Product Analyst

Wrike

📍 Cyprus, Nicosia
🏢 2700 Product Analytics
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

ou'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.

This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next — turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Our Work Style:

• Tech Stack: SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
• Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days in-office

Your Impact:

• Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities
Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Assess and Measure Product Impact
Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.

• Run Experiments and Product Research
Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.

• Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.

• Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.

• Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.

• Use AI to Work Smarter
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
• Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
• Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
• Upper-Intermediate or better English

Standout Qualities:

• Python skills for data analysis
• Experience with Amplitude
• Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference
• Experience with product discovery or opportunity assessment
• Experience building AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.

Team Dynamics:

You'll join a team of experienced Product Analysts working closely with Product and R&D teams. We use data not only to measure what happened, but to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and help teams make better product decisions.

We value curiosity, analytical rigor, ownership, business thinking, and collaboration, while continuously looking for ways to make analytics more scalable through reusable approaches, automation, and AI.

What’s Next?

• Exploratory call with recruiter
• Home task assignment
• Technical Interview
• Culture Interview

If you're passionate about understanding how and why customers use products and want your analysis to influence real product decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Perks & Benefits:

• 25 calendar days of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
• Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
• Hybrid Working Model
• School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
• Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
• Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursday

Your recruitment buddy will be Alexandra Vorobyova, Lead Recruiter.

Senior AI QA Test Automation Engineer – CX Agent

XM

📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

The Role:

We're seeking a Senior AI QA Test Automation Engineer to take a leading technical role in AI quality and test automation. You will work primarily with our AWS Bedrock AgentCore-based CX Agent Suite, a multi-agent customer-support system covering intent routing, FAQs, deposit-status queries, and human handoff. You will design and build the evaluation and QA tooling required to validate AI agents reliably, while also contributing to technical standards and best practices across QA.

This is a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) role with a strong technical and strategic focus. You'll work closely with QA leadership, Data Science, and Engineering to architect scalable AI evaluation systems, establish technical standards, and drive the evolution of our AI evaluation framework. Our current evaluation harness is based on DeepEval and is evolving towards a broader agentic evaluation architecture. You will have the opportunity to evaluate and prototype emerging agent-orchestration approaches, including Strands Agents, and contribute to architectural decisions around their adoption.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Act as the primary technical enabler for QA, building scalable AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tooling for the CX Agent Suite and beyond
• Design and build AI evaluation pipelines that assess the CX Agent Suite's multi-agent responses (Intent Detector, FAQ Agent, Missing-Deposits Agent) for accuracy, relevance, tone, hallucination rate, safety/guardrail compliance, and task completion — extending or replacing the current DeepEval-based evaluation harness
• Evaluate and prototype Strands Agents (or comparable agent-orchestration frameworks) for building self-evolving, autonomous QA agents, and drive the go/no-go decision on adoption
• Collaborate with QA, Data Science, and Engineering to integrate AI-driven testing into the existing GitLab CI/CD pipeline (dev → test → staging → prod), alongside Terraform-provisioned, EKS/AgentCore-hosted services
• Build resilient and adaptive automation that can detect and respond to changes in agent behavior, Bedrock Guardrails configuration, and routing logic
• Develop data-driven quality analytics, including root-cause analysis, quality trends, and intelligent test prioritization, leveraging existing observability and evaluation data from OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray traces, and LangFuse offline evaluation runs
• Lead research into emerging AI testing methodologies and mentor engineers through code reviews, workshops, and architectural guidance

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in QA/Test Automation, with strong experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
• 1+ years of experience applying AI/ML in software testing or QA process improvement, with a proven track record of bringing AI/ML solutions into production workflows
• Strong Python skills, with experience working in Python/AWS-centric technology environments; Java and/or TypeScript is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation techniques, including LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop evaluation, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Practical experience with DeepEval or comparable evaluation frameworks, along with familiarity with agent-orchestration SDKs such as Strands Agents
• Knowledge of LLM tooling, vector databases, and MLOps pipelines
• Experience integrating AI tooling into enterprise CI/CD environments, particularly GitLab, and working with containerized cloud-native environments such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS
• Strong communicator, able to influence technical decisions and drive engineering standards across teams

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with autonomous QA agents or agentic orchestration frameworks for self-evolving test suites
• Experience with LLM observability tools such as LangFuse, LangSmith, or Arize, particularly for measuring probabilistic and adversarial robustness
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias detection for guardrail and model validation
• Experience with gRPC, WebSockets, and/or HTTP/2
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, plus familiarity with GCP Vertex AI and/or Azure AI

Benefit from:

• Attractive remuneration package
• Intellectually stimulating work environment
• Continuous personal development and international training opportunities

Sr. Creative Designer (Performance Marketing) - Static & Motion

Kraken

📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

Building the Future of Open Finance

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.

