • Emphasis on clear communication of plans, status, and risks to stakeholders. • Strong focus on metrics to manage quality, reliability, and throughput, and to guide continuous improvement. • Encouragement to experiment, use AI/automation, and refine processes to maximize impact and developer experience. • Demonstrated total ownership and dedication: proactively drives initiatives from conception to results, takes responsibility for outcomes, and consistently follows through on commitments. Benefits & Perks: • 25 calendar days of paid vacation • Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days) • Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity • 2 Volunteer Days • Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents) • Hybrid Working Model • School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids) • Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees • Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursdays Your recruitment buddy will be Alexandra Vorobyova, Lead Recruiter. Full Stack Software Engineer - Authoring Tools (Remote, Greece or Cyprus) LearnWorlds 📍 Larnaca 💼 Employment type not specified 🏠 Work mode not specified Описание вакансии At LearnWorlds, we believe learning is the original human superpower — the force that turns knowledge into products, skills, and progress. Our platform helps creators, educators, and organizations in more than 150 countries turn expertise into scalable learning experiences that sell, teach, and transform. As AI floods the world with information, learning becomes the only countermeasure — the skill that keeps humans creative, relevant, and in control. The winners won't be those who automate fastest, but those who learn and adapt fastest. They'll need platforms that turn knowledge into teachable systems that scale — and that's exactly what LearnWorlds enables. Build. Ship. Learn. Improve. (Repeat.) We're redefining how people create and share online learning—and we're doing it with engineers who care deeply about product quality, clean architecture, and meaningful impact. We're a remote-first, fast-growing EdTech SaaS with a global footprint. Our Engineering team builds the core experiences that thousands of educators and learners rely on daily. We move fast, we collaborate tightly, and we're constantly leveling up—both as individuals and as a team. We're now looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Authoring Tools team—the team behind the experiences and tools our customers use to create engaging learning content. This is a full-stack role with a strong frontend engineering focus. You'll work extensively with Vue.js, while staying comfortable moving into our PHP backend whenever the product requires it. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where small groups of engineers own projects end to end, collaborate closely with Product and Design, and continuously iterate as requirements and opportunities evolve. We're looking for an Εngineer who combines strong technical judgment with adaptability, ownership, and a pragmatic approach to software development. Someone who can explain not only what they would build, but why and who is excited to use AI-assisted coding as part of their everyday engineering workflow. If you're a proactive builder who loves solving real product challenges, this is where you'll do your best work. What You'll Be Doing • Design and ship full-stack features for our Authoring Tools, from backend logic to polished, intuitive frontend experiences • Take strong ownership of frontend architecture in Vue.js, applying thoughtful design patterns and helping us evolve consistent engineering practices • Write clean, scalable backend services in PHP, focusing on performance, robustness, and maintainability • Own work end to end—from understanding the problem and estimating the work to implementation, code review, iteration, and release • Work across multiple projects and initiatives in parallel, adapting quickly as product requirements, priorities, and scope evolve • Collaborate closely with PMs and designers—not simply implementing handed-off designs, but discussing solutions, sharing technical context, and shaping the final product together • Participate actively in code reviews, giving clear, constructive feedback and being equally open to receiving it from your peers • Make pragmatic decisions when working with both modern and legacy code, knowing when to improve, refactor, or build on what already exists • Use AI-powered coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) throughout development and code review to move faster while maintaining strong engineering judgment and quality • Keep the broader product and business context in mind, balancing technical quality with speed, customer impact, and the realities of shipping software Why You'll Love This Role • You'll work on the tools at the heart of how LearnWorlds customers create learning experiences used by tens of millions of learners around the world • You'll have meaningful ownership: once you take on a problem, you'll have the autonomy to drive it all the way to release • You'll work deeply on frontend engineering while remaining close to the full product stack • You'll collaborate directly with Product and Design and have real influence over how solutions are shaped—not just how they're implemented • You'll work in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, iteration, and pragmatic engineering are part of everyday work • You'll be part of a collaborative engineering team where ideas and feedback can come from anyone, regardless of title or seniority • You'll have room to challenge existing patterns, improve legacy areas of the product, and help shape how Authoring Tools evolve You'll Thrive Here If You • Prefer ownership over hand-holding and can independently move a problem from idea to production • Are highly adaptable and comfortable when requirements, priorities, or scope change along the way • Think speed and quality can (and should) co-exist • Ask "why" before "how," and can clearly explain the reasoning and trade-offs behind your technical decisions • Care about frontend architecture and understand the difference between simply knowing a framework and knowing how to structure maintainable applications • Are pragmatic about legacy code—you don't need everything to be greenfield to do great work • Give thoughtful, constructive feedback and are equally comfortable receiving it, regardless of someone's title or years of experience • Stay humble, curious, and open to changing your mind when new information emerges • Keep product and business impact in mind rather than treating engineering decisions in isolation • Believe AI won't replace engineers—but it will empower the best ones Requirements Must-haves • 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in