Group AI & Automation Specialist
JETA Africa Holding
📍 Larnaca
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
🚀 We're hiring: Group AI & Automation Specialist
📍 Larnaca, Cyprus | JETA Holding | Reports to COO
JETA Africa Holding is a Cyprus-based group with active businesses in Angola, Côte d'Ivoire, and Senegal, operating across medical devices, ICT & cibersecurity, and healthcare services.
We're looking for someone who will make AI and automation real inside our group — not as a research exercise, but as a practical tool that saves time, reduces errors, and supports better decisions.
The role
This is a hands-on implementation role. You'll work across all our entities, spend time with teams on the ground, identify opportunities, build solutions, measure impact, and move to the next problem.
What you'll work with
▸ Microsoft M365, Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint
▸ AI tools applied to real business problems: Claude, ChatGPT, and equivalents
▸ Pragmatic, use-case driven implementation — no gold-plating, no tool proliferation
What we're looking for
✅ Evidence you've built or automated something using AI or technology — professional, freelance, or personal projects all count
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
✅ Ability to map a business process end-to-end and translate it into a scoped build
✅ Fluent English — French or Portuguese is a strong plus
✅ Bias toward action, strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
💡 A degree is not required. What matters is what you've built.
What success looks like
By month 3 → Process audit complete, roadmap ready, 2 automations live with documented results
By month 6 → 5+ implementations with tracked ROI, cross-entity workflows automated, teams coming to you with ideas
What we offer
▸ Real mandate with group-wide visibility from day one
▸ Exposure to international markets and multi-sector operations
▸ Fast-moving environment where your work will be visible and credited
▸ Competitive compensation
How to apply
Send your CV + a short note (max. half a page) describing one thing you automated or improved using AI or technology: what the problem was, what you built, and what the result was.
📩 careers@jetaholding.com
⚠️ Applications without this note will not be reviewed.

Описание вакансии
Senior R&D Software Engineering Role
Company: SKYLD Security and Defence Ltd
Location: Hybrid – Cyprus or Greece
Employment Type: Full-time
About SKYLD
SKYLD Security and Defence Ltd is a Cyprus-based ICT and innovation company active in European and national research and development programmes across defence, security, civil protection, critical infrastructure and other dual-use technology sectors. Working with partners from industry, academia and public-sector organisations, SKYLD designs, develops and demonstrates advanced operational solutions involving unmanned and autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, command-and-control and ISR applications, software and systems engineering, data-driven technologies and the integration of these technologies into demanding real-world environments.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Senior R&D Software Engineer with broad and deep software and systems engineering expertise, spanning domains such as UAVs and autonomous systems, AI and data-driven applications, and complex system integration. You will take a leading role within SKYLD's technical team, owning the design, development, integration, testing and documentation of software across our research, innovation and technology projects – from UAVs and other unmanned platforms to AI, command-and-control and data-driven applications.
The role suits an experienced engineer with a proven track record of delivering production-grade software in demanding technical environments. What matters is breadth and depth of expertise, sound engineering judgement and a demonstrated ability to take technical ownership from concept through to deployment. Hands-on UAV experience is a strong advantage, but equally important is the versatility to work across different platforms, technologies and application domains; a mature programming foundation is expected. The role is not limited to one technology stack: we want someone who can shape technical direction, set engineering standards and mentor more junior colleagues, with responsibility matched to the candidate's seniority, expertise and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design, development and maintenance of software components across SKYLD's project portfolio – for UAVs and other unmanned or autonomous systems as well as AI, command-and-control and data-driven applications.
· Establish and enforce good software-engineering practices – including clean, maintainable code, code reviews, coding standards and version control – and drive technical quality across the team.
· Architect and integrate software with onboard computers, sensors, payloads, flight-control and ground-based components, as well as with APIs and databases.
· Design and deliver mission-support, telemetry, data-processing, system-monitoring and communication functions, using live or recorded vehicle, navigation and sensor data.
· Oversee the testing, debugging and technical validation of integrated software and hardware systems.
· Lead R&D prototypes and demonstrators, including selected AI, machine-learning, computer-vision, image-processing and large-language-model activities.
· Mentor junior developers, author technical documentation and internal reports, and lead integration activities, trials and demonstrations with engineers and project partners.
Essential Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automation and Control, or another relevant technical discipline, together with substantial professional software-development experience. Equivalent demonstrated technical capability will also be considered.
· Strong command of at least one relevant programming language, preferably Python, C or C++, backed by several years of professional development experience.
· Deep understanding of core software-development practices, including software architecture, design patterns, testing, debugging and version control.
· Solid understanding of complex, multi-component system architectures, including UAV or unmanned-system elements such as sensors, onboard computing, flight-control and ground-control systems, and communication links.
· Proven ability to analyse complex problems, define technical interfaces and translate requirements into robust software and integration solutions.
· Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to lead technical work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
· The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently within a team-oriented environment. Strong prompting skills and a high level of proficiency in working with different Large Language Model (LLM) platforms are also considered particularly important, including the ability to use these tools effectively for professional and task-oriented purposes.
Desirable Experience
· Hands-on experience delivering UAV, robotics or autonomous-system projects.
· Proven experience developing software that interacts with sensors, embedded devices or other physical systems – preferably in Linux – or that processes telemetry, navigation, image, video or other sensor data.
· Practical experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning or large-language-model development and training.
· Contribution to, or technical leadership within, research or technology-development projects, such as Horizon Europe or European Defence Fund programmes.
Candidates are not expected to meet every desirable criterion: we are primarily looking for an accomplished, versatile senior developer with broad and deep technical expertise and the ability to lead R&D software engineering work across domains with confidence.
What SKYLD Offers
· A full-time position with a hybrid working model in Cyprus or Greece.
· A leading technical role in UAV, autonomous-system, AI and defence-technology projects across European and national R&D programmes, including prototypes, integration trials and demonstrations.
· The opportunity to shape technical direction, mentor others and take on significant responsibility within a growing company.
· Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience, within a demanding but supportive working environment.