The team

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, static and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.

The opportunity

As our Senior Performance Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Paid static is the center of the role, but we're hiring a hybrid rather than a specialist: this means you also ideate and create performance video and treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.

You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and automation leadership: you set the bar for paid static on the team, work with AI enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with performance creative questions.

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
• Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform's specs and native feel.
• Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets, from 9:16 sound-on to static-adjacent 1:1 and 4:5.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn't.
• Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
• Version and localize at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you'll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
• Build creative that's designed to be tested. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
• Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
• Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
• A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Paid static above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
• Layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at thumbnail size, in feed, and in multiple languages.
• Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
• Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
• High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
• Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You're fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
• Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic timing and an instinct for what's about to feel dated.
• Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
• Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with layouts that survive risk warnings and market-specific requirements.
• A solid copywriting instinct. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
• Figma and Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) as well as strong genAI skills
• Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others.

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

AI Product and Game Technology Lead

Emerald Zebra Recruitment & Executive Search

📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid

Описание вакансии

Cyprus | Hybrid / Flexible

AI Product & Game Technology Lead, Limassol, Cyprus.

Applied AI / Full-Stack / Founding Engineer

Build the technology behind a new generation of leadership simulation games.

Our client is developing an AI-native behavioural intelligence platform delivered through in-person, multi-participant simulation games. The experience combines live human interaction with voice capture, conversational AI, multi-agent AI and behavioural analytics to reveal how people actually lead, collaborate, negotiate and make decisions in complex situations.

The games are played in person by leadership teams, with technology providing each participant with their role, traits, objectives and instructions, together with an embedded AI Oracle that acts as a private strategic sounding board throughout the experience.

The company is now building the technology platform that will allow multiple games to be developed, delivered and ultimately licensed to organisations and consultants internationally.

The role

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on technology professional to help turn the existing game concept into a fully functioning product.

You will work directly with the founders and creative team, building and integrating the technology across:

• Mobile-first player experiences
• AI Oracles and AI game characters
• LLMs, conversational and agentic AI
• Voice capture, speech-to-text and speaker identification
• Player and AI interaction data
• AI-driven behavioural analysis
• Individual and collective reporting
• Game configuration and deployment
• The underlying platform for future games

This is not an infrastructure role or a traditional CTO position. We are looking for a builder who enjoys prototyping, testing, problem-solving and getting technology into the hands of real users.

About you

You may be an AI Product Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Founding Engineer, Technical Product Builder or Technical Lead with experience taking technology from concept to functioning product.

You should be comfortable working hands-on with modern AI technologies and APIs and have strong product instincts.

Experience with voice/audio AI, conversational AI, behavioural analytics, gaming, simulations, learning & development or assessment technology would be highly relevant.

Most importantly, you enjoy solving problems where the answer doesn't already exist.

The opportunity

This is an early-stage opportunity to help shape a product at the intersection of AI, technology, behavioural science, leadership and game design, with Cyprus as the base for its technology and creative development.

If you want to build something genuinely new rather than manage someone else's technology, we'd like to hear from you.

Senior Software Engineer, Frontend - Azul Intelligence Cloud

Azul

📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

Millions of Java developers and the world's top businesses trust Azul to power their applications.

Azul continues to grow, and we are actively looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to work with us on developing Azul Intelligence Cloud.

This SaaS product connects millions of JVM runtimes, collects and aggregates detailed information, analyzes code use, detects vulnerabilities, and provides code inventory.

We are distributed across the world and offer the flexibility of working from home, as well as the structure of an office environment that focuses on employee wellness and opportunities for professional growth.

Join our team and work alongside Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and QA to build and evolve the web experience of our SaaS platform.

