Senior Product Analyst (General Analytics)
Scorewarrior
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 On-site
Описание вакансии
About Us
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our General Analytics team: the analytics lead, an analytics engineer and you. Product teams have their own analysts; we take the research questions they cannot answer on their own, and we own how analytics is done across the company.
The core of the role is research: high-uncertainty product questions where the answer is the estimated effect of a specific factor, not a dashboard. Whether to extend the game's lifecycle, how to tell that a new giant feature works, how to run experiments on veteran players spread across hundreds of kingdoms. Alongside it you own the methodology: how experiments and effect estimates are done at Scorewarrior, and whether a number is good enough for a decision and useful to other analysts afterwards.
It is a senior individual-contributor role: close work with the analytics lead, short cycles with game designers and product managers. Pilots of the infra components (experimentation platform, visualization system, AI analyst assistant, ELT) are driven by the analytics lead and the infrastructure itself by the data tech lead; you join as the customer, not the builder. Game industry experience is not required.
What you will be doing
• Take high-uncertainty questions from product teams (Old Players, New Players, Quality of Life, Platform) from a vague question to a decision the team acts on.
• Design and analyze experiments in non-standard setups: delayed treatment for veteran players, kingdom-level (cluster) tests, small samples, heavy-tailed revenue. Own variance reduction, outlier handling, permutation tests, MDE and power, reporting rules.
• Estimate effects where a classic A/B test is impossible, using causal inference and quasi-experimental designs, and turn one-off solutions into methods other analysts reuse: reference documents, dbt data marts, Tableau dashboards.
• Be the last check before the business acts on a number: the assumptions behind a metric, a test read-out or a pilot's output.
• Use Python inside research when SQL is not enough: a graph algorithm over clan and kingdom networks, an optimization problem, a simulation.
• Specify logging for features shipped by teams without their own analyst, and cover their ad-hoc questions.
Required qualifications
• Experience running research with high uncertainty end-to-end, from problem framing to a decision the team acted on.
• Hands-on causal inference and quasi-experimental methods (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, matching or similar) on product questions: you can say what breaks an estimate and how you checked it.
• Hands-on A/B test design and analysis, and the applied statistics behind it: distributions, power and MDE, variance reduction, heavy tails and outliers.
• Strong SQL on an analytical data warehouse; ClickHouse is a plus.
• Working Python for research: you can implement an algorithm or a statistical procedure that has no ready-made library call, and you understand what your code, or your AI assistant's code, does and whether it can work. No production services expected.
• Clear, concise communication in writing and in person: you fix agreements, and you say so when a result cannot be trusted, including to the people who asked for it.
• English at B1 or above.
Preferred qualifications
• Data science background alongside analytics: modeling, segmentation, validating assumptions with statistical tests.
• Experience building or improving an experimentation platform, or setting methodology that other analysts followed.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Tableau.
• Understanding of F2P economics, network effects, social or competitive systems; you play games and are ready to play Total Battle.
What we offer
• A team of professionals with a passion for gamedev and a drive to make Total Battle the #1 MMO 4X strategy game.
• An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
• Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
• A modern, sunny office close to the sea.
• Private health insurance for you and your family members.
• A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
• Lunch compensation.
• A sports and fitness allowance.
• Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.).
• Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth.
• Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations.

Fullstack (PHP + React)
Spotware Systems
📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Spotware Systems is looking for a Fullstack Developer (PHP + React) to modernize the backend of a payment cashier and build the frontends of a consumer trading client area and broker back-office products — working on a strict design system with AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
Reengineer the existing PHP backend of the payment cashier into a market-ready product — refactoring and extending it, not rewriting from scratch.
Build and maintain the React frontends of the products — a consumer trading client area and broker-facing back-office tools.
Assemble screens from a shared component library, and grow that library together with the product designer.
Work from the analyst’s specifications and agree API contracts with the backend developers.
Estimate work, plan it with the team, and deliver against the agreed plans.
Hold release quality together with QA.
Use AI-assisted development as the default way of working on both the PHP and React sides.
Maintain the current versions of the products until the new ones fully replace them.
Requirements
5+ years of production development with strong PHP — comfortable working inside an existing codebase, modernizing it, and bringing it to product quality.
Solid React (TypeScript welcome) — consumer web apps and data-heavy admin interfaces built from a component library.
API and integration literacy — REST APIs, webhooks, and event flows; exposure to payment integrations is a strong plus.
Design-system discipline — works within a strict component system and extends it deliberately, instead of producing one-off screens.
AI-native development — uses AI coding tools as the default way of producing and reviewing code, with the judgment to know their limits.
Domain exposure to fintech, payments, trading, or brokerage is a plus.
Soft skills: self-sufficient and reliable owner of their area; prioritizes well, communicates trade-offs early, and escalates before deadlines slip.
Nice to Have
Experience with WebSockets
Benefits
Competitive salary.
Private medical insurance.
Relocation support (if applicable), including an entry permit, relocation bonus, flight tickets, and airport pickup.
Support with settling into life in Cyprus, including accommodation, banking, healthcare, and everyday guidance.
Comfortable office environment with fresh fruit every day, treats or pizza on Wednesdays, and snack day on Fridays.
Fair remuneration based on your experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
Welcome Baby Bonus and Baby Box.
Birthday voucher.
Partial compensation for sports activities and wellness initiatives.
Greek language classes.

