Product Owner (Matchmaking&Relationship)
Social Discovery Group
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks
What do we offer:
• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
• The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
• Vacation 28 calendar days per year;
• 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
• Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
• 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
• Corporate discount for English lessons;
• Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
• Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
• Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
Sounds good? Join us now!

Quantitative Researcher
IC
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid
Описание вакансии
Join our dynamic team at IC as a Quantitative Researcher and help shape the future of FinTech innovation. This full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Limassol offers you the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment. Apply now and take the next step in your career with us!
Who We Are:
IC is a global leader in trading with over 15 years of success, a strong international presence, and a team of skilled professionals, remains at the forefront of financial technology innovation. As an agile company that values growth and collaboration, we offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic industry where innovation meets excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
IC operates technology-driven trading and financial services business across a broad range of global markets, including FX, Metals, Indices, Commodities, Crypto. Market data and pricing inputs are sourced from multiple liquidity sources, each with different characteristics in terms of liquidity, latency and quality, and are analysed in the context of prevailing market conditions. Doing this well, at scale, across asset classes with very different microstructure is the core quantitative problem of the business. This role exists to build the next generation of that capability: models rather than static schedules.
You will own quantitative research projects end to end. The question is concrete: what is the fair price for this instrument right now, and how should it move with conditions and flow? You take it from hypothesis through modelling, simulation and validation to a production implementation built with our developers. Work that survives out-of-sample goes live and is measured; work that does not is dropped. You will work day to day with the trading, technology and other relevant IC teams with access to extensive market, quote, order and execution data across the instruments and markets relevant to IC’s activities.
This role is suited to someone who has built or calibrated pricing for a real quoting engineand wants to do it again with more asset classes, more data and fewer layers between research and production.
What You’ll Do:
• Reference price: Design and calibrate the price we build from multiple liquidity sources: source selection and weighting, stale and outlier handling, tick-time alignment and depth aggregation, with latency and quality measured per source.
• Dynamic pricing: Build dynamic spread, mark-up and price-adjustment models that respond to volatility, liquidity, inventory and order-flow characteristics, over horizons from milliseconds to full sessions.
• Signals: Research short-horizon predictive signals and flow-informed adjustments, and quantify what each is worth in spread capture net of hedge cost, not just in prediction accuracy.
• Multi-asset: Extend methods across asset classes: understand where FX, metals, index, commodity and crypto microstructure differ and where a single framework holds.
• Validation: Backtest, simulate, then run live in shadow. State your assumptions, especially how volume responds to spread; define what would show a model has degraded; and analyse how a counterparty could exploit it.
• Production: Take models live with our developers, own the mathematics inside the running system, monitor performance and retire what stops working.
Qualifications:
Essential
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience building and operating production data systems
• Minimum 5 years owning a production trading data platform at a broker, proprietary trading firm, market maker, bridge or trading-technology vendor, or exchange- adjacent business.
• You have priced electronically in a bank eFX desk, non-bank market maker, proprietary or high-frequency trading firm, hedge fund or brokerage quoting engine, and can describe a pricing model you built, what it earned and how it failed.
• Market microstructure: Deep working knowledge of adverse selection and markouts, latency and last look, inventory management, and how session structure and liquidity regimes move the fair price.
• Modelling: Strong applied statistics and time-series modelling on high-frequency data; machine learning where it earns its place; the judgement to know when a backtest is overfit.
• Python: Fluent research Python, comfortable with large tick datasets and SQL on columnar stores.
• Delivery: Able to take a problem from hypothesis through modelling, validation and production, and to explain the mechanism, not just the result, to traders and engineers.
Desirable
• C++, Rust or other high-performance production experience.
• Optimisation and simulation of quoting under inventory and risk constraints.
• Understanding of retail CFD and FX broker economics: spreads, hedging, liquidity providers and the flow patterns retail brokers see.
• Experience with MT4, MT5 or cTrader data, and with liquidity bridges or aggregators such as oneZero.
The interview process is short and technical. You will be asked to reason about a pricing
problem on data and to walk through your own past work, not to recite definitions.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model after 2 months - 3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