In this role, you'll focus on frontend architecture, design, and hands-on development — implementing new features, improving existing functionality, fixing issues, and participating in reviews and technical discussions. You'll work mostly with React and TypeScript, integrating with our Java-based backend services and owning the Node.js / Fastify BFF layer, working with async processing, and building the data-heavy reporting views that make large-scale analysis usable. The backend services are built in Java by other teams — you won't be developing the Java backend yourself; the server-side code you own is the BFF.

Responsibilities

•
Develop high-quality features and improvements in React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on maintainability and readability.
•
Own features end-to-end across the UI, the BFF, and the async jobs that feed them, integrating with the Java backend services that provide the data.
•
Integrate the UI with backend services, consuming and helping shape their APIs.
•
Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decisions on UI architecture, state boundaries, and API contracts.
•
Build and maintain BFF endpoints (Node.js / Fastify) where UI-specific data shaping is needed.
•
Design async flows for long-running analyses (BullMQ) — retry-safe, idempotent jobs whose status is clearly reflected in the UI.
•
Make data-heavy reporting views fast and reliable through virtualization, pagination, and pushing heavy aggregation to the backend when appropriate.
•
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI / Claude Code, AI coding assistants) to work efficiently, and apply good judgment about where they help and where they don't.
•
Evaluate trade-offs between solutions while keeping simplicity, cost, stability, and performance in mind.
•
Collaborate closely with the team to break down work, estimate tasks, and deliver incrementally.
•
Collaborate with backend, product, and data teams to ensure smooth integration of features and shared services.
•
Engage actively in code reviews, sharing feedback and ensuring high-quality standards across the team.
•
Keep up with industry trends and suggest practical improvements that fit our context.

Qualifications

•
7+ years of hands-on frontend development experience, with strong React and TypeScript.
•
Experience owning frontend features end-to-end in a production product, with clear separation of concerns and safe typing across API boundaries.
•
Solid understanding of frontend performance and scalability — re-render costs, virtualization, pagination, and progressive loading.
•
Comfortable working across the frontend/backend boundary — integrating with backend services and designing API contracts.
•
Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude CLI / Claude Code, AI coding assistants) as part of day-to-day development. You should be able to decompose complex engineering tasks, provide effective context and instructions, supervise multi-step agent workflows, critically review generated code, and take full ownership of its correctness, security, testing, and maintainability.
•
Experience with Vite (build configuration, code-splitting, developer experience) is a plus.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and any frameworks (Express/Fastify).
•
Familiarity with async/queue-based workflows, ideally BullMQ (idempotent jobs, retries/DLQ, status-driven UI), is a plus.
•
Experience with analytical/columnar data, ideally DuckDB, and building data-heavy reporting UIs is a plus.
•
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) is a plus.
•
Basic understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus.
•
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills; comfortable reading and improving existing codebases.
•
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
•
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

What We Offer

•
Referral Program – help us grow with great people.
•
Premium IT Equipment – MacBook Pro or hardware of your choice.
•
Excellent work-life balance, flexible hours, full remote possible.
•
Competitive compensation and benefits package
•
Work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

AI Platform Engineer, Enablement and Governance Operations

Kraken

📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 On-site

Enterprise Transformation owns Kraken's internal AI platform. AI tooling is deployed at scale across the org. Tiered spend controls are live, a governed integration gateway is in production, and a system inventory is being built against real regulatory obligations. The next constraint is not access. It's capability. The frontier moves every few weeks, and most of what arrives is a protocol, API, or primitive that someone has to turn into something the rest of the company can safely use.

The opportunity

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook. Identify capability gaps between what's possible and what the organization can safely use, then close them by evaluating vendors or building internally.
• Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface. You'll handle connector onboarding, authentication flows including OAuth and federated identity, reliability, and vendor escalation when things break.
• Build internal tooling that extends the platform. Think agent scaffolding, reusable skills and prompt assets, evaluation harnesses for model changes, provisioning automation, and integrations between AI tooling and your systems of record.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate. Set caps by role and tier, build alerting rules, manage exception queues, run monthly reconciliation against vendor commitments, and eliminate the current single author risk in cap automation.
• Implement the technical controls behind policy on data handling, retention, and model eligibility. This means identity integration, SSO and SCIM, entitlement by role and tier, and workspace configuration where retention terms differ by model class.
• Work directly with teams to unblock them. Sit with them, understand the workflow, build or configure the thing that enables them to get real leverage from the tools.
• Run technical enablement. Deep dives for tool rollouts, office hours for model releases, and authority over the engineering detail in knowledge base material.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end. Model turn ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning queue, vendor configurations, and seat true ups.

