Security deposit The security deposit depends on the duration, as mutually agreed upon booking the property. It must be paid to the Sublessor before the Lease Start Date as per the agreed payment plan. The deposit will be refunded within 40 days from the Lease expiration date, provided the property remains in good condition (excluding normal wear and tear) and all outstanding invoices are cleared. If the Sublessee breaches the Lease terms, the deposit is forfeited. The deposit cannot be used as rent payment.
