What You'll Do
We create premium AI short films and series that make people feel something. You'll be a key part of building this, producing daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each episode is 60-90 seconds of polished, character-driven storytelling that lives on someone's phone, often watched without sound.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI tools and deliberate creative craft. This means:

• Believable characters who feel real, episode to episode
• Natural-sounding voices and carefully placed audio that works whether the sound is on or off
• Purposeful editing where every cut serves the story and the viewer's emotional journey

What We're Looking For
• 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation
• Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide audience attention
• Prompt engineering skills -ability to write precise, iterative prompts that yield the exact creative output you need
• Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard
• Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant creative direction
• Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices
It will be a plus:
• Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows)

2. Αναπτύσσει και εισηγείται πολυετή τεχνολογική στρατηγική βασισμένη σε στόχους, σχέδιο υλοποίησης αλλαγών, ευθυγραμμισμένα με τη στρατηγική του Κέντρου με βάση τις εγκεκριμένες προτεραιότητες και τον ετήσιο προγραμματισμό.
3. Παρακολουθεί συστηματικά τις λειτουργικές δαπάνες κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους και διασφαλίζει ότι κυμαίνονται εντός του εγκεκριμένου προϋπολογισμού και ενημερώνει για τα αποτελέσματα τον/την ΕΔ.
4. Συνεργάζεται και υποστηρίζει τους προϊστάμενους άλλων τμημάτων σε θέματα που εμπίπτουν στις αρμοδιότητες και την ευθύνη του. Συντονίζει έργα ψηφιακής αναβάθμισης/ανάπτυξης και βελτίωσης υπηρεσιών που του ανατίθενται, σε συνεννόηση με τον/την ΕΔ.
5. Συμμετέχει στις Επιτροπές του Κέντρου συμβάλλοντας στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία τους.
6. Εποπτεύει, καθοδηγεί, υποστηρίζει και παρακινεί τους υφιστάμενούς του, καλλιεργώντας ένα θετικό και παραγωγικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της δέσμευσης, της ικανοποίησης και της επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης του προσωπικού.
7. Καταρτίζει, παρακολουθεί και υποβάλει στον/ην ΕΔ δείκτες απόδοσης (KPIs) του τμήματος πληροφορικής, σύμφωνα με τους στρατηγικούς στόχους του τμήματος.
8. Συμμετέχει στην κατάρτιση των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, των εγγράφων διαγωνισμού και στη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης των προσφορών, ενώ διαχειρίζεται και παρακολουθεί την υλοποίηση των σχετικών συμβάσεων, διασφαλίζοντας τη βέλτιστη σχέση ποιότητας, αποτελεσματικότητας και κόστους προς όφελος του Κέντρου.
9. Ευθύνεται για την προμήθεια αναλωσίμων πληροφορικής καθώς και την αποτελεσματική διαχείρισή τους, διασφαλίζοντας την επάρκεια αποθεμάτων και τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική υποστήριξη των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων του Κέντρου.