Role Overview
Puzzleplay at Tripledot Studios is looking for a data analyst to own the fraud side of its user segmentation work. The team is building a system that combines fraud and activity signals to understand users and inform revenue-share decisions. You'll work with the analyst responsible for gameplay signals, alongside product and data colleagues, to keep that system useful as fraud patterns change.
Fraud patterns keep changing, so you'll regularly revisit the signals behind the segments and help the product team decide which verification methods make sense in each market.
This role is open to candidates based in Europe; Warsaw is preferred, where several of the people you'll work with are based.
Key Responsibilities
• Review fraud signals regularly, adding, removing and refining them to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users. Signals under consideration include IP spoofing, VPN use and unusual play patterns.
• Own the fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system, from deciding how signals should be interpreted to monitoring how well the categories work over time.
• Work with the product team on fraud verification tools for different markets. The team currently uses FaceTec for facial verification and may need other methods, such as ID scanning or phone verification, in other countries.
• Investigate users flagged for manual review, including ambiguous cases in the Tremendous queue, and look for ways to improve the review process.
• Identify gaps in the available signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap where they would help.
Required Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions, not just working alongside a fraud team.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes, with an interest in how those decisions change as tactics evolve.
• The ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.

The Agent Systems team is a 0→1 engineering group building internal AI-powered agents that interact directly with company systems. The mandate is to dramatically increase internal speed of execution through automation, intelligent inference, and workflow orchestration.
This team operates at the intersection of AI, backend systems, and applied product engineering. The work is pragmatic and fast-moving — prototypes are expected, but the bar for production reliability remains high. Engineers on this team move fluidly between experimentation and shipping, building systems that reason over user interactions and take meaningful action across internal tools.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, infrastructure, and internal operations to deploy agent-driven capabilities that compound leverage across the organization.
The opportunity
• Build and ship AI-powered agent systems that automate internal workflows and decision paths
• Design and implement inference pipelines that reason over user interactions across internal systems
• Prototype quickly to validate agent behaviors, then productionize what proves valuable
• Architect backend services that integrate with multiple internal APIs and data sources
• Define patterns for safe, observable, and controllable agent execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-leverage automation opportunities
• Improve system speed, reliability, and signal quality as usage scales
• Contribute to foundational design decisions for a 0→1 agent platform
Skills You Should HODL

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, data modeling, reliability)
• Experience building fullstack systems, with comfort working across backend and occasional frontend surfaces
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or inference pipelines in production
• Ability to prototype rapidly while maintaining a clear path to production-grade architecture
• Strong systems thinking — able to reason about orchestration, failure modes, and observability
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, 0→1 environments with high ownership
Nice to haves
• Experience building or operating agent-based systems or autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, or model performance tuning
• Experience integrating with internal enterprise systems (CRM, support tools, analytics platforms, etc.)
• Background in building developer platforms or internal tooling
• Experience designing guardrails, sandboxing, or safety layers for AI systems
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

QA Automation Engineer - AI First
Технофінанс
📍 Paphos
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
AI First
• Опыт с pytest, Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Grafana и Loki.
• Опыт нагрузочного тестирования, проверки безопасности приложений или оценки качества AI-функций.
•
• Разработка собственных агентов, MCP-интеграций и инструментов автоматизации QA.