Location: Cyprus, Poland or Estonia office | Hybrid work model
The Opportunity
Our client is a global financial services group seeking a senior, hands-on engineer to design, build and productionise machine learning models across the business.
You will lead business-critical AI use cases, including client lifetime value, churn prediction and fraud or abuse detection. You will also establish the deployment, monitoring and governance foundations needed to make AI reliable and scalable across the group.
This role suits a pragmatic builder who can own the full ML lifecycle, work through evolving requirements and imperfect data, and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Model Development and Delivery
Design, develop, and productionise machine learning models end-to-end (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining), ensuring reliability in real-world environments.
Lead the development of AI use cases such as client lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and fraud/abuse detection, with clear alignment to business outcomes and measurable impact.
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, monitoring insights, and model retraining strategies, rather than one-off model delivery.
MLOps and Production Reliability
Build and establish robust MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, CI/CD, environment promotion (dev/stage/prod), and lifecycle management.
Implement model monitoring frameworks to track performance, data drift, data quality, and business impact, with clear retraining and escalation strategies.
Apply practical experience with model deployment, monitoring, drift detection and retraining to production systems.
Governance and Explainability
Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP, feature attribution, and other interpretability methods appropriate for business-critical and regulated contexts.
Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.
Mentor team members and promote best practices in production AI, MLOps, and applied machine learning delivery.
Experience Required
5–8+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments (not just experimentation).
Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, modular design, maintainability).
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, feature engineering, and practical considerations in production systems (e.g. data leakage, drift, stability).
Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark / PySpark).
Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow or similar) for experiment tracking, model management, and reproducibility.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.
Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact, not just model performance improvements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating trade-offs clearly.
Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, imperfect data, and delivery pressure, balancing MVP speed with production robustness.
Advantageous Experience
Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments, particularly where models influence business-critical decisions.
Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), particularly where applied to business workflows or integrated with structured data.
Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks (e.g. auditability, explainability, approvals, documentation standards).
Experience contributing to team standards, mentoring, or leading applied AI delivery.
Why Consider This Role
You will own applied AI delivery from experimentation through production within a global, growing business. The role offers a remuneration package based on experience, training and development opportunities, team events, and birthday and loyalty benefits.
Hybrid working is available in Cyprus and Poland. In Estonia, the benefits include Stebby sports compensation or Confido health compensation.

• Ability to evaluate detection quality through false positives, false negatives, and other relevant metrics.
• Ability to explain complex findings through clear logic, numbers, and concrete examples.
• Confident but critical use of AI-assisted analytical tools, including the ability to validate their outputs.
• Fluency in English.

• Work that matters. Our mission is to build a digital world that is secure, accessible and inclusive for everyone. From fighting fraud to making online services easier and safer to use, your work will have a real impact on how people experience trust online.
• Compensation. We offer fair and transparent pay, benchmarked to the market.
• Truly global. We work across continents and time zones, with teammates and customers from all over the world. You will run campaigns that cross borders, cultures, and languages, and see your ideas land worldwide.

