Backend Engineer - Remote Iberia & Southern Europe
Linro
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified

Описание вакансии
About
Linro is a cloud security company building a real-time, agentic cloud-security platform. Teams ship with AI. AI ships with Linro.
Cloud infrastructure changes constantly, and increasingly it's AI agents making those changes, not people. Most security tools only catch problems after the fact. Linro works differently. We enforce what's allowed at every stage, from commit to production. We stop bad changes before they ship, and fix problems in real time once they're live.
We have each been on the receiving end of this problem: running cloud security at scale, building the platforms underneath it, and shipping in regulated systems where a wrong change isn't an option. Founded in Berlin in 2026 and built fully remote across Europe, Linro has a platform that's real and working, with plenty still to shape.
The role
You would be one of our first engineers, building alongside the founding team. At the heart of the product is a stream-first policy engine that evaluates compliance as SQL across past, present and future infrastructure state. It has to be fast, correct and impossible to route around. You'd own large parts of it outright.
What you will do
• Design and build core backend services in Go that evaluate policy against cloud infrastructure changes in real time.
• Take a core area of the platform and own it end to end, from first design through running it in production.
• Build the simulation and enforcement path that blocks or auto-remediates non-compliant changes before they reach production.
• Stay close to customers, see how your work lands in the real world, and fold what you learn back into the product.
What we are looking for
• Strong backend engineering experience in a compiled, statically typed language (Go, Rust, Java, C++, C#, or similar). We build in Go, so you are either already a Go engineer or someone who will get into it quickly.
• You know SQL well and think naturally in relational and columnar data models. It’s central to how our engine works.
• A product mindset. You care about the user and the problem, not only the ticket, and you have opinions about what to build, not just how.
• A problem-to-solution instinct. You can take an ambiguous problem, find the simple core, and ship something that solves it.
• End-to-end ownership. You own a problem from design through production and operation, and you see the hard parts through.
• Hands-on experience operating and running at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure). Not just deploying to it, actually running it: access management, networking or the failure modes.
• Hands-on with Terraform or Pulumi, and an understanding of how infrastructure-as-code actually behaves in practice.
• You build with AI coding tools as a normal part of your workflow and have a point of view on where they help and where they don't. We build guardrails for these tools, so we want engineers with deep, hands-on experience in agentic development.
Nice to have
• Background in cloud or cyber security, CSPM, CNAPP, or compliance (e.g. SOC 2, PCI, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience building policy or rule engines.
• Experience with high-availability, scaling, and eventually-consistent, event-driven system design.
• Production experience running Kubernetes clusters.
• Early-stage startup experience, or having been a founding engineer before.
How we work
We are 100% remote across Europe and hire anywhere within roughly two hours of Central European Time (CEST). We get the whole team together in person somewhere in Europe once a quarter for a few days. We work async by default, write things down, and protect people's focus time.
What we offer
• Real ownership. As an early engineer you design, ship, run and own a genuine surface area of the product, with direct contact with users and a say in how we build.
• Meaningful equity. You are an early employee, and your stake reflects it.
• Competitive salary, benchmarked to the market.
• A quarterly European offsite, and a team that takes both the mission and each other’s time seriously.
The honest version
This is early. Priorities will shift, and some of what you build early will change as we learn. There is no playbook waiting for you. If you want a highly structured environment with a mature codebase and a clear roadmap for the next two years, this is not it. If you want to shape a product and a category from close to the start, and you like the idea of building the thing that keeps AI agents from breaking production, we should talk.
Compensation Range: €56K - €83K

Commercial Lead
inDrive
📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Department: Growth Businesses
Location: Cyprus
Description
The Commercial Lead will own the sales pipeline and revenue, driving outbound sales and managing complex B2B deals with AI and data companies, from qualification and pilots to recurring contracts. The role also includes developing strategic partnerships and channels, shaping pricing and commercial terms, and bringing customer demand and market insights back to product and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the pipeline and the number
• Build and run outbound to AI labs, applied AI companies, and data vendors who need collection capacity they don't have in-house.
• Qualify hard and early: match buyer requirements against what our network can realistically deliver, and walk away from deals that don't fit.
Run complex, technical deals
• Sell to technical buyers - data leads, research managers, ML and data ops teams - in long, spec-heavy, consultative cycles.
• Collect buyer requirements (languages, demographics, modality, annotation depth, licensing scope), push back when a spec isn't deliverable.
• Manage pilots and convert them into recurring volume.
Shape pricing and commercial framework
• Own our price book across modalities (per audio hour, per image, per video hour, per annotated unit) and defend margin against buyer pressure and vendor benchmarks.
• Alongside with the business unit leader work with legal, privacy and tax on DPAs, consent frameworks, contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
Build the channel
• Develop partnerships with data vendors and platforms who can route demand to us where we have coverage they lack.
• Represent DataTasks at the venues where this market actually buys - research conferences, data and AI events, and buyer-side procurement teams.
Feed the roadmap
• Bring structured demand signal back into product and operations
Qualifications
Must have
• Experience in B2B sales, business or commercial roles, with a track record of closing complex deals you personally sourced and ran.
• Direct experience in AI/ML data, data annotation and labelling services, data licensing, or a closely adjacent technical services market.
• Comfort selling to technical and research buyers.
• Genuine zero-to-one appetite. There is no inbound, no established brand in this market, and no playbook to inherit.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, at a level suitable for negotiating with US and EU counterparties.
Nice to have
• An existing network among AI labs, data vendors, or enterprise AI teams.
• Experience operating in or selling data from emerging markets.
• Working knowledge of data protection regimes (GDPR, LGPD, and equivalents in our operating markets).
• Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese or Russian.
Why join us
• Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 48 countries
• Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs
• Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
• Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects
• Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow
• Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs

💼 Contract
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Entail AI is an SEO, content, and conversion-optimization startup that promotes the growth of our clients' organic website traffic through consistent content publishing, as well as on- and off-site performance optimization. We are a small but growing team that holds daily meetings and facilitates a culture of growth and learning. We value teachability, honesty, integrity, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile.
We are looking for an analytical, curious Junior SEO who reads search data closely, forms sharp hypotheses, and turns them into ranking and traffic gains. You should be comfortable moving between technical audits, content strategy, and performance analysis, and you should care about why a page ranks, not just that it does.
How to apply:
If you believe that Entail AI is a great fit for you and that you meet the requirements, apply by completing the form and assessment below:
https://wkf.ms/4go2I06
* Applicants who do not complete both the form and the task will NOT be considered.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Auditing client sites for technical, on-page, and content issues, then prioritizing fixes by expected traffic and revenue impact.
• Analyzing search performance in Google Search Console and our internal analytics tooling to diagnose traffic changes, cannibalization, and indexing problems.
• Owning on-page optimization, including titles, metadata, internal linking, and content structure across large and programmatically generated sitemaps.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals, in collaboration with developers.
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions, and reporting on what moved and why, without hiding behind vanity metrics.
Key requirements and attributes required:
• Strong analytical instincts — you can look at search data, isolate the real problem, and separate signal from noise.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, keyword and SEO research tools, and analytics platforms.
• A working understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site structure, and how search engines actually process a page.
• A solid grasp of on-page and content SEO, including search intent, keyword mapping, and content optimization at scale.
• Resourcefulness and initiative — when no one has told you why traffic dropped, you find the answer.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy with data, records, and reporting.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort learning new tools quickly, including our internal analytics stack.
We know that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting great candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply.

Описание вакансии
🚀 We're hiring: Group AI & Automation Specialist
📍 Larnaca, Cyprus | JETA Holding | Reports to COO
JETA Africa Holding is a Cyprus-based group with active businesses in Angola, Côte d'Ivoire, and Senegal, operating across medical devices, ICT & cibersecurity, and healthcare services.
We're looking for someone who will make AI and automation real inside our group — not as a research exercise, but as a practical tool that saves time, reduces errors, and supports better decisions.
The role
This is a hands-on implementation role. You'll work across all our entities, spend time with teams on the ground, identify opportunities, build solutions, measure impact, and move to the next problem.
What you'll work with
▸ Microsoft M365, Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint
▸ AI tools applied to real business problems: Claude, ChatGPT, and equivalents
▸ Pragmatic, use-case driven implementation — no gold-plating, no tool proliferation
What we're looking for
✅ Evidence you've built or automated something using AI or technology — professional, freelance, or personal projects all count
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
✅ Ability to map a business process end-to-end and translate it into a scoped build
✅ Fluent English — French or Portuguese is a strong plus
✅ Bias toward action, strong ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
💡 A degree is not required. What matters is what you've built.
What success looks like
By month 3 → Process audit complete, roadmap ready, 2 automations live with documented results
By month 6 → 5+ implementations with tracked ROI, cross-entity workflows automated, teams coming to you with ideas
What we offer
▸ Real mandate with group-wide visibility from day one
▸ Exposure to international markets and multi-sector operations
▸ Fast-moving environment where your work will be visible and credited
▸ Competitive compensation
How to apply
Send your CV + a short note (max. half a page) describing one thing you automated or improved using AI or technology: what the problem was, what you built, and what the result was.
📩 careers@jetaholding.com
⚠️ Applications without this note will not be reviewed.