complex SaaS or product environments • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and Vue.js, with solid knowledge of frontend architecture, design patterns, anti-patterns, and maintainable UI development • Proficiency in PHP and the ability to work confidently across backend services when needed • A frontend-leaning full-stack mindset: frontend may be your strongest area, but you're comfortable understanding, debugging, and contributing across the full stack • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP fundamentals, and modern frontend application architecture • Hands-on experience with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and noSQL (MongoDB) databases • Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to reason about technical decisions and articulate the trade-offs behind them • Experience working with and evolving legacy codebases, with a pragmatic approach to refactoring and incremental improvement • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage changing requirements, and take ownership through delivery and release • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including giving and receiving constructive technical feedback • High attention to detail and a product-oriented mindset • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow • Native or near-native Greek speaker, with a good working command of English Nice-to-haves • Experience building complex authoring tools, editors, content creation experiences, or highly interactive web applications • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Education Manager Sumsub 📍 Limassol 💼 Employment type not specified 🏠 Work mode not specified Описание вакансии Sumsub is the first AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. It connects identity and business verification, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and risk workflows, helping teams reduce manual work and enter new markets. Trusted by over 4,000 clients across financial services, crypto, mobility, trading, marketplaces, education, and iGaming, including Bybit, Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Vodafone, Duolingo, Kaizen Gaming, and Bancaribe. Sumsub is recognized as a Great Place To Work® in the US and rated 4.3 out of 5 on Glassdoor. Our 1,000+ people around the world back it up, too: 92% are proud to be Sumsubers, and 90% say their work is interesting and challenging. We are looking for an Education Manager to design, scale, and own end-to-end learning journeys across our global teams. This role is an exciting opportunity to build a modern, AI-powered educational ecosystem from the ground up and directly drive team performance and product adoption. What You Will Be Doing: • Own the complete learning cycle for technical and customer-facing teams — from identifying needs to creating structured tracks (live workshops, self-paced courses, assignments, and assessments). • Convert intricate product, technical, and business topics into engaging, practical learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. • Create high-quality educational assets (courses, playbooks, guides, simulations) and facilitate interactive sessions for global, distributed teams. • Actively leverage AI tools to speed up research, content creation, personalization, and assessment building — while maintaining strict quality control. • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and CS to align educational programs with product launches and business priorities. • Define and track key learning metrics (retention, completion, on-the-job application, performance impact) to continuously improve training programs. • Maintain a centralized library of reusable educational assets and independently manage multiple learning initiatives from concept to rollout. About You: • 3+ years in L&D, Instructional Design, or Enablement, ideally within a SaaS, IT, or Fintech environment. • Strong grasp of adult learning principles (LXD) and a proven track record of designing multi-channel learning programs (not just one-off webinars). • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation, research, and analytics, combined with the ability to critically evaluate AI output for accuracy. • Outstanding presentation skills, able to confidently engage both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones and cultures. • Obsessed with practical application and measurable business impact, not just completion rates. • Self-driven, organized, and skilled at working with SMEs, product leaders, and executive stakeholders in a fast-changing environment. • Comfortable working with modern LMS platforms, design tools, and emerging workplace technologies. • Advanced to fluent English (C1+ or native-level) with strong executive communication, presentation, and copy-editing skills. What We Offer: • Remote-first, trust-based culture. Work from the place that works best for you. No mandatory office days, no attendance trackers. In some locations, we provide offices or coworking spaces, but the choice is yours. • True flexibility. We do not fix you to a 9-to-5 schedule. You can adjust your working hours when needed, as long as your day stays productive and in sync with the team. • Extra time off. Your birthday is a holiday here. Add to that 10 personal days each year, seven sick days without paperwork, and extra time to enjoy Christmas and New Year. Time to rest is part of the deal. • Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone. From fighting fraud to making online services easier and safer to use, your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online. • Compensation. We offer fair and transparent pay, benchmarked to the market. • Truly global. We work across continents and time zones, with teammates and customers from all over the world. You will run campaigns that cross borders, cultures, and languages, and see your ideas land worldwide. • Growth built in. Clear goals, open feedback and personal development plans. We support your progress with learning opportunities and by covering role-specific events, from design conferences to marketing forums. • Celebrating your big moments. We are proud to support you through life’s biggest journeys with dedicated financial bonuses for both marriage and welcoming a new baby to your family. • Team offsites. Sometimes just Slack is not enough. That is why we meet in person a few times a year. Trips are fully covered, so you can meet, collaborate, and recharge together. • Getting you set up. We make sure you have access to the tools and hardware you need to do your work well. • Friendly by design. Our logo is a dog for a reason. We keep things human, open and kind. We welcome individuality, quirks and different perspectives, because that is what makes our work smarter and more fun.