What You Bring

• Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software, not just configure vendor products. Python or a comparable language should be natural to you. Version control, CI, containers, and secrets management are everyday tools.
• Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs with working familiarity of agent and tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool calling architectures.
• Working knowledge of identity and access. Okta or an equivalent IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity are things you've worked with.
• Operational discipline. You understand intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and the instinct to document a fix the first time you make it.
• Genuine teaching ability. You can explain a technical capability three different ways on the same day to compliance, traders, and backend engineers.
• Clear written communication for technical documentation, runbooks, and policy pages.
• Judgment about what to build. You can tell the difference between a capability the organization actually needs and a demo that will be abandoned in a month.

Nice to haves

• Experience standing up an internal developer or AI platform, including the self service and guardrail layers.
• Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practice.
• Experience with low code or workflow automation platforms.
• Atlassian administration depth in Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
• Familiarity with regulated industry audit and evidence work in financial services.

Our commitment

Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide. We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Senior AI Engineer to lead our Marketing Platform team.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a dedicated team of AI engineers, owning technical direction, code quality, sprint delivery and the growth of each engineer.
• Take accountability for smooth delivery of the platform, planning releases and integrating new capabilities into the live product without disrupting existing users.

• Lead the development of multilingual AI capabilities, covering model selection, adaptation, quality evaluation and production serving.
• Architect and evolve the platform’s data and state layer to support reliable workflow execution, asynchronous processing and semantic retrieval at scale.
• Establish the evaluation and guardrail practice for generated content: evaluation sets, output validation and quality thresholds that gate a release rather than describe it afterwards.
• Set the engineering standards the team works to, including prompt versioning, observability, runbooks and the review culture that keeps a fast-moving product safe to change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English, with the confidence to present trade-offs and delivery risk to senior stakeholders.
• A track record of shipping incremental features into a live product without regression.

Nice to have:

• Experience with content generation, marketing technology or creative production platforms.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex) or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Familiarity with multilingual NLP or machine translation, and with evaluating language quality beyond automated metrics.

• Monthly Wolt Vouchers
• Monthly meals & treats at the office
• Participation in company's Group Discount Scheme

DevOps Engineer

GlobalDots

📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

About GlobalDots

GlobalDots has spent more than 20 years helping companies adopt cloud, security, performance, and DevOps technologies. We work with over 1000 businesses, among them Lufthansa, Playtika, and Payoneer, and we resell and integrate a portfolio of 100+ vendors. We are an AWS partner, Cloudflare’s 2025 EMEA Growth Partner of the Year, and an Anthropic partner and reseller.

The role

• You will build and run infrastructure for our clients, hands-on. You write the Terraform, apply it, and own the result, sometimes on high-load production systems. The work varies: an EKS platform build for one client, a Terraform and GitOps cleanup for another, a CI/CD migration or a cost reduction for a third. Most of it runs on AWS, which is where we want your deepest experience. You may also work in Azure, GCP, or on-prem environments, so you should be comfortable operating outside AWS when needed.
• Cloudflare is an important part of the GlobalDots portfolio, and our DevOps work includes it when the design calls for it: DNS and WAF in front of a new platform, Zero Trust or Tunnels for access, Workers or R2 where they fit. You should be comfortable picking those up alongside the infrastructure work.
• We expect you to work with AI coding agents as a normal part of the day: reading an unfamiliar codebase, writing Terraform, debugging a failing pipeline, drafting a runbook. Because of the Anthropic partnership, Claude Code is our default and the tool we know best, and we provide the licenses; experience with Codex, Cursor, or similar counts too. AI tooling is used within each customer’s security and data-handling requirements. You stay responsible for what ships. AI output gets reviewed and tested like anything else.
• The line between infrastructure and application code is thin for us. You should be comfortable going into a client’s service to add proper logging, metrics, and tracing, sitting with their developers to debug a production issue, or building an SRE agent that helps a team through incidents.
• A lot of the job is talking to people. You will work directly with different customers, each with its own team, habits, and constraints. GlobalDots also works with many vendors and has several departments, and they periodically bring a DevOps engineer into pre-sales calls or a deeper technical discussion with a prospect. Expect to join those as the infrastructure voice in a cross-functional team.