• Design and configure AI agent behaviour, conversation flows and workflow logic.
• Develop and optimise the prompt logic used by AI communication agents.
• Read, write and adapt embedded C# / .NET code snippets where platform configuration requires variables, conditionals, string manipulation or workflow data handling.
• Deliver straightforward customer integrations independently following training.
• Review customer API documentation and determine appropriate integration approaches.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication mechanisms and webhooks.
• Map data fields between systems and configure API requests.
• Test API endpoints and troubleshoot unsuccessful requests or integrations.
• Identify whether technical issues relate to configuration, integration or platform limitations before escalating.
• Recognise when customer requirements exceed the current capabilities of the platform.
• Translate advanced customer requirements into clear and complete specifications for the development team.
• Coordinate with Engineering when custom development or more complex technical work is required.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Sales, Product and Engineering throughout implementation.
• Manage multiple customer implementations, conversations and technical projects simultaneously.
• Support customers following implementation to encourage adoption, satisfaction and successful use of the platform.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide practical solutions before escalating where possible.
• Maintain accurate technical specifications, implementation notes and customer documentation.
• Help ensure customer expectations remain aligned with technical capabilities throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute customer feedback and recurring requirements to future product-development discussions.
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management or another customer-facing technical position.
• Strong technical foundation and genuine understanding of software concepts.
• Ability to read, understand and adapt code.
• Programming fundamentals sufficient to work independently with embedded C# / .NET configuration following platform training.
• Working understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Good knowledge of JSON, HTTP methods, HTTP status codes, webhooks and API authentication.
• Ability to read and understand API and technical documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical configurations independently before escalating.
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.
Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others.
We’re building a company we’re proud of. One filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games.
Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.
The role is working within our studio: PuzzlePlay
Puzzleplay is Tripledot’s new player rewards platform, designed to make playing our games even more fun and engaging. It’s our way of giving back to players and rewarding them for doing what they already love. Puzzleplay is a key part of our growth strategy, combining smart engagement mechanics with high-quality game content.

Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
JetBrains
📍 Paphos
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves zero-to-one challenges? Do you want to build systems with real context and memory that do more than reason, use tools, and drive actual business outcomes?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. Business context usually gets fragmented across CRMs, documents, dashboards, and people's heads. GrowthBricks brings that context together so agents and people can make decisions and execute effectively across the sales, marketing, and product stack.
What You’ll Do
As our Founding Tech Lead, you will own the technical architecture and core systems from the ground up. Working directly with the product founder, you'll tackle the core challenge of turning messy, shifting business data into reliable memory and agent actions, then measuring whether those actions deliver real results. You will shape the product primitives, write much of the early code, and decide how our technical approach evolves as we learn what works.
Day To Day, You Will
• Design the core architecture across business context, agents, memory, tools, and feedback loops.
• Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
• Create context extractors to process sales calls, emails, internal docs, CRM states, and campaign data.
• Work closely with prompting, context management, memory, tool choice, and orchestration.
• Connect GrowthBricks directly to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding existing tools.
• Decide where to leverage MCP, APIs, or open-source frameworks, and where custom solutions are worth building.
• Prototype quickly, discard weak ideas, and turn effective ones into production primitives.
What You’ll Bring
• Comfort working in zero-to-one environments with high technical autonomy.
• A practical mindset that values clear, simple solutions over unnecessary complexity.
• Confidence making key architectural decisions when requirements are still evolving.
• A focus on end-user impact and willingness to iterate based on real feedback.
What You’ll Need
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people.
• Demonstrated experience designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations.
• A working knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool orchestration.
• A practical understanding of modern GTM stacks (such as CRMs, enrichment tools, or marketing automation) or sales/marketing workflows is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
In your first six months, you will have moved GrowthBricks from a blank repository to a functional product with core primitives for context extraction, memory, and orchestration. Success means building reliable workflows that real users rely on daily, establishing a pragmatic codebase, and validating that agent actions produce measurable business value.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support – Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
• Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
• Internal events – Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your resume and a brief overview of what you've built.
About GrowthBricks
GrowthBricks is a shared business brain for GTM teams and AI agents.
It brings together the context that usually lives across CRM, docs, dashboards, tools, and people’s heads: who we sell to, why customers buy, what matters now, what we tried, and what worked. Agents and people use that context to decide what to do next and execute across the GTM stack.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains.
About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Tech Lead to build GrowthBricks from zero.
You’ll work directly with the product founder and own the technical side of the product: architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
The core challenge is turning fragmented, changing business context into reliable memory and agent actions across tools and measuring whether those actions actually drive business outcomes.
You’ll write a lot of the early code yourself, make the key technical decisions, and shape the product as we learn what works.
What You’ll Work On
• Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
• Build agentic workflows that can reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
• Build context extractors from GTM team artifacts like sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM state, marketing campaigns, etc.
• Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
• Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding everything around it.
• Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where a custom solution is worth it.
• Prototype fast, discard weak ideas, and turn the useful ones into product primitives.
We expect that you
• Are a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys zero-to-one work.
• Have built with LLMs, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people, and improved them based on failures, evaluations, and user feedback.
• Understand how context, prompting, tools, and agent behavior fit together.
• Can design backend systems, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Are comfortable making decisions before all the answers are known.
• Prefer simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity.
We’re especially interested if you
• Have worked in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or built software for GTM teams.
• Understand the modern GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals.
• Have automated sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs.
• Have owned a technical product from a blank repo to something people actually used.
GTM experience is not mandatory, but if you already understand how sales and marketing teams work, that is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
• A competitive salary and strong benefits package.
• The runway and resources of an established company, with startup-level autonomy.
• A founding role with direct influence over both product and architecture.
• Real users and real workflows from day one.
• Freedom to choose the stack, tools, and technical approach.
• A chance to help define what an agent-native GTM product should look like.
We are an equal opportunity employer
We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
We process the data provided in your job application in accordance with the Recruitment Privacy Policy.