Analytics Team Leader
inDrive
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
You will lead analytics for the Services cluster — the set of domains that protect trust, safety, and quality across every interaction on our platform. This is where the integrity of the marketplace is safeguarded and where millions of passengers and drivers experience inDrive as a safe and reliable place to be. Your teams will span five closely connected areas: Watchdocs (driver document verification and work with the compliance base), Trust & Safety (everything related to trust and safety in rides — incidents and safety features), Customer Support (both the product tooling for handling user requests and the automation of that work, plus WFM analytics of support agents' performance), Customer Experience (Voice-of-the-Customer feedback and connecting satisfaction metrics such as CSAT/DSAT to business metrics), and Antifraud (protecting rides, transactions, ratings, and more from abuse across inDrive).
You will build and manage a team that partners closely with product, operations, support, and compliance to turn a large volume of behavioral, operational, and feedback signals into decisions that reduce risk and improve experience at the same time. From detecting and quantifying fraud across rides and transactions, to measuring the real business impact of safety features and support automation, to linking customer-feedback metrics (CSAT/DSAT) with core business outcomes — your work will define how the company balances protection, cost, and user satisfaction.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to product and business leaders, as well as to Trust & Safety and Compliance stakeholders — shaping the analytics agenda for the Services cluster, defending its strategy in front of senior leadership, and building scalable processes, metrics, and standards that make trust and safety measurable across the whole platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the analytics strategy and roadmap for the Services cluster (Watchdocs, Trust & Safety, Customer Support, CX, Antifraud), align it with company-level priorities, and defend it in front of senior leadership
• Build, grow, and develop a team of 11+ (analysts) — hiring, mentoring, and setting quality standards across the cluster
• Lead Antifraud analytics: detect and quantify fraudulent behavior across rides, transactions, and ratings; evaluate the effectiveness of anti-fraud rules and models and their trade-off with false positives
• Drive Trust & Safety analytics: measure incident rates, evaluate the impact of safety features, and help prioritize initiatives that reduce risk for passengers and drivers
• Oversee Customer Support analytics: assess support tooling and automation effectiveness, contact-rate drivers, resolution quality, and WFM analytics for agent capacity and performance
• Lead CX analytics: connect Voice-of-the-Customer metrics (CSAT/DSAT) to business outcomes such as retention and revenue, and turn feedback into prioritized product and operational actions
• Guide Watchdocs analytics: the document-verification funnel, compliance coverage, and the balance between compliance rigor and a smooth driver onboarding experience
• Define and standardize metrics, definitions, and monitoring across the cluster; ensure data quality in partnership with DWH, DS, and Engineering
• Establish best practices in experimentation (A/B testing), causal inference, forecasting, and effect measurement across the team
• Partner cross-functionally at the company level (Product & Tech & Business, DWH, DS, Engineering) and act as a trusted advisor to Head / Director / C-suite stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 6+ years of experience in data or product analytics, preferably in tech, ride-hailing, marketplace, or platform businesses
• 2+ years of people management, leading teams of 10+ people, including other managers or team leads
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python (or R), with a solid foundation in statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference)
• Proven ability to translate large volumes of behavioral, operational, and feedback data into decisions that balance risk, cost, and user experience
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (Head / Director / C-suite) and forming and defending strategy at the company level
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Redash, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• English proficiency at B2 or higher for international collaboration
Nice to Have
• Hands-on experience in one of the Services domains — Trust & Safety, Antifraud, Customer Support / WFM, CX / Voice-of-the-Customer, or compliance
• Experience with fraud / risk modeling, anomaly detection, or safety analytics
• Familiarity with text / sentiment analysis for customer-feedback data
• Experience scaling analytics across multiple countries and verticals
Why join us
• Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 48 countries
• Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs
• Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
• Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects
• Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow
• Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs
Final benefits may vary depending on the location.

We are looking for Business Developer Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
• Own the full lifecycle of partnerships and custom integrations: sourcing, qualification, outreach, negotiation, commercial and technical alignment, launch, and initial performance monitoring
• Close the current priority pipeline: RTBPanda traffic partnership, an model-promotion agency integration, Microsoft ad-compliance approval, and TikTok/Snapchat account-provider partnerships
• Run cold outreach to partners and affiliates on an ongoing basis — for current needs and for new markets/geographies as the product expands

We expect from you:

• Comfort with ad-platform compliance processes

• Strong business English — this is where most of the deals and the market live
• Structured, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity: someone who goes and finds partners rather than waiting to be handed a task list

Описание вакансии
Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
• Maintain a live, prioritized partner list per objective: contacts, geography, channel, status, potential, next steps
• Track competitors and competing affiliate programs, and keep recommendations current
• Hand off signed, running partnerships to affiliate managers for day-to-day management
We expect from you:
• Full-cycle BD/sales/affiliate experience — cold sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, commercial terms
• A nose for non-standard traffic sources and partners, not just the obvious ones
• Working knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risk
• Technical literacy: tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, APIs, integration requirements — enough to have a real conversation with a partner's tech team
• Comfort with ad-platform compliance processes
• Partner pipeline/CRM discipline and clean database hygiene
• Strong business English — this is where most of the deals and the market live
• Structured, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity: someone who goes and finds partners rather than waiting to be handed a task list
What do we offer:
• REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
• The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
• Vacation 28 calendar days per year;
• 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
• Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
• 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
• Corporate discount for English lessons;
• Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
• Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
• Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