What you will do

• Design and build AWS environments with Terraform (Terragrunt is common in our repos): accounts, networking, IAM, EKS, data stores.
• Run Kubernetes in production: upgrades, networking, ingress, secrets, workload hardening.
• Get scaling right at every layer: HPA and VPA, KEDA for event-driven workloads, Karpenter or Cluster Autoscaler for nodes, and queue-based or serverless designs where a cluster is the wrong answer.
• Run GPU workloads properly: node pools and drivers, scheduling and sharing, and the cost side of keeping expensive hardware busy.
• Set up GitOps and CI/CD, usually ArgoCD or Flux with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, and move clients off older pipelines.
• Put observability in place and use it to resolve real incidents. The stack depends on the client: Prometheus and Grafana with Loki or Tempo, OpenTelemetry, ELK or OpenSearch, Datadog, and plenty of others. You will not know all of them, and that is fine, as long as you can learn a new one quickly.
• Treat FinOps as an ongoing part of every engagement: right-size, pick the right pricing model, and leave the client with the visibility to keep spend under control.
• Talk to clients directly on Slack and calls, write short documentation, and leave clear runbooks and maintainable systems the client can operate with confidence.
• Join pre-sales and scoping calls with our sales, security, and vendor teams when they need someone to go deep on infrastructure.

Requirements

• Several years running production systems on AWS. You know VPC networking, IAM, and high availability patterns well enough to design them from scratch.
• Strong Terraform.
• Production Kubernetes experience, ideally on EKS, including autoscaling and at least some exposure to GPU workloads.
• Working knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux) and at least one CI system.
• Observability: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and the habit of reading them under pressure.
• Solid Linux and Bash, plus Python or Go for anything longer than a script.
• Daily use of an AI coding agent, ideally Claude Code. You can walk us through concrete examples of what you have built or fixed with one.
• English good enough to run a client call and write documentation the client keeps.
• Proactive by default. You notice what is broken or slow and fix it or raise it without waiting to be asked.
• Self-sufficient. You are comfortable owning a DevOps workstream on your own, from scoping through delivery and support. On other engagements, you join the client’s existing DevOps team and follow their process and conventions. You need to be at ease in both modes.
• You enjoy working with different customers and explaining technical decisions to people who are not engineers.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Cloudflare: WAF rules, Zero Trust and Access, Tunnels, Workers, the Terraform provider.
• Azure or GCP in production.
• Agents, MCP servers, or other automation you have built on top of LLMs, Claude models in particular, especially anything used for incident response or on-call.
• AWS or CKA/CKS certifications. Useful, not required.
• On-prem experience (Ansible, bare-metal Kubernetes).

How we work

• No formal on-call rotation. Occasional urgent production work happens, and we compensate or offset it.
• Flexible hours. You arrange your working day yourself around customer meetings.
• Certifications (AWS, GCP, HashiCorp, Kubernetes) at company expense.
• Equipment of your choice.
• Company-funded conferences and training.

Fit

If you know the AI tools well but have not run AWS and Kubernetes in production, this is not the right role. The reverse also applies: deep infra experience without any habit of working with AI agents will be a hard adjustment here. The same goes for engineers who prefer to receive tickets and work alone; here the customer contact is part of the job.

Interim CTO / VP Engineering (remote from EU)

SIROC

📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified

Описание вакансии

IMPORTANT: This is a remote job position for someone located in the European Economic Zone. All applicants from outside this area will be discarded.

SIROC embeds senior technical leadership inside companies where engineering execution needs to improve, and someone needs to own making that happen.

This is not one job; it's a rotation. In one engagement, you might be interim CTO for an early-stage company finding its footing. In the next, you're VP Engineering inside a mid-market or PE-backed company, restructuring how they ship. In between, you might be building something hard with our own engineers. Then back again.

What stays constant: you're the person in the room who understands both the technology and the people, and who's willing to say the uncomfortable thing when the comfortable answer would be easier. Our clients pay us for outcomes, not reassurance, and the deliverable of your work is a team that no longer needs you.

