Описание вакансии
At LearnWorlds, we believe learning is the original human superpower, the force that turns knowledge into products, skills, and progress.
Our platform helps creators, educators, and organizations in more than 150 countries turn expertise into scalable learning experiences that sell, teach, and transform. As AI floods the world with information, learning becomes the only countermeasure, the skill that keeps humans creative, relevant, and in control.
The winners won't be those who automate fastest, but those who learn and adapt fastest. They'll need platforms that turn knowledge into teachable systems that scale, and that's exactly what LearnWorlds enables.
Build. Ship. Test. Improve. (Repeat.)
We're redefining how people create and share online learning and we're doing it with engineers who care deeply about product quality, clean architecture, and meaningful impact. We're a remote-first, fast-growing EdTech SaaS with a global footprint.
Our Engineering team builds the core experiences that thousands of educators and learners rely on daily. We move fast, we collaborate tightly, and we're constantly leveling up, both as individuals and as a team.
We're now looking for an experienced Software Engineer in Test to own automation outcomes for assigned product areas. You will build and maintain reliable Playwright and TypeScript automated tests using the Page Object Model (POM) pattern, and help teams decide what should be automated and what should stay manual or exploratory. You'll direct AI Agents daily to plan, generate, debug and maintain automation. It's how the work ships here, not a perk.
You'll join an established and fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring quality deliveries and exceptional experience to all our users.
If you're a engineer who loves solving real quality challenges, writing maintainable test code, directing AI agents with judgment, and building automation that teams actually trust, this is where you'll do your best work.
What You'll Be Doing
• Own your product area. Join planning before the code exists, while scope, risk, data, and environments are still cheap to change
• Pick the right layer. API where it's enough, E2E where only a browser will do, smoke for release signal, the cheapest test that still catches the bug
• Build and evolve the framework. Page objects, flows, typed API clients, fixtures, code other engineers read and extend
• Work across Product and Engineering. Push for testability while the design is still open, and keep automation useful instead of noisy
• Design Phase. Formulate efficient and deterministic test scenarios and create comprehensive test strategy plans
• Own CI e2e. Fast, deterministic, diagnosable. Fix flakiness at the root cause; a rerun is not a fix
• Report coverage and risk honestly. What automation covers, what it doesn't, and what still needs manual or exploratory testing
• Report defects developers can act on. Identify, categorize, and report bugs and errors to development teams with insightful information (screenshots, traces, error messages, stack traces, etc.), separating product defects from automation defects, environment issues, and data problems
• Direct AI Agents, then own the output. Plan scope, generate tests, investigate failures and reject what's flaky, unasserted, or five times larger than the task
• Build the AI tooling layer. Reusable agent skills, subagent definitions, and the machine-readable convention rules everyone's tests get reviewed against locators, page-object structure, spec placement, test IDs, so generated tests are correct by default
• Shape the testing standards, don't just follow them
Why You'll Love This Role
• You'll work on real features used by thousands of educators and, most importantly, tens of millions of learners around the world
• You'll build and evolve test automation that scales with our growing platform and ensures quality at every release
• You'll be part of a tight-knit team where your ideas matter, and your work directly impacts product quality
• You'll grow fast—technically and professionally in a team that's generous with knowledge and big on collaboration
• You'll own meaningful product-area automation, not just isolated test cases, and help teams ship faster
• You'll work in an engineering culture that treats Agentic AI as a real skill: prompt, steer, review, and ship faster without lowering the bar for test quality
Requirements
Must-Haves
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance / Software Testing engineer, with strong automation ownership
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices
• Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation framework (or a comparable modern web automation framework) and Page Object Model (POM) design pattern
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Excellent analytical thinking to produce and document test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test strategy plans
• Comfortable at more than one layer, API, UI, cross-browser, responsive, and able to say which one a given risk belongs to
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
• Close attention to detail and a product-oriented mindset, automation is a tool for product confidence, not the goal by itself
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, coverage, gaps, and remaining risk
• Team player with the ability to get things done in a non-hierarchical flat organization
• Excellent prioritization, estimation, and scheduling skills
• Ability to learn the LearnWorlds platform quickly and connect automation decisions to real customer workflows
• Proven Agentic AI skills: you regularly use and improve AI agents to complete multi-step test engineering work—planning, generating, debugging, and maintaining automation
• Strong judgment over AI output: you review, steer, and reject generated tests that are flaky, insecure, poorly structured, or disconnected from real risk
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized test environments
• Experience in EdTech, LMS systems, payments, ecommerce, analytics, mobile, or other complex SaaS products
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with backend/API automation beyond UI flows
• GitHub repos, open-source contributions, or personal projects you're proud of
You'll Thrive Here If You...
• Prefer ownership over hand-holding and clarity over bureaucracy
• Think speed and quality can (and should) co-exist
• Ask "why" before "how," and make decisions with context, not just checklists
• Love clean code, good architecture, and continuous improvement
• Embrace feedback, stay curious, and enjoy sharing knowledge
• Treat AI agents as collaborators you direct with clear intent, not as a shortcut around engineering judgment
• Believe AI won't replace QA engineers—but engineers who work well with agents will outperform those who don't
Benefits
• Private life and health insurance plan
• Fully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per year
• Your personal annual training budget
• An annual home office allowance to set up your personal space
• Company laptop
• 23 days of paid time off
• 3 early summer Fridays in July and August
• Access to AI tools at work
• A free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own courses
• Company retreats & other onsite team activities (see the video of our latest retreat)