10. Διενεργεί αξιολόγηση κινδύνων που αφορά τα δίκτυα, τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα, τις εφαρμογές, τις ψηφιακές υπηρεσίες και τα δεδομένα του Κέντρου, σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ασφάλειας πληροφοριών. Η διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει τον εντοπισμό, την αξιολόγηση, την καταγραφή, την ιεράρχηση και τον μετριασμό των κινδύνων κυβερνοασφάλειας, καθώς και τη συνεχή παρακολούθηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των μέτρων προστασίας.
11. Αναπτύσσει και εξασφαλίζει έγκριση για τις πολιτικές χρήσης που εφαρμόζονται στο προσωπικό, λαμβάνοντας δεόντως υπόψη την ασφάλεια, την προστασία και την ορθή χρήση όλων των συστημάτων πληροφορικής.
12. Υποστηρίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις της οδηγίας NIS2 και της νομοθεσίας για τα προσωπικά δεδομένα, καθώς και με τις ισχύουσες πολιτικές και διαδικασίες κυβερνοασφάλειας του Κέντρου και αναπτύσσει τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα όπου χρειάζεται σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του υπευθύνου ασφάλειας πληροφοριών του Κέντρου.
13. Παρέχει στρατηγική εποπτεία της τεχνολογικής αρχιτεκτονικής του Κέντρου, του τοπίου διασυνδέσεων, της στάσης κυβερνοασφάλειας, των ρυθμίσεων ταυτότητας και πρόσβασης, των πλατφόρμων δεδομένων, των υπηρεσιών cloud και της ανθεκτικότητας των κρίσιμων κλινικών και εταιρικών συστημάτων.
14. Αξιολογεί αναδυόμενες τεχνολογίες και εξελίξεις του κλάδου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης (AI), του cloud computing, της αυτοματοποίησης, της κυβερνοασφάλειας, της ανάλυσης δεδομένων και των ψηφιακών λύσεων σε θέματα υγείας, και διατηρεί οδικό χάρτη εξέλιξης για την ασφαλή, ηθική και προσανατολισμένη στην αξία υιοθέτησή τους.
15. Διασφαλίζει ότι οι ρυθμίσεις επιχειρησιακής συνέχειας, αποκατάστασης από καταστροφή και απόκρισης σε κυβερνοπεριστατικά είναι τεκμηριωμένες, βάσει εκτίμησης του κινδύνου, ελέγχονται τακτικά και συντονίζονται με τους σχετικούς κλινικούς, επιχειρησιακούς και εξωτερικούς επηρεαζόμενους. Προτείνει σχέδιο αποκατάστασης από καταστροφή και το εφαρμόζει σύμφωνα με τις εγκρίσεις.
16. Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα των δραστηριοτήτων Διαχειριστή Συστημάτων για τον Ηλεκτρονικό Ιατρικό Φάκελο και το Σύστημα Αρχειοθέτησης και Επικοινωνίας Ηλεκτρονικών ή/και ψηφιακών και απεικονιστικών Εικόνων του Κέντρου.
17. Είναι υπεύθυνος/η να διασφαλίζει την επιτυχή εκτέλεση των backups και όλους τους ελέγχους που σχετίζονται με την ασφάλεια και προστασία, στην απαιτούμενη συχνότητα και εγκαίρως. Αναλαμβάνει προσωπικά να τους διενεργεί ή διασφαλίζει ότι πραγματοποιούνται από άλλους.
18. Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα της τεχνικής υποστήριξης, εκπαίδευσης και παροχής συμβουλών σχετικά με τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα του Κέντρου .
19. Παρακολουθεί σε καθημερινή βάση την υποδομή και τα συστήματα πληροφορικής και αντιμετωπίζει προβλήματα είτε μέσω συμβάσεων με τρίτους είτε προσωπικά.