Who we think you are

Your story probably looks something like this.

You started as an engineer and grew into technical leadership by building real things and living with the consequences of your decisions. You chose architectures, hired engineers, shaped teams, and developed strong opinions about quality, ownership, and how software organizations should work.

You made calls with real money attached: build vs. buy, who to hire, who to let go, what to cut when the runway got short, and where technical debt was worth accepting. And you were still there when the results came in.

Maybe you carried the CTO title. Maybe you were VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or employee #5 and never had the title at all. We care much more about the journey than the business card.

What we care about is what that journey taught you. And you came out of it with two things that are hard to fake.

• First: deep technology and deep people-sense. Many engineering problems in stuck companies are human problems wearing a technical costume, and you can tell the difference.
• Second: you can challenge a founder, an executive team, or a board and still be trusted afterward. Not because you avoid difficult conversations, but because you've earned credibility by doing the work. You prove points by shipping, not by deck.

Who This Is NOT For

If you've spent the last few years operating several layers away from the code, managing large organizations, and leading mostly through delegation, this probably isn't your role. We're looking for someone who can still go deep, make decisions firsthand, and demonstrate what good looks like when needed.

What You'll Actually Do

• Embed into client organizations as interim CTO or VP Engineering and own the outcome, not just the advice.
• Own architecture decisions and their trade-offs, and be accountable when they meet reality.
• Hire, restructure, and mentor client engineering teams; build a culture of accountability that survives your departure.
• Make build/buy/kill decisions with real economic reasoning, and defend them to founders and boards.
• Ship code yourself when that's what moves things forward. This is situational hands-on leadership, not an IC role.
• Diagnose when a technical problem is actually an organizational, communication, or leadership problem.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices into teams that haven't adopted them yet.
• Have difficult conversations early, while the problems are still cheap enough to fix.
• Hand over a self-sufficient organization and move to the next engagement: we leave clients independent, not hooked.

What we're looking for

• Deep software engineering fundamentals across the stack. You can go from a board conversation to a pull request in the same afternoon.
• Strong practical understanding of backend systems, data, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment practices. You don't need to be the deepest specialist in every area, but you should be comfortable reasoning about systems built with things like PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, queues, APIs, and cloud services.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted and agentic software development. You actively use AI-assisted and agentic development workflows and have strong, experience-based opinions about where they improve engineering performance and where they don't.
• Fluent English is a hard requirement, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and key client moments. We work remote-first, but some trust is built faster in person.

What success looks like

• In the first weeks, you understand the real constraints, establish a plan, and build enough trust to start making decisions.
• Within months, engineering has clearer ownership, technical priorities match the needs of the business, and the team is shipping with greater pace and predictability.
• By the end of the engagement, the organization has the leadership, structure, and technical foundations to keep moving without you.

Why this role is different

A traditional CTO/VP Engineering role gives you one company, one context, and one long arc. Here, you get the most challenging part of that job repeatedly: entering situations where technology and teams need to evolve, understanding what is really holding the company back, fixing it, and leaving it stronger than you found it.

You also won't be doing it alone. When an engagement needs more than leadership, you have SIROC's senior product, design, and engineering team behind you to help turn decisions into shipped outcomes.

Our Offer

• Fully remote position in a fully distributed team, based anywhere in the European Economic Area.
• Flexible schedule (you define when you want to work).
• A competitive salary based on your experience and impact.
• A brand-new MacBook Pro (or equivalent) as your working laptop.