Senior Product Analyst (General Analytics)
Scorewarrior
📍 Limassol
🏢 Product
💼 Employment type not specified

Lead ML Engineer
Mayflower
📍 Limassol
🏢 ML Engineering
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Mayflower is a technology company building high-load products used by millions of people worldwide. Operating at the scale of one of the world's top-50 websites, we solve complex engineering challenges and create solutions that power real-time entertainment for a global audience.
We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to own a new ML stream focused on fast delivery of applied machine learning solutions across different product and business domains.
The stream will work with a broad range of ML challenges. Some initiatives may be relatively small and delivered within a few weeks, while others may prove their value and grow into larger dedicated projects.
This role combines hands-on ML engineering with end-to-end technical delivery ownership. You will receive product problems and expected outcomes from Product or internal stakeholders, clarify the technical requirements and constraints, define the implementation approach, coordinate execution within the stream, and bring solutions to production readiness and launch.
This is a highly hands-on role. The stream will not have a dedicated software engineer for every initiative, so we expect Data Scientists and ML Engineers to be comfortable working beyond experimentation and contributing directly to production code.
The role is not tied to a single ML domain. We value strong ML fundamentals, engineering skills, pragmatism, and the ability to quickly understand new problem areas more than deep specialization in one particular class of models.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Ownership
• Turn product and business problems into concrete ML implementation plans.
• Clarify requirements, constraints, available data, integrations, and success criteria together with Product and relevant stakeholders.
• Define technical scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery estimates.
• Select appropriate ML approaches and determine the fastest reliable way to validate and implement them.
• Drive technical delivery through experimentation, implementation, integration, deployment, and launch readiness.
• Keep delivery on track, proactively identify blockers, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
• Provide Product with clear technical options, trade-offs, estimates, risks, and experiment results required for product decisions.
• Support production rollout and iteration based on observed results.
Hands-on ML & Engineering
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across different domains and problem types.
• Write production-quality Python and contribute directly to implementation.
• Build APIs, batch jobs, data-processing pipelines, and ML services required to deliver solutions where appropriate.
• Work with classical ML, deep learning, and foundation-model-based approaches depending on the problem.
• Process and transform large production datasets using Python and SQL.
• Integrate models into existing production systems.
• Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, logging, and observability for delivered ML solutions.
• Work within the shared ML infrastructure, architecture, and engineering practices used across the company.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Backend, Data Engineering, and MLOps specialists when deeper domain expertise or infrastructure changes are required.
Stream Execution
• Break initiatives down into concrete technical tasks and coordinate execution within the stream.
• Coordinate the work of Data Scientists and ML Engineers contributing to stream initiatives.
• Review technical approaches, experiments, and implementation.
• Keep the team focused on the agreed scope, priorities, and delivery timeline.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
• Escalate architectural, infrastructure, or methodological questions when broader alignment is required.
• Help prepare successful initiatives for scaling or transition into longer-term ownership if they grow beyond the scope of the stream.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Independently gather the technical details and constraints required to execute on a product request.
• Communicate estimates, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.
• Work directly with Engineering and other internal teams to unblock implementation.
• Challenge technically unclear, contradictory, or infeasible requirements and propose practical alternatives.
You’ll thrive here if you have
• 5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Experience taking ML solutions from a product requirement through experimentation, implementation, integration, and production.
• Strong understanding of machine learning methods, statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation.
• Experience writing maintainable production code rather than working exclusively in notebooks.
• Experience building APIs, services, batch processing, or data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large production datasets.
• Practical experience with Docker and production deployment environments.
• Ability to turn partially defined problems into concrete technical plans.
• Ability to estimate work, identify dependencies and risks, and drive technical execution against a timeline.
• Experience owning technical delivery involving several contributors and coordinating work across dependencies.
• Experience reviewing code and technical approaches.
• Ability to work effectively within established engineering and ML practices while independently owning delivery within a stream.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with Product and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to balance speed and engineering quality: validate ideas quickly when uncertainty is high and build robust solutions when moving towards production.
Nice to Have
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Stream Lead, or technical owner of ML initiatives.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms.
• Experience with Airflow, MLflow, experiment tracking, model monitoring, or similar tooling.
• Experience building real-time or high-load ML services.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar Python service frameworks.
• Experience across several ML domains, such as recommendation systems, ranking, NLP/LLMs, Computer Vision, anomaly detection, forecasting, or classification.
• Experience with LLM inference, fine-tuning or other GenAI systems.
• Experience in teams where Data Scientists and ML Engineers own a substantial part of production implementation themselves.

Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
Day to day, you will:

QA Engineer (IJ Kotlin Plugin)
JetBrains
📍 Limassol, Paphos
🏢 JVM Kotlin Plugin QA
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Do you look for hidden bugs, write clean test code, and love deep-diving into complex software behavior? Do you want to take ownership of quality for tools that millions of developers use every day? If you enjoy solving technical puzzles and expanding test automation as a peer to developers, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The IntelliJ Kotlin Plugin team builds the core support for Kotlin within JetBrains IDEs, covering vital features like highlighting, refactorings, and advanced coding assistance. As the Kotlin ecosystem evolves, our tooling must remain robust, accurate, and performant. We are focusing on systematically expanding test coverage across both existing functionality and emerging areas.
In this role, you will influence the stability of core developer workflows. This is not a role where you just run through a static checklist. You will have the autonomy to spot automation opportunities, design maintainable test scenarios, and shape how we test highly complex developer tools. You will collaborate directly with developers, investigating tricky edge cases and preventing regressions before they reach our community.
Day to day, you will:
• Collaborate with developers on exploratory testing of new and modified IDE functionality.
• Investigate and pinpoint bugs, report findings in our tracker, and perform regression testing.
• Design maintainable test scenarios and decide which ones should be automated.
• Write and maintain automated tests in Kotlin to expand coverage of IDE functionality.
• Analyze existing test coverage, identify critical gaps, and help prioritize future automation efforts.
• Participate in product planning to assess technical risks and plan QA work for proposed changes.
• Improve test coverage for Kotlin-related functionality in IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate and other priority areas of Kotlin tooling.
What you’ll bring
• A strong sense of ownership and a desire to see complex problems through to resolution.
• Natural curiosity and a passion for exploring unfamiliar technical areas to find hidden issues.
• A genuine interest in programming languages, IDEs, and developer tools.
• A collaborative mindset, working closely with engineering peers to solve technical puzzles.
• A balanced approach to testing, valuing both deep exploratory manual testing and systematic automation.
• A habit of raising the bar, leaving codebases and systems cleaner than you found them.
What you’ll need
• The ability to read and write clean code to create test examples, investigate failures, and build automated tests.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Experience designing test scenarios and deciding what should be automated versus tested manually.
• Experience working with bug trackers, version control, and continuous integration systems.
• Familiarity with Java technologies, frameworks, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• The ability to analyze complex technical behaviors, such as static analysis, compilers, or language tooling.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team through sound technical decisions and thorough context-driven testing. You will systematically reduce regressions by closing test gaps and identifying high-value automation opportunities early. Ultimately, you succeed when you leave the Kotlin plugin more stable and reliable, helping millions of software developers build their projects without friction.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.

• Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
• Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
• Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
• Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
