Fundraise Up

About Fundraise Up
We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
A Truly Global Product
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
The Team
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset.
About The Role
Fundraise Up is building high-trust donation and fundraising experiences that help nonprofits grow their impact. We are looking for a UX Researcher to strengthen how UX research informs product decisions across the company.
You will focus on two areas: leading complex, ambiguous, high-impact UX research that informs product strategy, and building a scalable UX Research practice within the Design team. Designers will run simpler studies independently, while you provide the process, coaching, quality guardrails, and support that make research a consistent habit.
You will be the dedicated UX Research expert within the Research Team, working alongside Product and Marketing Researchers who will support you across your projects. You will bring deep UX Research expertise while collaborating closely with the wider Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
What You'll Do
• Act as an active UX Research evangelist and change agent: proactively identify opportunities, coach and challenge colleagues, launch new initiatives.
• Own and grow the UX Research practice: build a pragmatic research process for Design team, enable designers to run appropriate research independently, and create clear quality guardrails without becoming a bottleneck.
• Lead high-impact research from the quarterly plan and run it end-to-end: intake brief → write methodology → conduct research → analyze → synthesize → present → push actions.
• Choose the right method: interviews, usability tests, concept tests, surveys, desk research, competitive scans or others — based on uncertainty level, business goals, and timeline.
• Run your work independently: access to tools/data, participant scheduling and confirmations, session logistics, note-taking, and documentation — no hand-holding.
• Work closely with Product Analytics to connect quantitative and qualitative evidence. We work together and show a product manager a full picture of user behavior.
• Experiment with new approaches and tools, from moderated and unmoderated testing to emerging AI-enabled methods such as synthetic users, where they can add real value.
• Be the user's best friend: ensure user needs and constraints are represented in product decisions – not just opinions.
Requirements
• Proven experience running research end-to-end with high ownership.
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
• Fluent English — all participants are English-speaking; you moderate and present in English.
• Regularly collect input from Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics and turn it into testable research questions.
• High research quality bar: correct research methods, structured methodology, predictable timelines, ethical practice.
• Use recruiting platforms and handle logistics yourself: access, scheduling, confirmations, tool setup, etc.
• Use AI tools to speed up ops and synthesis (guides, notes, tagging/themes, survey drafts, summaries) while keeping human judgment and methodological rigor where it matters.
• Be the team’s source of new knowledge: run a “research radar” across internal learnings, market/competitor moves, and high-signal UX/product sources, then share regular updates so the team stays current and avoids blind spots.
• At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work. We will not teach you how to use AI, but we will give you everything you need, like unlimited Claude and support from AI-experienced colleagues.
• Bring exceptional empathy and care for people: our users are nonprofits and donors—people doing good in the world—so you approach participants with respect, sensitivity, and high ethical standards.
Strong plus
• NN/g certifications.
• Academic/scientific research background (graduate/PhD track).
• PostHog / Tableau (or similar analytics tools).
• Productboard (or other insights repository tools).
• Mentoring/teaching (workshops, onboarding, sharing research craft).
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool — not an experimental one
We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Why work with us
• A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds
• Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders
• Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people
• Transparent company culture-we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next
• Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution
Compensation
• The compensation range for this role is €3,300 - €4,300 gross.
• Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Benefits
• 31 days off
• 100% paid telemedicine plan
• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
• English learning courses
• Relevant professional education
• Gym or swimming pool
• Co-working
• Remote working
• Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain. Exercise caution and ensure the authenticity of emails claiming to be from our company.

