Senior Software Engineer - AI Enablement HR

Kraken

📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

Building the Future of Open Finance

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.

The team

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

We build the systems that power how employees join, grow, and operate across the company, including hiring, onboarding, learning, and rewards. This is core infrastructure for how the company runs.

We’re rebuilding these workflows with AI at the core, designing production systems that take real actions, integrate with critical tools, and are trusted to operate reliably. The focus is turning messy, manual processes into structured, scalable systems.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to understand real workflows and translate them into systems that actually work, with high autonomy and direct impact on how AI is built and operated across the company.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary architect and builder of AI-powered solutions within the Kraken People team. This is a full-stack ownership role spanning opportunity identification, solution design, deployment, governance, and transfer capability back to the People team so they can maintain and extend what you build.

Responsibilities

You’ll work at the intersection of AI/LLM engineering and HR systems—turning manual, fragmented People processes into autonomous, agentic workflows that serve thousands of Krakenites globally. This is hands-on engineering with direct business impact, not experimentation. Responsibilities:

Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions

• Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP that take real actions in HR processes with appropriate human oversight and approval gates.
• Build multi-agent systems with tool use, function calling, and multi-step reasoning that connect fragmented HR tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll, ticketing) into coherent, end-to-end workflows.
• Build error handling, audit trails, payroll-calendar awareness, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints into every production system before deployment.
• Ensure all automations comply with data classification requirements for employee PII, regulated data, and cross-jurisdictional privacy obligations.

Own governance and risk for People AI systems

• Classify all automation builds by risk tier before work begins. No build goes to production without a named Process Owner, documented data flows, and access controls confirmed.
• Maintain audit logging and documentation for all systems touching regulated employee data or payroll-adjacent workflows.
• Halt or redesign builds that introduce unacceptable payroll, legal, or data privacy risk. Own that decision and get organizational acceptance before proceeding.
• Serve as the HRKX domain representative in contributing to governance standards and cross-functional build alignment.

Multiply the People team's capability

• Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks that HRKX professionals can use and maintain without technical support.
• Train People team members on AI-assisted tools and workflows deployed in production. Drive adoption, not just delivery.
• Track and report on automation impact: manual hours eliminated, error rates reduced, payroll exceptions avoided, and capacity unlocked for strategic HR work.
• Act as a force multiplier for the HR KX team, enabling HR professionals to focus on high-value advisory and people judgment work through process, technology, and AI enablement.

What You Bring

These are verified requirements for this role. Candidates who do not meet the core requirements will not advance to interview.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on building AI/ML-powered applications or agentic systems in production.
• 2–3+ years of experience working on HR, People Operations, or people technology problems—either at an HR tech company, on an internal People Engineering team, or in a technical role embedded within an HR function. You don’t need to be an HR expert, but you need to understand HR dynamics, workflows, and the sensitivity of people's data.
• Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools, with demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI solutions within HR workflows
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in a production environment used by others, not just experimentation.
• Deep working knowledge of Workday, including job change workflows, worker conversions, EIB data uploads, integration architecture, and payroll dependencies.
• Systems thinker with a strong implementation mindset — able to move from discovery → design → build → deployment → optimization without relying on external consultant
• Proficiency with AI tooling stack: n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, or equivalent. Experience connecting HR systems via API is required.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous people questions into clear, actionable, automated analysis.
• Solid understanding of employee data classification, PII handling requirements, and cross-jurisdictional HR compliance obligations.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Workday Prism, Qualtrics, or other BI and HR analytics tools for people data reporting and strategy automation.
• Experience using AI for text analysis, survey insights, or workflow automation in an HRIS or people analytics context.
• Experience with Ashby including API integration and pipeline automation.
• Experience with spreadsheet automation (Google Apps Script or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analytics solution development.
• Python or R programming skills for people data analysis, modeling, or pipeline automation.
• Background in HR technology platform administration: HRIS, ATS, survey platforms, or workforce management systems.
• Prior experience standing up or operating an HR automation or people analytics function.
• Degree with a quantitative focus (Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent) combined with applied technical automation experience.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or a high-growth remote-first company where HR systems serve employees across 50+ countries.

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Our commitment

Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

Backend Engineer - Remote Iberia & Southern Europe

Linro

📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus

Описание вакансии

About

Linro is a cloud security company building a real-time, agentic cloud-security platform. Teams ship with AI. AI ships with Linro.