Chemical Safety Expert for AI Model Safety Audit
SME Careers
📍 Cyprus
💼 Contract
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
## Description
SME Careers is hiring chemists and chemical safety professionals to audit how AI models respond to sensitive questions in the field. Each task gives you a user request and the answers three different models gave to it. You classify the request (benign, dual-use or adversarial), mark each answer as safe or unsafe and say why, rank the three against each other, and write the answer the model should have given. For dual-use requests you also note what makes it sensitive, what legitimate purpose it serves, and who should be able to get an answer.
The requests are realistic: what synthetic and analytical chemists, toxicologists, industrial hygienists, process safety engineers, regulators and occasionally bad actors actually ask. Some are ordinary professional questions that models wrongly refuse, and catching those matters as much as catching the dangerous ones.
## Who we're looking for
Synthetic and analytical chemists; toxicologists and pharmacologists; industrial hygienists and chemical safety/process safety professionals; CWC or chemical-security specialists; hazmat, poison-control or chemical incident responders; and chemical regulators (EPA, OSHA, HSE, OPCW-adjacent, or equivalent). Usually a relevant degree plus five or more years of professional experience. Experience with safety data sheets, exposure assessment, incident reports or regulatory review is a strong plus.
## Before you apply
Open only to citizens or permanent residents of the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.

Product Analyst
Wrike
📍 Nicosia
💼 Full time
🏠 Hybrid
Описание вакансии
Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
ou'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.
This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next — turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Our Work Style:
• Tech Stack: SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
• Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days in-office

Wrike
📍 Nicosia
💼 Full time
Your Impact:
• Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assess and Measure Product Impact Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.

Mid AI Engineer
HFM
📍 Larnaca
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, delivering cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide. We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Mid AI Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Build and ship internal AI services end to end — from the data pipeline through the model to the API other teams call — working within the team's established architecture.
• Develop asynchronous REST APIs and microservices in FastAPI, deployed on Kubernetes, to serve models and orchestrate agent tool calls.
• Implement retrieval pipelines over PostgreSQL and pgvector — chunking, embedding, indexing and retrieval tuning — and measure them against a held-out evaluation set.
• Build and maintain training pipelines covering data preparation, fine-tuning, evaluation and model registration, promoting a new model only when it measurably beats the one in production.
• Integrate agent tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints, ensuring each tool enforces its own access controls rather than relying on the model to do so.
• Write the evaluation sets, structural output checks and drift monitoring that prove a model works before release and keep proving it afterwards.
• Instrument services with structured logging, Prometheus metrics and OpenTelemetry tracing, so that failures can be diagnosed rather than guessed at.
• Review the work of junior engineers and trainees, pair with them on delivery, and contribute to the team's engineering and documentation standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of backend software development experience, including hands-on delivery of at least one machine learning or LLM application into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI, with solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Practical experience with LLM application patterns — retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, structured outputs, and evaluation of model quality.
• Experience with Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines, and comfort working in a containerised environment such as Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of a major cloud platform, ideally AWS.
• A methodical approach to correctness: you write tests, you measure before and after, and you can explain how you know a change is an improvement.
• Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
• A collaborative approach — comfortable learning from senior colleagues and supporting those with less experience.
Nice to have:
• Experience running vector search in production (pgvector, OpenSearch, Qdrant or similar).
• Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex) or to the Model Context Protocol.
• Experience with model registries and deployment workflows (MLflow or equivalent), or with serving open-weight models (e.g., vLLM).
• Familiarity with analytical data stores such as ClickHouse, and with observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Langfuse).
• Familiarity with FinTech platforms, FX trading, or financial services operations.
Resumes must be submitted in English. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Benefits
• Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home)
• Comprehensive Health plan starting from the first day of employment
• Pension plan
• 13th salary payment
• Additional Paid Annual Leave (up to 30 days, based on years of service)
• Up to 5 Carry over annual leave days from previous year to the next one
• Birthday Leave
• Udemy Business access
• Monthly Wolt Vouchers
• Monthly meals & treats at the office
• Participation in company's Group Discount Scheme
• Gym Membership
• Referral Bonus Program