Senior Frontend Engineer

Acclaim AI

📍 Limassol
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus

Описание вакансии

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend/full-stack product development, with 5+ years of React in production and strong senior-level expertise in TypeScript, including strict mode, React 19, and modern tooling such as Vite and monorepos.
• 2+ years of Node.js development on the server, with hands-on experience building and operating BFF or API gateway layers. Experience with NestJS is a strong plus; what matters most is understanding service aggregation, authentication, pagination, error contracts, and clear BFF boundaries.
• Strong production experience in microservice environments — ideally working with 10+ services and able to explain why a BFF exists, what it should own, and where its boundary sits. Experience limited to consuming a single monolithic API is not sufficient.
• Experience building complex, stateful UIs, such as graph/canvas editors or collaborative interfaces, including patterns like undo/redo, optimistic updates, conflict handling, and other non-trivial state management.
• Strong frontend architecture and code organization skills — familiar with approaches such as FSD or modular/layered architectures, and comfortable working within an established team architecture rather than imposing a personal one.
• Strong product sense and autonomy — able to make reasonable UI and UX decisions from product context and an existing design system, without always relying on finished designs or dedicated product designers.
• Solid testing culture, with hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit/component tests with Vitest and end-to-end tests with Playwright as an integral part of development.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend/data tools, including React Query, Socket.io, Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar agentic coding tools. Comfortable understanding where AI agents add value and where they require human oversight, and working in development workflows where agent instructions and automated reviews are integrated into the repository/CI.

Nice to have

• Experience owning or maintaining a shared component library used by multiple product teams, or migrating a legacy UI to a new design system while continuing feature development.
• Experience with real-time collaboration technologies, such as Yjs, Automerge, or operational transforms.
• Experience with WebRTC or SIP in the browser, particularly for voice applications, audio review interfaces, waveforms, or transcript synchronization.
• Experience with Prisma or Kysely and hands-on PostgreSQL query optimization/work.
• Experience with Kubernetes/Helm and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry or Prometheus.
• Domain experience in voice AI, telephony, contact centers, conversational AI, or LLM-based products.

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve React interfaces for our AI agent platform, including conversation and prompt engineering tools, graph-based collaborative flow builders, agent configuration and testing interfaces, and call analytics dashboards, based on Figma designs.
• Own and develop the BFF layer on NestJS, aggregating REST microservices through typed clients generated from OpenAPI. Handle authentication, pagination, streaming, and error contracts to keep the frontend layer thin. Also contribute to backend development with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Drive the evolution and consistency of our frontend component ecosystem: consolidate legacy Ant Design components into our own design system built on Mantine, own the shared UI library and Storybook, and keep multiple product applications consistent.
• Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing, using Vitest for unit/component tests and Playwright for end-to-end and critical user-flow testing, including SDK functionality.
• Collaborate across teams and product v-teams on API contracts, SDK protocols, code reviews, bug fixes, QA support, and test scenarios, joining initiatives where frontend or platform expertise is needed.
• Partner with the documentation team to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides and practical code examples.

What we offer:

• The team has built award-winning AI products for tech corporations - devices, voice assistants, products that are actually in the world
• Cutting-edge tech stack: Speech Technologies, NLP, Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models), voice-first agentic architecture with privacy-first and on-premises deployment
• High engineering bar and real ownership - the team cares about what actually works in production, not what looks good in a demo, and you'll see the impact of your work directly
• Fast career progression - a senior-heavy team and a high volume of real problems means you grow faster than you would anywhere else
• Startup pace with enterprise stability - real clients, real revenue, no bureaucracy
• Fully remote across Europe
• 21 vacation days + public holidays + 5 sick days
• Private English lessons via Preply

Software Engineer in Test (Remote, Greece or Cyprus)

LearnWorlds

📍 Larnaca
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus

Описание вакансии

At LearnWorlds, we believe learning is the original human superpower, the force that turns knowledge into products, skills, and progress.

Our platform helps creators, educators, and organizations in more than 150 countries turn expertise into scalable learning experiences that sell, teach, and transform. As AI floods the world with information, learning becomes the only countermeasure, the skill that keeps humans creative, relevant, and in control.

The winners won't be those who automate fastest, but those who learn and adapt fastest. They'll need platforms that turn knowledge into teachable systems that scale, and that's exactly what LearnWorlds enables.

Build. Ship. Test. Improve. (Repeat.)

We're redefining how people create and share online learning and we're doing it with engineers who care deeply about product quality, clean architecture, and meaningful impact. We're a remote-first, fast-growing EdTech SaaS with a global footprint.

Our Engineering team builds the core experiences that thousands of educators and learners rely on daily. We move fast, we collaborate tightly, and we're constantly leveling up, both as individuals and as a team.

We're now looking for an experienced Software Engineer in Test to own automation outcomes for assigned product areas. You will build and maintain reliable Playwright and TypeScript automated tests using the Page Object Model (POM) pattern, and help teams decide what should be automated and what should stay manual or exploratory. You'll direct AI Agents daily to plan, generate, debug and maintain automation. It's how the work ships here, not a perk.