Cloud infrastructure changes constantly, and increasingly it's AI agents making those changes, not people. Most security tools only catch problems after the fact. Linro works differently. We enforce what's allowed at every stage, from commit to production. We stop bad changes before they ship, and fix problems in real time once they're live.

We have each been on the receiving end of this problem: running cloud security at scale, building the platforms underneath it, and shipping in regulated systems where a wrong change isn't an option. Founded in Berlin in 2026 and built fully remote across Europe, Linro has a platform that's real and working, with plenty still to shape.

The role

You would be one of our first engineers, building alongside the founding team. At the heart of the product is a stream-first policy engine that evaluates compliance as SQL across past, present and future infrastructure state. It has to be fast, correct and impossible to route around. You'd own large parts of it outright.

What you will do

• Design and build core backend services in Go that evaluate policy against cloud infrastructure changes in real time.
• Take a core area of the platform and own it end to end, from first design through running it in production.
• Build the simulation and enforcement path that blocks or auto-remediates non-compliant changes before they reach production.
• Stay close to customers, see how your work lands in the real world, and fold what you learn back into the product.

What we are looking for

• Strong backend engineering experience in a compiled, statically typed language (Go, Rust, Java, C++, C#, or similar). We build in Go, so you are either already a Go engineer or someone who will get into it quickly.
• You know SQL well and think naturally in relational and columnar data models. It’s central to how our engine works.
• A product mindset. You care about the user and the problem, not only the ticket, and you have opinions about what to build, not just how.
• A problem-to-solution instinct. You can take an ambiguous problem, find the simple core, and ship something that solves it.
• End-to-end ownership. You own a problem from design through production and operation, and you see the hard parts through.
• Hands-on experience operating and running at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure). Not just deploying to it, actually running it: access management, networking or the failure modes.
• Hands-on with Terraform or Pulumi, and an understanding of how infrastructure-as-code actually behaves in practice.
• You build with AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow and have a point of view on where they help and where they don't. We build guardrails for these tools, so we want engineers with deep, hands-on experience in agentic development.

Nice to have

• Background in cloud or cyber security, CSPM, CNAPP, or compliance (e.g. SOC 2, PCI, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience building policy or rule engines.
• Experience with high-availability, scaling, and eventually-consistent, event-driven system design.
• Production experience running Kubernetes clusters.
• Early-stage startup experience, or having been a founding engineer before.

How we work

We are 100% remote across Europe and hire anywhere within roughly two hours of Central European Time (CEST). We get the whole team together in person somewhere in Europe once a quarter for a few days. We work async by default, write things down, and protect people's focus time.

What we offer

• Real ownership. As an early engineer you design, ship, run and own a genuine surface area of the product, with direct contact with users and a say in how we build.
• Meaningful equity. You are an early employee, and your stake reflects it.
• Competitive salary, benchmarked to the market.
• A quarterly European offsite, and a team that takes both the mission and each other’s time seriously.

The honest version

This is early. Priorities will shift, and some of what you build early will change as we learn. There is no playbook waiting for you. If you want a highly structured environment with a mature codebase and a clear roadmap for the next two years, this is not it. If you want to shape a product and a category from close to the start, and you like the idea of building the thing that keeps AI agents from breaking production, we should talk.

Compensation Range: €56K - €83K

Senior AI Engineer - Growth

Kraken

You’ll work directly with the AI Growth Infrastructure Lead, the Growth Workflow Specialists across channels, and the domain experts who spec the workflows you build. You’ll operate within the Growth Foundations Group — the centralized team that builds the engine every product team in the business runs on.

The Role

We’re building an AI-native growth engine — one where agents make distribution decisions, creative is generated and iterated at scale, and the system compounds intelligence across every product simultaneously. This is not automation bolted onto existing workflows. It is a new model entirely.

As AI Engineer, Growth, you will be the second builder on this engine. Working alongside our lead architect, you execute — building, shipping, and iterating the agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and system integrations that power every growth work-stream: paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, referrals, and beyond.

This role is for someone who moves fast, builds from specs without needing hand-holding, and cares deeply about the quality of what they ship. If you’ve spent your career wanting to build systems that actually run growth rather than just support it — this is that role.