What We're Looking For
• 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation
• Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide audience attention
• Prompt engineering skills -ability to write precise, iterative prompts that yield the exact creative output you need
• Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard
• Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant creative direction
• Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices
It will be a plus:
• Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows)

• The full cycle of AI video creation - from idea to final
• Experience working with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok / YouTube
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
• Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
• Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
• Hire - if we align, we'll invite you to join our team for a test trial period.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, we'd be happy to negotiate your salary).

• Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Hubstaff ensures transparency and fairness.
• Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.

• Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.

Software Engineer in Test (Remote, Greece or Cyprus)
LearnWorlds
📍 Nicosia
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии

AI Adoption Manager
Neurons Lab
📍 Cyprus
💼 Full time
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Objective
Lead AI adoption across the client teams — from first assessment, through workshops and hands-on enablement, to self-sufficient daily AI use, with adoption reported as measured business impact.
About The Project
Neurons Lab delivers AI education and adoption programs for enterprise clients, mainly in financial services (banking, insurance, and capital markets). This role leads those programs inside the customer's own teams — taking each new client from first assessment, through workshops and hands-on enablement, to confident daily AI use.
The AI Adoption Manager is the face of the program with the client. Embedded in the customer's business teams, the role runs the full education and adoption cycle and carries the customer success side of the engagement: building the relationship, keeping adoption healthy, reporting outcomes to client stakeholders, and surfacing where the account can grow. Because most clients operate in regulated financial-services environments, every program runs inside the client's data-governance, compliance, and responsible-AI guardrails.
KPIs
• Post-workshop AI adoption per team (primary KPI)
• Measured business impact per team — time saved, cycle-time, or effort reduced against a baseline captured before enablement
• Number of active champions identified, developed, and made visible to client leadership
• Cadence adherence — recurring sessions held on rhythm, response times measured in hours, not days
• Teams released as self-sufficient; qualified opportunities passed to the technical tracks
• Engagement growth — follow-up workshops, recurring enablement, new scopes originating from business team engagement
Areas of responsibility
• Assess and prioritize — map each team's workflows and current AI usage, turn their real pain points into a prioritized enablement plan, and rule out use cases where the payoff isn't real
• Deliver enablement end to end — design and run workshops (personally and with external trainers) that target each team's own use cases and produce walk-away skills, prompts, and tools they use the next day
• Build reusable assets — maintain a shared library of approved prompts, skills, and templates teams can reuse without you in the room
• Grow champions and adoption — develop champions inside each team, surface and remove adoption blockers, and hold a steady cadence with the business teams
• Keep it inside the guardrails — align every plan with the client's data-governance, acceptable-use, and responsible-AI policies, working with IT, security, and legal
• Measure and report value — baseline each team, track adoption against targets, and report progress, risks, and ROI to client sponsors
• Drive to self-sufficiency and expansion — hand teams over once they sustain AI use on their own, pass engineering-grade work to the technical track, and surface new scopes for the account
Skills
• Workshop and training design and delivery, with strong live facilitation
• Change management and adoption, grounded in instructional design and adult learning
• Practical, daily AI fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, prompt engineering) and the ability to rebuild an expert's workflow as an AI-assisted one for non-technical users
• Customer success — trusted client relationships, healthy adoption, and usage turned into demonstrated value
• Strategic program design and clear executive, cross-functional communication, with comfort in ambiguity
Knowledge
• Modern AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering, applied practically and daily
• Change management and adoption psychology — what makes change stick from within
• AI governance and responsible-use frameworks — data classification, acceptable-use, and responsible-AI policy, enough to keep enablement inside client guardrails
• Enablement/training business or consulting background
Experience
• 5+ years in change management, enablement, digital-transformation consulting, or enterprise software rollout, including at least one full-cycle deployment
• Top-tier management-consulting experience (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is a strong plus
• Customer success experience strongly desired — owning client relationships, adoption health, and value realization
• Hands-on experience driving technology or process adoption inside organizations
• Track record designing and delivering workshops/training sessions personally
• Experience running assessments, feedback sessions, and executive updates
• Fluent English required
What we offer
• Competitive compensation — a monthly base plus expansion revenue upside
• Fully remote — outcomes over attendance
• Unlimited PTO
• Full-time contractor engagement with a fast-growing AI consultancy at the forefront of enterprise transformation