You'll join an established and fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring quality deliveries and exceptional experience to all our users.

If you're a engineer who loves solving real quality challenges, writing maintainable test code, directing AI agents with judgment, and building automation that teams actually trust, this is where you'll do your best work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own your product area. Join planning before the code exists, while scope, risk, data, and environments are still cheap to change
• Pick the right layer. API where it's enough, E2E where only a browser will do, smoke for release signal, the cheapest test that still catches the bug
• Build and evolve the framework. Page objects, flows, typed API clients, fixtures, code other engineers read and extend
• Work across Product and Engineering. Push for testability while the design is still open, and keep automation useful instead of noisy
• Design Phase. Formulate efficient and deterministic test scenarios and create comprehensive test strategy plans
• Own CI e2e. Fast, deterministic, diagnosable. Fix flakiness at the root cause; a rerun is not a fix
• Report coverage and risk honestly. What automation covers, what it doesn't, and what still needs manual or exploratory testing
• Report defects developers can act on. Identify, categorize, and report bugs and errors to development teams with insightful information (screenshots, traces, error messages, stack traces, etc.), separating product defects from automation defects, environment issues, and data problems
• Direct AI Agents, then own the output. Plan scope, generate tests, investigate failures and reject what's flaky, unasserted, or five times larger than the task
• Build the AI tooling layer. Reusable agent skills, subagent definitions, and the machine-readable convention rules everyone's tests get reviewed against locators, page-object structure, spec placement, test IDs, so generated tests are correct by default
• Shape the testing standards, don't just follow them

Why You'll Love This Role

• You'll work on real features used by thousands of educators and, most importantly, tens of millions of learners around the world
• You'll build and evolve test automation that scales with our growing platform and ensures quality at every release
• You'll be part of a tight-knit team where your ideas matter, and your work directly impacts product quality
• You'll grow fast—technically and professionally in a team that's generous with knowledge and big on collaboration
• You'll own meaningful product-area automation, not just isolated test cases, and help teams ship faster
• You'll work in an engineering culture that treats Agentic AI as a real skill: prompt, steer, review, and ship faster without lowering the bar for test quality

Requirements

Must-Haves

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance / Software Testing engineer, with strong automation ownership
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices
• Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation framework (or a comparable modern web automation framework) and Page Object Model (POM) design pattern
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Excellent analytical thinking to produce and document test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test strategy plans
• Comfortable at more than one layer, API, UI, cross-browser, responsive, and able to say which one a given risk belongs to
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
• Close attention to detail and a product-oriented mindset, automation is a tool for product confidence, not the goal by itself
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, coverage, gaps, and remaining risk
• Team player with the ability to get things done in a non-hierarchical flat organization
• Excellent prioritization, estimation, and scheduling skills
• Ability to learn the LearnWorlds platform quickly and connect automation decisions to real customer workflows
• Proven Agentic AI skills: you regularly use and improve AI agents to complete multi-step test engineering work—planning, generating, debugging, and maintaining automation
• Strong judgment over AI output: you review, steer, and reject generated tests that are flaky, insecure, poorly structured, or disconnected from real risk

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized test environments
• Experience in EdTech, LMS systems, payments, ecommerce, analytics, mobile, or other complex SaaS products
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with backend/API automation beyond UI flows
• GitHub repos, open-source contributions, or personal projects you're proud of

You'll Thrive Here If You...

• Prefer ownership over hand-holding and clarity over bureaucracy
• Think speed and quality can (and should) co-exist
• Ask "why" before "how," and make decisions with context, not just checklists
• Love clean code, good architecture, and continuous improvement
• Embrace feedback, stay curious, and enjoy sharing knowledge
• Treat AI agents as collaborators you direct with clear intent, not as a shortcut around engineering judgment
• Believe AI won't replace QA engineers—but engineers who work well with agents will outperform those who don't

Benefits

• Private life and health insurance plan
• Fully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per year
• Your personal annual training budget
• An annual home office allowance to set up your personal space
• Company laptop
• 23 days of paid time off
• 3 early summer Fridays in July and August
• Access to AI tools at work
• A free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own courses
• Company retreats & other onsite team activities (see the video of our latest retreat)