The opportunity

What You’ll Build

• Agent orchestration workflows across growth use cases — automating the decisions and executions that today require human intervention across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, conversion optimization, incentives, and other growth levers
• Integrations between our AI reasoning layer, growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools
• Shared agent infrastructure components — reusable workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients that every growth workstream draws from
• Monitoring and audit logging — ensuring every agent action is traceable, versioned, and queryable for governance and continuous improvement
• Creative and content generation pipelines — automating the brief-to-variant-to-distribution loop across growth channels

What You’ll Own

• Build velocity across new growth workstreams — you are the person who gets workflows from spec to production
• Integration reliability — connections between systems work, handle errors gracefully, and are maintained as tools evolve
• Workflow documentation — every workflow you build is documented clearly enough that a domain specialist can understand, tune, and improve it without your involvement

What You Bring

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems — using AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation tools, or equivalent technologies
• Strong understanding of API integrations — REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale
• Experience working with LLM APIs — prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining
• Comfort working from a spec — you can take a workflow design and build it accurately without the architect in the room
• Growth or marketing context — you understand what you’re building toward, not just how to build it
• Speed and quality in balance — you ship fast and you care what you ship

Nice to haves

• Experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle messaging systems
• Familiarity with data warehouse query patterns and event tracking infrastructure
• Background in a high-growth fintech, consumer tech, or multi-product technology environment
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures or complex agent-to-agent workflows

We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

Payward's Global Compliance team is the regulatory backbone of one of the world's most trusted and longest-standing crypto exchanges — spanning AML/KYC, sanctions, financial crime, regulatory affairs, and compliance operations across dozens of licensed entities and multiple geos.

The opportunity

Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary architect and builder of AI-powered solutions within the Kraken Compliance team. This is a full-stack ownership role spanning opportunity identification, solution design, deployment, governance, and capability transfer. This global role will require you to work strategically to “automate everything” while building Compliance’s data driven machine across multiple jurisdictions and products (e.g. crypto, payments, futures, equities, custody, margin). Responsibilities span the following areas:

Design and deploy AI-powered Compliance solutions

• Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP that take real actions in Compliance processes with appropriate human oversight and approval gates.

Own governance and risk for Compliance AI systems

• Classify all automation builds by risk tier before work begins. No build goes to production without a named Process Owner, documented data flows, access controls confirmed, and regulatory impact assessed.
• Maintain audit logging and documentation for all systems touching regulated data, SAR workflows, or sanctions-adjacent processes.
• Halt or redesign builds that introduce unacceptable regulatory, legal, or data privacy risk. Own that decision and secure organizational acceptance before proceeding.
• Serve as the Compliance domain representative in contributing to governance standards, model risk management, and cross-functional build alignment across the Automate Everything initiative.

Multiply the Compliance team's capability

• Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks that Compliance professionals can use and maintain without technical support.
• Train Compliance team members on AI-assisted tools and workflows deployed in production. Drive adoption, not just delivery.
• Track and report on automation impact: alert review time reduced, case throughput increased, regulatory report cycle time shortened, and analyst capacity unlocked for higher-risk work.
• Act as a force multiplier for the Compliance team, enabling investigators and analysts to focus on high-judgment, high-risk decisions through process, technology, and AI enablement.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance operations, financial crime, regulatory technology, or a combined compliance and technical role with demonstrated senior-level execution.
• Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools, with demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI solutions within Compliance or RegTech workflows.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in a production environment used by others, not just experimentation.
• Deep working knowledge of anti-financial crime (e.g. AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring systems), capital markets compliance (e.g. sales and trading, market conduct, transaction surveillance, conflicts management) and data privacy frameworks.
• Systems thinker with a strong implementation mindset -- able to move from discovery to design to build to deployment to optimization without relying on external consultants.
• Proficiency with AI tooling stack: n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, or equivalent. Experience connecting Compliance systems via API is required.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous compliance questions into clear, actionable, automated analysis.
• Solid understanding of data classification, customer PII handling, and cross-jurisdictional compliance obligations including GDPR, BSA, FATF standards, and applicable AML data retention requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to translate technical automation solutions and complex analytical results for Compliance professionals, senior leadership, and regulators who are not technical.