AI Product and Game Technology Lead

📍 Limassol
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Cyprus | Hybrid / Flexible
AI Product & Game Technology Lead, Limassol, Cyprus.
Applied AI / Full-Stack / Founding Engineer
Build the technology behind a new generation of leadership simulation games.
Our client is developing an AI-native behavioural intelligence platform delivered through in-person, multi-participant simulation games. The experience combines live human interaction with voice capture, conversational AI, multi-agent AI and behavioural analytics to reveal how people actually lead, collaborate, negotiate and make decisions in complex situations.
The games are played in person by leadership teams, with technology providing each participant with their role, traits, objectives and instructions, together with an embedded AI Oracle that acts as a private strategic sounding board throughout the experience.
The company is now building the technology platform that will allow multiple games to be developed, delivered and ultimately licensed to organisations and consultants internationally.
The role
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on technology professional to help turn the existing game concept into a fully functioning product.
You will work directly with the founders and creative team, building and integrating the technology across:
• Mobile-first player experiences
• AI Oracles and AI game characters
• LLMs, conversational and agentic AI
• Voice capture, speech-to-text and speaker identification
• Player and AI interaction data
• AI-driven behavioural analysis
• Individual and collective reporting
• Game configuration and deployment
• The underlying platform for future games
This is not an infrastructure role or a traditional CTO position. We are looking for a builder who enjoys prototyping, testing, problem-solving and getting technology into the hands of real users.
About you
You may be an AI Product Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Founding Engineer, Technical Product Builder or Technical Lead with experience taking technology from concept to functioning product.
You should be comfortable working hands-on with modern AI technologies and APIs and have strong product instincts.
Experience with voice/audio AI, conversational AI, behavioural analytics, gaming, simulations, learning & development or assessment technology would be highly relevant.
Most importantly, you enjoy solving problems where the answer doesn't already exist.
The opportunity
This is an early-stage opportunity to help shape a product at the intersection of AI, technology, behavioural science, leadership and game design, with Cyprus as the base for its technology and creative development.
If you want to build something genuinely new rather than manage someone else's technology, we'd like to hear from you.