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining multi-layer pipelines (Landing → Raw → Enriched → Curated) on Azure Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake),
- Orchestrating pipelines via Databricks Jobs / Workflows: dependencies, retries, alerting.
- Implementing batch and API-based data ingestion from multiple source systems.
- Applying schema enforcement and handle schema drift; run data quality checks at ingestion.

The Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for leading and delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives that improve business performance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and technology capabilities.
The role works closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to define transformation priorities, develop strategic roadmaps, redesign business processes and operating models, and ensure successful execution of complex transformation programmes.
The Digital Transformation Lead acts as the bridge between business strategy and technology, translating business objectives into practical digital solutions and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with the organisation's business objectives and long-term strategy.
Assess current business processes, operating models, technology capabilities and customer journeys to identify opportunities for digitisation, automation and performance improvement.
Define transformation roadmaps, target operating models, business cases, priorities, milestones and implementation plans.
Lead end-to-end digital transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Automation, APIs, digital platforms and other technology-enabled solutions.
Lead business process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve service quality.
Work with senior executives and business leaders to define transformation priorities, investment requirements and expected business outcomes.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, identify challenges and design future-state solutions.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, operations, data, product and external vendors.
Establish appropriate programme governance, delivery frameworks, reporting structures, risk management and change management processes.
Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and delivery performance.
Develop executive-level presentations, transformation business cases, progress reports, recommendations and strategic proposals.
Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in revenue, cost efficiency, customer experience, productivity and operational performance.
Support organisational change, stakeholder engagement and adoption to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes.
Manage relationships with technology providers, implementation partners and other external stakeholders.
Monitor emerging digital and technology trends and assess their potential impact and value for the organisation.
Establish and track transformation KPIs, benefits realisation and business outcomes.
Coach and develop transformation, project and business teams while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
7+ years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business transformation, programme management, technology delivery or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
Proven experience developing transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases and target operating models.
Strong understanding of business process optimisation, technology-enabled transformation and operating-model design.
Experience working with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe or equivalent project/programme management certification.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Change Management or Business Architecture.
Experience with Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, ERP, CRM, automation or digital platforms.
Experience working within a Big Four consulting firm, management consultancy, technology consultancy or large enterprise transformation function.
Experience leading transformation initiatives across multiple business units or countries.
Master's degree or MBA would be considered an advantage.
Leadership Profile
The successful candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded transformation leader who can operate comfortably between the executive, business and technology levels.

## Who we're looking for
Nuclear engineers and reactor physicists, safeguards and nonproliferation specialists (IAEA, NRC or equivalent, export control, national labs), health physicists and radiation safety officers, radiochemists, and former military or government nuclear personnel. Usually a relevant degree plus five or more years of professional experience. Experience reviewing technical work against a standard (licensing, inspection, peer review) or AI red teaming is a strong plus.

## Who we're looking for
Nuclear engineers and reactor physicists, safeguards and nonproliferation specialists (IAEA, NRC or equivalent, export control, national labs), health physicists and radiation safety officers, radiochemists, and former military or government nuclear personnel. Usually a relevant degree plus five or more years of professional experience. Experience reviewing technical work against a standard (licensing, inspection, peer review) or AI red teaming is a strong plus.

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend/full-stack product development, with 5+ years of React in production and strong senior-level expertise in TypeScript, including strict mode, React 19, and modern tooling such as Vite and monorepos.
• 2+ years of Node.js development on the server, with hands-on experience building and operating BFF or API gateway layers. Experience with NestJS is a strong plus; what matters most is understanding service aggregation, authentication, pagination, error contracts, and clear BFF boundaries.
• Strong production experience in microservice environments — ideally working with 10+ services and able to explain why a BFF exists, what it should own, and where its boundary sits. Experience limited to consuming a single monolithic API is not sufficient.
• Experience building complex, stateful UIs, such as graph/canvas editors or collaborative interfaces, including patterns like undo/redo, optimistic updates, conflict handling, and other non-trivial state management.
• Strong frontend architecture and code organization skills — familiar with approaches such as FSD or modular/layered architectures, and comfortable working within an established team architecture rather than imposing a personal one.
• Strong product sense and autonomy — able to make reasonable UI and UX decisions from product context and an existing design system, without always relying on finished designs or dedicated product designers.
• Solid testing culture, with hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit/component tests with Vitest and end-to-end tests with Playwright as an integral part of development.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend/data tools, including React Query, Socket.io, Prisma and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities:
• Build and evolve React interfaces for our AI agent platform, including conversation and prompt engineering tools, graph-based collaborative flow builders, agent configuration and testing interfaces, and call analytics dashboards, based on Figma designs.
• Own and develop the BFF layer on NestJS, aggregating REST microservices through typed clients generated from OpenAPI. Handle authentication, pagination, streaming, and error contracts to keep the frontend layer thin. Also contribute to backend development with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Drive the evolution and consistency of our frontend component ecosystem: consolidate legacy Ant Design components into our own design system built on Mantine, own the shared UI library and Storybook, and keep multiple product applications consistent.
• Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing, using Vitest for unit/component tests and Playwright for end-to-end and critical user-flow testing, including SDK functionality.
• Collaborate across teams and product v-teams on API contracts, SDK protocols, code reviews, bug fixes, QA support, and test scenarios, joining initiatives where frontend or platform expertise is needed.
• Partner with the documentation team to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides and practical code examples.