AI Solutions Engineer
Mercuryo
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Hi! We're Mercuryo, and we’re on a mission to redefine finance by blending the best of traditional banking with the power of decentralized finance (DeFi). We believe everyone deserves seamless access to Web3 and traditional financial services, so we're building the platform that makes it real: one that simplifies crypto and integrates it into the broader financial ecosystem.
Since launching in 2018, we've grown into a recognized force in the industry, named one of Europe's Fastest-Growing Startups 2025 by Sifted and awarded Best Crypto On-Ramp & Payments Solution 2025 by Cryptonomist. We've partnered with leading brands including Visa, Mastercard, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, and Jupiter, powering over 200 products and collaborating directly with major ecosystems like Solana, Consensys, and BNB Chain.
Why Mercuryo?
Industry Impact
Join us in helping world-class Web3 projects onboard millions of new users into the next generation of finance.
Innovative Environment
Collaborate with more than 300 talented professionals from diverse backgrounds — including banking, SaaS, and Web3 — all united in delivering outstanding user experiences.
AI-First Culture
We actively integrate AI across the company, from operations and analytics to marketing and product workflows. It helps teams move faster, improve productivity, and focus on high-impact work - while maintaining human oversight and accountability at every step. Flexible Culture
We’re remote-first, celebrating diversity across 30 countries. At Mercuryo, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of your work, spark creativity, and shape how we move forward together.
About The Role
We're looking for an exceptional AI Automation Engineer to rapidly build working solutions for our internal teams — scripts, integrations, agents, and mini-services. This role is ideal for someone who can go from a request to a working solution in days, not sprints. You'll work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Support to understand real problems and ship practical automation that people actually use. This is a hands-on builder role requiring both strong engineering fundamentals and fluency with modern AI tooling — someone who thrives on ambiguity, picks their own stack, and takes ownership from idea to adoption.
Your Role
• Build ad-hoc LLM-powered tools: document processing, data extraction, classification, reporting, and internal chat interfaces.
• Integrate internal systems via APIs and MCP connectors (Jira, Confluence, Slack, BambooHR, CRM, databases).
• Take prototypes to a state where non-technical teams can actually use them, and hand off to support.
• Dig into how a process really works before automating it — half the job is understanding what people actually do, not just what they say they do.
What We're Looking For
• Strong engineering background: Python (or TypeScript), APIs, SQL, git, deploying without hand-holding.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs: prompting, structured output, RAG, tool calling, and handling model errors and quality evaluation.
• Uses AI coding agents daily as a core part of how you work (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) — not occasionally, but as your default mode.
• Fully autonomous: you define the problem, choose the stack, and take it all the way to the end user.
Nice To Have
• Experience in fintech or payments, with an understanding of compliance constraints and handling sensitive data.
• Experience with actual rollout, not just development — training users, gathering feedback, and measuring impact.
What We Offer
• Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives.
• 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays.
• Comprehensive health insurance plans.
• Maternity & Paternity leave support.
• Extensive benefits program.
• Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
• Modern offices and co-working spaces across 6 countries.
• Working equipment.
• Professional development and training opportunities.
• Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on.
• Diverse and friendly team.
• We are open-minded to new ideas.
Join Us!
If you're driven to be a part of the Web3 forefront and are keen to leave your mark on this rapidly evolving field, Mercuryo is an excellent choice. Discover our open positions and see how you can contribute to shaping the future!

Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning
Wrike
📍 Nicosia
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid
Описание вакансии
Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
• The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
• Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
• Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
• The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
• Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
• Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
• Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
• Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
• An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
• Win rate against named primary competitors
• Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
• Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
• Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
• 7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
• Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
• Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
• Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
• Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
• Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
• Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
• Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:
• 25 calendar days of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
• Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
• Hybrid Working Model
• School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
• Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
• Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursdays
Your recruitment buddy will be Aziza Talhi, Senior Recruiter.
Who Is Wrike And Our Culture

Senior Application Security Engineer
Capital.com
📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Capital.com's Product Security team protects our web and mobile applications, infrastructure, and external perimeter in a highly regulated environment. As Senior/Staff Application Security Engineer, you will raise the bar for application security across the organisation. This role is measured by leverage: how well you design, automate, and scale security processes so that many engineering teams can build securely by default.
You will lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling, increasingly with the help of AI tooling, and turn one-off security work into repeatable, self-service capabilities. The role combines deep hands-on offensive and defensive security expertise with the engineering mindset needed to automate at scale. You will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Threat Modelling:
• Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling for new and existing systems, using AI tools to make reviews faster, more consistent, and scalable across teams
• Act as a security force multiplier by influencing the standards, patterns, and guardrails that let teams move fast and stay secure
Security Automation & Tooling:
• Design, build, and automate scalable security processes that engineering teams can self-serve, covering secure design review, threat modelling, testing, and remediation workflows
• Integrate and automate security checks across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets, and IaC scanning), tuned for strong signal and low friction
• Own and evolve security tooling such as DefectDojo and SAST, DAST, and SCA platforms, maximising automation, coverage, and integration
• Apply AI and LLM-based tooling to architecture review, threat modelling, code review, and vulnerability triage, and help define how the team adopts these tools safely
Security Testing & Vulnerability Management:
• Conduct and oversee security assessments of web and mobile applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, including manual testing and PoC development
• Run vulnerability scans across internal infrastructure and the external perimeter, then analyse findings, define remediation, and track issues to closure
• Support and triage the Bug Bounty Program and external vulnerability reports, automating triage where possible
• Participate in and help lead red teaming and offensive security exercises
Enablement:
• Drive knowledge sharing on secure development, mentor engineers, and deliver training for development and QA teams
Requirements:
Experience:

Product Manager II - Financial Crime Operations
Kraken
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Building the Future of Open Finance
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.
The team
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Compliance Operations teams, including the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), investigations and enhanced due diligence, are the front line of how Kraken detects and responds to financial crime. The systems they run on sit within Core Services Product, alongside the engineering teams who build them. That covers alert ingestion, case management, investigator tooling and a growing set of automation and AI tools.
This role owns the product for that investigation platform. That means how an alert is created, enriched, grouped and suppressed. How it becomes a case. How an investigator reaches and documents a decision. And how every step is evidenced to a regulator or auditor. You'll start with the FIU, where the workflows are most complex and the audit bar is highest, then extend the platform across Compliance Operations.
The opportunity
• Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end. Sequence it and defend it, and re-sequence it when a regulator or the RCO raises a P0.
• Define "done" before build starts. Write phased deliverables and acceptance criteria that Compliance signs off, and hold the line when scope moves.
• Get requirements in before engineering starts. Build the intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules and case management so that changes don't reach investigators before their workflows are ready.
• Understand the process before building. Reconcile policy and SOPs against what investigators actually do and what the system actually does. Know the difference between a process fix and a technical one, and say which requests are in scope for engineering.
• Understand the pipeline well enough to challenge it: ingestion, profile and transaction resolution, suppression and grouping logic, and reconciliation between vendor output and case management. Be able to walk an auditor through it with live examples.
• Make auditability a first-class requirement: audit trail, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, change-management controls, and validation of filtering and suppression logic.
• Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that hold up in Compliance, IT and privacy audits. That means human-in-the-loop design, explainability and ongoing monitoring.
• Run the operating rhythm: a shared forum with engineering and adjacent product managers, a regular stakeholder update, and one delivery status that everyone reads the same way.
What You Bring
• 4+ years of product management, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.
• Working knowledge of how an AML programme is examined, including the questions regulators, internal audit and model validation ask about monitoring, filing and control systems.
• The technical fluency to go deep on data flows and system design with engineers, and to spot when a design won't meet the requirement.
• A track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that measurably changed how an operations team works.
• Clear, concise writing, from PRDs and phase plans to audit walkthroughs and executive updates.
• The judgement to tell a senior stakeholder a timeline isn't realistic because the requirements aren't written yet, and to keep the relationship intact.
Nice to haves
• Direct FIU experience, such as alert disposition, SAR/STR filing or leading investigators.
• Crypto or digital-asset experience, such as blockchain analytics, wallet-level transaction analysis or focal vs counterparty logic.
• Experience shipping AI or ML into a regulated investigative workflow, including the control design.
• Build-vs-buy and vendor evaluation for monitoring or case-management tooling.
• Experience with programmes that span jurisdictions (UK, EU/MiCA, US).
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
Our commitment
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

QA Automation Engineer - AI First
Технофінанс
📍 Paphos
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
AI First
• Опыт с pytest, Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Grafana и Loki.
• Опыт нагрузочного тестирования, проверки безопасности приложений или оценки качества AI-функций.
•
• Разработка собственных агентов, MCP-интеграций и инструментов автоматизации QA.