AI Platform Engineer, Enablement and Governance Operations
Kraken
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Building the Future of Open Finance
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.
The team
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Enterprise Transformation owns Kraken's internal AI platform. AI tooling is deployed at scale across the org. Tiered spend controls are live, a governed integration gateway is in production, and a system inventory is being built against real regulatory obligations. The next constraint is not access. It's capability. The frontier moves every few weeks, and most of what arrives is a protocol, API, or primitive that someone has to turn into something the rest of the company can safely use.
The opportunity
• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook. Identify capability gaps between what's possible and what the organization can safely use, then close them by evaluating vendors or building internally.
• Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface. You'll handle connector onboarding, authentication flows including OAuth and federated identity, reliability, and vendor escalation when things break.
• Build internal tooling that extends the platform. Think agent scaffolding, reusable skills and prompt assets, evaluation harnesses for model changes, provisioning automation, and integrations between AI tooling and your systems of record.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate. Set caps by role and tier, build alerting rules, manage exception queues, run monthly reconciliation against vendor commitments, and eliminate the current single author risk in cap automation.
• Implement the technical controls behind policy on data handling, retention, and model eligibility. This means identity integration, SSO and SCIM, entitlement by role and tier, and workspace configuration where retention terms differ by model class.
• Work directly with teams to unblock them. Sit with them, understand the workflow, build or configure the thing that enables them to get real leverage from the tools.
• Run technical enablement. Deep dives for tool rollouts, office hours for model releases, and authority over the engineering detail in knowledge base material.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end. Model turn ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning queue, vendor configurations, and seat true ups.
What You Bring
• Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software, not just configure vendor products. Python or a comparable language should be natural to you. Version control, CI, containers, and secrets management are everyday tools.
• Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs with working familiarity of agent and tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool calling architectures.
• Working knowledge of identity and access. Okta or an equivalent IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity are things you've worked with.
• Operational discipline. You understand intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and the instinct to document a fix the first time you make it.
• Genuine teaching ability. You can explain a technical capability three different ways on the same day to compliance, traders, and backend engineers.
• Clear written communication for technical documentation, runbooks, and policy pages.
• Judgment about what to build. You can tell the difference between a capability the organization actually needs and a demo that will be abandoned in a month.
Nice to haves
• Experience standing up an internal developer or AI platform, including the self service and guardrail layers.
• Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practice.
• Experience with low code or workflow automation platforms.
• Atlassian administration depth in Jira, Confluence, or JSM.
• Familiarity with regulated industry audit and evidence work in financial services.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
Our commitment
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