Nice to haves

• Experience with case management platforms (Actimize, NICE Actimize, Quantexa, or equivalent) and their API or integration architecture.
• Experience using AI for document analysis, transaction narrative generation, or regulatory report drafting in a financial crime or compliance context.
• Familiarity with regulatory examination readiness: documentation standards, model risk governance, and audit trail requirements for AI-assisted compliance decisions.
• Experience with spreadsheet automation (Google Apps Script or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for compliance analytics.
• Python programming skills for transaction data analysis, risk scoring models, or compliance pipeline automation.
• Background in compliance technology platform administration: AML systems, KYC platforms, case management, markets business conduct or sanctions screening tools.
• Prior experience standing up or operating a RegTech, compliance automation, or financial crime analytics function.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, capital markets or a regulated financial institution operating across multiple jurisdictions with exposure to FinCEN, SEC, FCA, MAS, or equivalent regulatory bodies.

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Customer Support Team Lead

Confidential Gaming Platform

📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 On-site

Описание вакансии

About US

We are a US social gaming platform. Our players come to us to have fun, and our support team is the human face of that experience. We are a fast moving operation where support, risk, payments and product sit close together, and where the people in the queue shape how the product works.

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead who can run the team and the AI layer that sits in front of it. Half of this role is leadership: rotas, coaching, quality and escalations. The other half is owning the AI assistant and the automated workflows in our helpdesk, so that routine contacts are resolved without a human and everything else reaches the right team with the right information first time.

If you have configured an AI support assistant in a live environment, written the knowledge base it answers from, and watched the containment rate move because of a change you made, this is your role.

What you will do

AI configuration and training

• Configure and maintain the AI assistant and bot workflows: answers, intents, tone, guardrails, fallback and handover rules.
• Own the knowledge base the AI draws from: write, structure and retire articles so answers stay accurate as products, promotions and rules change.
• Build and maintain the reusable workflows agents trigger from the reply composer, and set the rules for which ones they may run.
• Review AI conversation transcripts weekly: score accuracy, find wrong or unsafe answers, fix the underlying content or configuration and log the change.
• Design and test conversation flows before release, and roll back cleanly when one underperforms.
• Report on containment, resolution rate, handover rate, satisfaction on AI handled conversations and cost per contact.
• Keep automated answers within compliance and responsible gaming limits: the assistant must never give account decisions, verification outcomes or payment guarantees it is not authorised to give.

Team leadership

• Manage rotas, coverage, queue health and daily prioritisation across the support and escalation inboxes.
• Run onboarding and continuous training on tooling, procedures and quality standards.
• Run quality assurance: conversation reviews, scorecards, coaching and performance conversations.
• Act as first point of escalation for complex or sensitive player cases.

Operations and process

• Own the escalation ticket structure: correct categorisation, required fields, routing and priority.
• Monitor response and resolution targets and act on breaches.
• Keep support procedures current and flag where risk, payments or compliance changes need a procedure update.
• Work with Risk & Payments, Compliance, CRM and Engineering on incidents, product changes and recurring complaint drivers.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting on volumes, contact drivers, automation performance and team output.

What you will bring

• 4+ years in customer support, with at least 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Hands on experience configuring an AI support assistant or chatbot in a live environment, for example Intercom Fin, Zendesk AI, Salesforce, Ada or Freshdesk. This is a requirement, not a bonus.
• Proven experience writing and maintaining the knowledge base content that AI answers are built on.
• Experience building automated workflows, macros, routing rules and ticket taxonomies in a helpdesk platform.
• Comfort with support data and reporting: containment, deflection, satisfaction, resolution rate and service targets.
• Experience in a regulated consumer environment such as social gaming, iGaming, fintech, payments or e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of identity verification and anti money laundering basics, payment disputes and chargebacks, and responsible gaming obligations.
• Excellent written English, with the judgement to hold a brand voice and to correct AI output that misses it.

Nice to have

• Experience in a US social gaming or sweepstakes operation.
• Familiarity with a back office platform, an identity verification provider and payment gateway tooling.
• Experience running a support function through a platform migration, rebrand or new market launch.
• Conversation design or prompt design experience.

Head of ML

JetBrains

📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have been striving to make the world’s most robust and effective developer tools. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.

JetBrains is evolving beyond standalone developer tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.

AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift introduces new challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone: governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordinated work between humans and autonomous agents.

Our goal is to build a platform that enables companies to adopt AI in software development in a structured, scalable, and economically efficient manner without locking them into closed ecosystems. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development, deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments.

We are looking for an experienced ML leader who has created products with an ML backbone, weaving together research, technical excellence, and strong product focus.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in everything you do.

We’d be especially thrilled if you have experience with:

• Distributed training of multi-billion parameter models.

Senior Product Manager (VCS Ecosystem)

JetBrains

📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

You know version control is more than just a subsystem. It’s the backbone of how teams build software. You’re ready to shape the future of code-change workflows, from local commits to AI-assisted reviews. If you’re excited by the challenge of turning a core IDE feature into a standalone ecosystem, this is for you.

About JetBrains

We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.

What You’ll Do

Version control is a critical part of our IDEs, but we want to take it further. We’re turning VCS into a strategic product direction and, eventually, we aim to grow it into a dedicated ecosystem. This role exists to define what that future looks like right now.

As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll figure out where JetBrains should play in the VCS space, how to evolve our Git and code review experiences, and what new opportunities exist beyond our current tools. You’ll have the ownership to set a clear product vision that covers everything from complex local merges to remote, containerized, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and quality leads, as well as product marketing, developer advocacy, and the IntelliJ Platform teams. Together, you'll figure out how to handle the next era of software delivery, including tracking provenance and reviewing AI-generated changes across different environments.

Day To Day, You Will

• Set the long-term product strategy for VCS and code-change workflows across all JetBrains IDEs.
• Identify gaps in current developer workflows and define new product directions in the VCS space.
• Explore new opportunities, from cross-IDE VCS clients and host-neutral code reviews to AI-native review and authorship tracking.
• Listen closely to what the community and the industry are saying to figure out exactly what we should be working on.
• Align roadmap decisions across the product, engineering, design, marketing, developer advocacy, partnership, and customer-facing teams.
• Work with engineering and quality leads to balance user value, technical constraints, and platform health.
• Shape external positioning and represent our VCS direction in conversations with customers and the broader developer tools community.

What You’ll Bring

• A collaborative mindset that works well with engineering and quality teams on deeply technical challenges.
• Strong product judgment, especially when navigating ambiguous areas to define a new ecosystem.
• The ability to think beyond existing boundaries and spot opportunities for entirely new workflows.
• Clear communication skills, whether you’re aligning internal stakeholders or talking to deeply technical users.
• A data-informed approach, combining usage metrics, customer feedback, and market signals to make decisions.
• An interest in how AI is changing software development, from generated commits to AI-assisted reviews.
• A drive to improve solutions instead of copying what already exists.

What You’ll Need

• Previous success leading the product direction and strategy for technically complex developer tools, SCM, CI/CD, or code collaboration software.
• The proven ability to translate intricate developer workflows into clear product roadmaps.
• Experience bringing stakeholders together across product, engineering, marketing, and developer advocacy.
• A deep understanding of version control mechanics, code-change workflows, and how developers actually ship code.
• Based in the EU, ideally Munich, Prague, Amsterdam, Berlin, Belgrade, or remote within the EU, with the ability to travel to JetBrains offices as needed.
• As a plus, familiarity with advanced version control scenarios, such as complex merges, monorepos, and enterprise/self-hosted setups.

What Success Looks Like

Success means moving VCS from a platform subsystem to a clear, strategic ecosystem. You’ll have built a compelling product vision that engineering teams are aligned on and customers are excited about. You won’t just be copying what exists. You’ll be finding entirely new ways to solve code-change workflows, especially as AI becomes a bigger part of development. Ultimately, you’ll earn your team's trust by making sound decisions, keeping projects moving, and leaving the product better than you found it.

Why join JetBrains?

• Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
• Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
• Internal events. Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
• Some benefits may vary depending on location.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Corporate Security Engineer, AI

Capital.com

📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

We are looking for a Corporate Security Engineer, AI to own the security of how artificial intelligence is adopted and operated across Capital.com.

AI tools are already embedded in how the company works — and the security risks they introduce are unlike those any other team currently owns. This role sits in Corporate Security and is responsible for AI system integration security, AI-specific threat detection, data protection in AI contexts, shadow AI governance, and the regulatory compliance obligations that AI adoption brings with it.

