- Conducting workshops and interviews with business, product, operations, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
- Clarifying business rules, product logic, process flows, roles, exceptions and integration requirements.
- Identifying gaps, ambiguities, dependencies and inconsistencies in the existing process maps.
- Developing detailed functional and system requirements for multiple Islamic banking products.
- Preparing functional specifications, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Describing AS-IS and TO-BE processes where required.
- Defining data requirements, validations, calculations, statuses, workflows and exception scenarios.
- Documenting integration requirements involving Way4, Colvir and other relevant systems.