DevOps Engineer
GlobalDots
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
About GlobalDots
GlobalDots has spent more than 20 years helping companies adopt cloud, security, performance, and DevOps technologies. We work with over 1000 businesses, among them Lufthansa, Playtika, and Payoneer, and we resell and integrate a portfolio of 100+ vendors. We are an AWS partner, Cloudflare’s 2025 EMEA Growth Partner of the Year, and an Anthropic partner and reseller.
The role
• You will build and run infrastructure for our clients, hands-on. You write the Terraform, apply it, and own the result, sometimes on high-load production systems. The work varies: an EKS platform build for one client, a Terraform and GitOps cleanup for another, a CI/CD migration or a cost reduction for a third. Most of it runs on AWS, which is where we want your deepest experience. You may also work in Azure, GCP, or on-prem environments, so you should be comfortable operating outside AWS when needed.
• Cloudflare is an important part of the GlobalDots portfolio, and our DevOps work includes it when the design calls for it: DNS and WAF in front of a new platform, Zero Trust or Tunnels for access, Workers or R2 where they fit. You should be comfortable picking those up alongside the infrastructure work.
• We expect you to work with AI coding agents as a normal part of the day: reading an unfamiliar codebase, writing Terraform, debugging a failing pipeline, drafting a runbook. Because of the Anthropic partnership, Claude Code is our default and the tool we know best, and we provide the licenses; experience with Codex, Cursor, or similar counts too. AI tooling is used within each customer’s security and data-handling requirements. You stay responsible for what ships. AI output gets reviewed and tested like anything else.
• The line between infrastructure and application code is thin for us. You should be comfortable going into a client’s service to add proper logging, metrics, and tracing, sitting with their developers to debug a production issue, or building an SRE agent that helps a team through incidents.
• A lot of the job is talking to people. You will work directly with different customers, each with its own team, habits, and constraints. GlobalDots also works with many vendors and has several departments, and they periodically bring a DevOps engineer into pre-sales calls or a deeper technical discussion with a prospect. Expect to join those as the infrastructure voice in a cross-functional team.
What you will do
• Design and build AWS environments with Terraform (Terragrunt is common in our repos): accounts, networking, IAM, EKS, data stores.
• Run Kubernetes in production: upgrades, networking, ingress, secrets, workload hardening.
• Get scaling right at every layer: HPA and VPA, KEDA for event-driven workloads, Karpenter or Cluster Autoscaler for nodes, and queue-based or serverless designs where a cluster is the wrong answer.
• Run GPU workloads properly: node pools and drivers, scheduling and sharing, and the cost side of keeping expensive hardware busy.
• Set up GitOps and CI/CD, usually ArgoCD or Flux with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, and move clients off older pipelines.
• Put observability in place and use it to resolve real incidents. The stack depends on the client: Prometheus and Grafana with Loki or Tempo, OpenTelemetry, ELK or OpenSearch, Datadog, and plenty of others. You will not know all of them, and that is fine, as long as you can learn a new one quickly.
• Treat FinOps as an ongoing part of every engagement: right-size, pick the right pricing model, and leave the client with the visibility to keep spend under control.
• Talk to clients directly on Slack and calls, write short documentation, and leave clear runbooks and maintainable systems the client can operate with confidence.
• Join pre-sales and scoping calls with our sales, security, and vendor teams when they need someone to go deep on infrastructure.
Requirements
• Several years running production systems on AWS. You know VPC networking, IAM, and high availability patterns well enough to design them from scratch.
• Strong Terraform.
• Production Kubernetes experience, ideally on EKS, including autoscaling and at least some exposure to GPU workloads.
• Working knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux) and at least one CI system.
• Observability: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and the habit of reading them under pressure.
• Solid Linux and Bash, plus Python or Go for anything longer than a script.
• Daily use of an AI coding agent, ideally Claude Code. You can walk us through concrete examples of what you have built or fixed with one.
• English good enough to run a client call and write documentation the client keeps.
• Proactive by default. You notice what is broken or slow and fix it or raise it without waiting to be asked.
• Self-sufficient. You are comfortable owning a DevOps workstream on your own, from scoping through delivery and support. On other engagements, you join the client’s existing DevOps team and follow their process and conventions. You need to be at ease in both modes.
• You enjoy working with different customers and explaining technical decisions to people who are not engineers.
Nice to have
• Hands-on Cloudflare: WAF rules, Zero Trust and Access, Tunnels, Workers, the Terraform provider.
• Azure or GCP in production.
• Agents, MCP servers, or other automation you have built on top of LLMs, Claude models in particular, especially anything used for incident response or on-call.
• AWS or CKA/CKS certifications. Useful, not required.
• On-prem experience (Ansible, bare-metal Kubernetes).
How we work
• No formal on-call rotation. Occasional urgent production work happens, and we compensate or offset it.
• Flexible hours. You arrange your working day yourself around customer meetings.
• Certifications (AWS, GCP, HashiCorp, Kubernetes) at company expense.
• Equipment of your choice.
• Company-funded conferences and training.
Fit
If you know the AI tools well but have not run AWS and Kubernetes in production, this is not the right role. The reverse also applies: deep infra experience without any habit of working with AI agents will be a hard adjustment here. The same goes for engineers who prefer to receive tickets and work alone; here the customer contact is part of the job.

Explosives & Energetic Materials Expert for AI Safety Audit
SME Careers
📍 Cyprus
💼 Contract
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
## Description
SME Careers is hiring explosives and energetic materials professionals to audit how AI models respond to sensitive questions in the field.
The requests are realistic: what mining and blasting engineers, pyrotechnicians, propellant chemists, bomb technicians, investigators and occasionally bad actors actually ask. Some are ordinary professional questions that models wrongly refuse, and catching those matters as much as catching the dangerous ones.
## Who we're looking for
Commercial blasting engineers and mining/quarry explosives specialists; military or police EOD and bomb technicians; energetic materials, propellant or pyrotechnics chemists; post-blast investigators and forensic examiners; explosives safety officers and regulators (ATF, HSE, DoD explosives safety, or equivalent). Usually a relevant degree or certification plus five or more years of hands-on professional experience. Experience writing incident reports, safety cases or expert opinions is a strong plus.
## Before you apply
Open only to citizens or permanent residents of the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and The European Union
Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.

Product Analyst
Wrike
📍 Cyprus
🏢 2700 Product Analytics
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Your Impact:
• Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities
Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assess and Measure Product Impact
Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
• Run Experiments and Product Research
Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
• Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
• Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.

Who Is Wrike and Our Culture
We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. With 1,000+ employees collaborating across nearly every time zone, we support talent through 10 global hubs — Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, India, Ireland, Japan, and the United States — offering flexible ways of working that include remote work, hybrid environments, and co-working spaces across many locations.
While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.

• Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
• Use AI to Work Smarter
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