The ideal candidate understands how LLMs, RAG systems, and AI automation tools actually work — and can apply that understanding to evaluate what risks they introduce, design controls that hold, and build the governance framework that makes AI adoption secure and auditable in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Security — Integrations & Environment:

• Review and assess the security of AI system integrations across the corporate environment: LLM deployments, RAG pipelines, AI APIs, and AI-enabled automation tools
• Evaluate configuration, access controls, and data flows of AI systems — the security of how AI is deployed and connected to corporate data and infrastructure
• Conduct threat modelling for AI integrations and define secure deployment patterns for AI-powered tools
• Support security reviews for new AI initiatives, tools, and vendor integrations before they reach production

AI Threat Detection & Mitigation:

• Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats: prompt injection & jailbreaks, model poisoning & data contamination, adversarial attacks, training-data leakage, insecure model serialisation, excessive permissions in AI agents
• Develop guardrails, content filters, and output-validation mechanisms
• Implement monitoring for anomalous AI behaviour across integrated systems

AI Data Egress & Data Protection:

• Own data protection controls in AI contexts: govern what data reaches LLM integrations, AI APIs, and AI-enabled tools
• Design and maintain DLP policies specifically for AI channels — share links, API-connected AI tools, AI browser extensions, and automation agents
• Ensure AI system compliance with GDPR, data-privacy regulations, and financial-industry data handling requirements
• Perform AI-specific data risk assessments aligned with the internal risk methodology

AI Tool Risk & Shadow AI:

• Operate the controls that govern AI tool use across the organisation — detection policies, sanctioned-tool enforcement, share-link and egress controls
• Lead third-party AI tool due diligence and ongoing assurance of AI vendor integrations
• Monitor AI tool usage patterns and investigate anomalous behaviour
• Contribute to AI security standards, internal policies, and the company's AI risk classification framework

Compliance & Governance:

• Own the AI security governance framework: policy authoring, risk classification, control design, and regulatory mapping
• Maintain the AI risk register and report on AI-related risk posture to management
• Map AI security controls against applicable regulatory frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, and financial-sector requirements across FCA, CySEC, ASIC, SCB, and SCA jurisdictions
• Participate in audit cycles; provide technical evidence and explain AI control design to auditors and regulators

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in AI/ML system security or a strong AI security focus;
• Deep knowledge of AI-specific security risks and mitigations: prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage, adversarial attacks, excessive permissions in AI agents;
• Hands-on experience securing LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI APIs — reviewing configurations, access controls, and data flows;
• Experience authoring AI security policies, standards, and risk classification frameworks;
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and their application in a regulated financial services context;
• Experience running AI risk assessments and maintaining an AI risk register;
• Ability to manage third-party AI tool due diligence and control shadow AI across a distributed workforce;
• Python proficiency for automation and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recognised certifications: CISM, CISSP, or equivalent;
• Experience in fintech or a regulated financial services environment;
• Multi-jurisdiction compliance exposure (FCA, CySEC, ASIC, SCB, or SCA);
• Experience building AI-powered security automation — autonomous agents, LLM-driven triage, automated response workflows;
• Experience presenting AI security risk posture to leadership or board-level audiences.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to translate technical AI risk into business and regulatory impact;
• Able to explain AI security risks and mitigations to non-security teams;
• Cross-functional collaboration with risk, compliance, product, and engineering teams;
• Clear documentation and communication skills.

What you will get in return:

• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated
• Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock
• Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Our annual leave policy lets you recharge and enjoy life outside of work without a worry
• Employee Referral Program: Love working here? Share the love! Bring your talented friends on board and get rewarded for growing our awesome team
• Comprehensive Health & Pension Benefits: From medical insurance to pension plans, we’ve got your back. Plus, location-specific benefits and perks!
• Workation Wonderland: Live your digital nomad dreams with 30 extra days to work remotely from anywhere in the world (some restrictions apply). Adventure awaits!
• Volunteer Days: Make a difference! Take two additional paid days each year to support causes you care about and give back to the community

Be a key player at the forefront of the digital assets movement, propelling your career to new heights! Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that values and rewards talent, initiative, and creativity. Work alongside one of the most brilliant teams in the industry.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