Senior Enterprise Account Executive - New Business
JetBrains
📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Are you an enterprise sales professional who treats business development as a craft, not just a numbers game? Do you want to move past transactional, inbound-dependent selling to open major accounts from scratch, taking full ownership of the sales narrative for an early-stage product where technical credibility and strategic context matter?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise software sales requires deep technical curiosity and real ownership, especially when introducing a completely new product category. AppGlass is our new AI-powered production debugging product designed to help engineering teams investigate complex issues directly within running applications. Because this is an early-stage product, we are building our enterprise pipeline from the ground up, moving past inherited inbound funnels to establish direct relationships with engineering leaders.
In this role, you will lead the full outbound enterprise sales execution for AppGlass across Europe. You will work independently to self-source opportunities, map complex organization structures, and gain access to senior technical decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with our Product Lead to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), funnel strategy, and product messaging based on real-world interactions. You will own the entire commercial relationship – from initial discovery through security, procurement, and contract execution – directly influencing how our product scales in the global enterprise market.
Day To Day, You Will
• Identify and reach relevant engineering decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
• Source your own sales pipeline through professional networking, targeted outreach, referrals, and industry events.
• Lead comprehensive discovery sessions and commercial conversations with technical champions and economic buyers.
• Drive enterprise pilot programs forward, ensuring clear alignment between user feedback and commercial goals.
• Navigate complex security reviews, legal negotiations, procurement cycles, and vendor onboarding processes.
• Negotiate and finalize B2B commercial agreements to secure new enterprise customers.
• Deliver structured feedback from prospects to product teams to help continuously refine positioning and features.
What You’ll Bring
• A problem-solving mindset that enjoys turning early-stage product complexity into clear, structured business value.
• The autonomy to drive enterprise deals independently and take full accountability for the revenue outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical engineering concepts intelligently with developers and financial realities with executives.
• A commitment to building long-term trust with clients over securing quick, transactional wins.
• Resilience and adaptability when navigating the ambiguous, evolving landscape of a new product launch.
What You’ll Need
• A proven track record of closing enterprise B2B sales for highly technical products, such as developer tools, observability, infrastructure, cloud, or security software.
• The demonstrated capability to open major enterprise accounts from zero without relying on pre-existing inbound leads.
• An established professional network among engineering leaders and senior technology executives.
• Hands-on experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, legal frameworks, compliance hurdles, and information security evaluations.
• Strong command of strategic outbound pipeline generation methodologies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for daily collaboration across international teams and client organizations.
What Success Looks Like
Success means establishing predictable, scalable enterprise sales for AppGlass. You will earn the trust of the team by consistently securing qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers and turning raw outreach into active, progressing pilot programs. You win when you navigate complex security and procurement hurdles smoothly, converting early-stage pilots into stable, long-term paid commercial agreements that validate our market positioning and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Senior Fullstack Engineer
Fundraise Up

💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Highlights:
Location: Remote (CET hours preferred)
Language: Russian-speaking team
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
The Team
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
About The Role
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be a key contributor to our core product, building and scaling features that are central to the donation experience for millions of users. You'll leverage your expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript to develop complex components—from dynamic donation widgets to data-driven admin dashboards—with a relentless focus on code quality, scalability, and user experience.
This is an ideal opportunity if you love solving real-world problems at scale and want to grow within a mission-driven, high-impact engineering culture.
What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain resilient frontend and backend features using React and Node.js.
• Develop our core products, including donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner portals.
• Architect and develop system components that scale across millions of monthly transactions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly testable code.
• Drive architecture and technical design discussions to find elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Mentor peers by conducting thoughtful code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Partner with product managers and designers to clarify requirements and shape the roadmap.
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Requirements
• 7+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (event loop, closures, promises, prototypes).
• Expert-level proficiency with React and its ecosystem (familiarity with Vue is a plus).
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js (experience with Koa or NestJS is highly preferred).
• Experience with Webpack configuration, performance optimization, and profiling.
• A keen eye for detail and a high sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
Bonus points
• Curiosity and a hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
Why work with us
• A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds.

• Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people.
• Transparent company culture-we share how we’re growing, where revenue comes from, and what’s next.

• Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.

ensure high availability, reliability, and security. We focus on delivering robust DNS services,
including authoritative DNS servers, DNS APIs, DNSSEC, and DNS failover mechanisms,
seamlessly integrated with our advanced Traffic Management System. Our goal is to provide
scalable and efficient DNS solutions that empower businesses to manage their traffic with ease
and confidence.
What You Will Do:
As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team focused on innovation and
excellence. Your role will be pivotal in developing and maintaining our Traffic Management
System, which steers client traffic for performance, availability, and resilience
About the role:
• Design, build, and maintain the Traffic Management System API (a Go service) to manage routing and traffic-steering configuration across our global edge fleet.
• Develop the agent that renders and applies routing configuration on edge nodes, reliably driving desired state from the API out to the edge.
• Build and extend BGP and Anycast routing capabilities, including config rendering, peer-group and route-map support, and prefix filtering, as we consolidate edge routing onto a single control plane.
• Develop and maintain automated failover and high-availability solutions, including non-stop maintenance mode and capacity- and health-aware traffic offloading from saturated points of presence.
• Strengthen reliability through strong test coverage (config rendering and end-to-end pipeline tests), metrics, and observability across the routing pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, reliability, and resiliency.
Qualifications
Required qualifications & skills:
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years' experience with Go.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, owning work end-to-end and communicating proactively.
• Comfort with working in Linux environments.
• Background in DevOps practices, with a focus on infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with service-level indicators (SLIs), objectives (SLOs), and agreements (SLAs) and their application in maintaining system reliability.
• Proven experience in incident management, including handling and resolving production issues effectively.
Nice to have qualifications & skills:
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) and agentic workflows for automation or ops tasks.
• Familiarity with the DNS protocol and experience with DNS server implementations.
• Solid knowledge and experience with network protocols such as BGP, and TCP/IP.

Product Engineer
Boltzmann Research
📍 Limassol

Описание вакансии
At Boltzmann Research, we're building quantitative risk and trading technology for the global FX and CFD industry.
Founded in 2023, we now work with some of the largest names in the sector. Our technology combines quantitative research, market expertise, data engineering and machine learning to help brokers and proprietary trading firms make better-informed, time-sensitive risk decisions. Together, our products give trading and risk teams the visibility and control they need to act with confidence.
We're a team of engineers, quantitative researchers, trading specialists and commercial operators, and we're hiring our next Enterprise Account Executive to join our go-to-market team in Limassol. The role suits someone who has thrived inside an early-stage, high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech or AI company, ideally with a network in FX/CFD, and who brings the autonomy and commercial judgement to help shape how we sell.
The role:
You'll be early enough to shape the platform's next stage, not simply work through a finished roadmap.
• Own the product end to end. Take responsibility for its codebase, architecture, cloud environments, releases, production health and technical roadmap.
• Build across the stack. Develop Python services, analytics and data pipelines alongside Node.js/TypeScript APIs and application services.
• Partner closely with design and domain experts. Work with UX and Product Designers, trading and risk specialists, and the Technology Lead to turn user workflows into clear, testable product increments.
• Operate what you build. Run the platform on AWS or GCP, improving observability, cost control, incident response and release safety.
• Raise the engineering baseline through automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, runbooks, security and traceability.
We're looking for someone who...
• Has owned production software across architecture, releases, monitoring, incidents and iteration.
• Has strong Python experience and practical experience building services or APIs with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Has operated systems on AWS or GCP and is comfortable with SQL, APIs, Docker, Git, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Understands observability, performance and reliability, uses sound product judgement and responds calmly when production systems fail.
• Communicates concisely, clarifies incomplete requirements, handles sensitive data responsibly and documents decisions so others can act on them.
• Experience with trading or fintech, time-series or streaming data, modern front-end frameworks, or infrastructure as code is useful, but not essential.
Why Boltzmann Research:
You will own a business-critical product at the intersection of software, market data and real-time operations. You will work directly with UX and Product Designers, trading and risk specialists, and our Technology Lead.
We offer competitive compensation, hybrid working from Limassol, private health insurance, provident-fund contributions, professional development and meaningful autonomy. If this sounds like the seat you have been waiting for, we would love to hear from you.
