Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others.
We’re building a company we’re proud of. One filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games.
Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.
The role is working within our studio: Belka Games
Belka Games is a game development company. According to Sensor Tower, the company is among the top 30 highest-grossing game developers in Europe, and its audience has recently surpassed 110 million players.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Game Designer specialising in balance and economy to strengthen one of the core areas of a mature, live-ops-driven F2P project. The key goal is to rebuild the in-game economy and bring system-level rigour to how we balance live-ops — moving from point-by-point tuning of individual events toward a coherent, interconnected approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose the current state of the game economy through independent, hands-on data analysis
• Systematically configure and maintain the in-game economy, including the monetisation layer
• Design and tune live-ops balance — not only within individual events, but across the whole layer, accounting for how events interact with and influence one another
• Establish a systematic workflow for live-ops balancing and an overall approach to rewards within events
• Help shape the event calendar toward stronger synergy between events
• Build and maintain balance models, documentation, charts and diagrams
• Analyse balance and monetisation, and propose data-backed changes and improvements
• Work with producer, game designers, level designers and analysts to validate and ship balance changes

• Strong understanding of F2P economies, including currencies, rewards, monetisation, offers, pricing, and player segmentation
• Hands-on experience balancing progression, live-ops content and reward systems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with data using SQL and BI tools
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet modelling skills. Experience building economy simulations is a plus
• Good understanding of statistics and A/B testing
• Strong mathematical and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to create clear, repeatable balancing frameworks and documentation
• Experience with match-3, casual, puzzle, or other live-ops-heavy games is a plus
• English and Russian spoken and written at B2 level and above

Business Development Partner
BackboneAI
📍 Limassol
💼 Contract
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
BackboneAI helps companies in Cyprus, mainly small and medium-sized ones, turn AI into real productivity.
We do two things:
• Training. Hands-on workshops that teach teams to use the best AI tools in their actual jobs: accounting, HR, sales, marketing, operations, management, finance.
• Automation. We build tools that take repetitive work off people's desks: quotes, reporting, invoice checks, contract review, customer replies.
Every workshop and every automation is built in-house. What we need now is someone who brings us the companies that need them.
What you will do
• Identify companies in Cyprus that would benefit from AI training or automation, mostly 20 to 200 people.
• Reach decision makers (CEO, COO, HR, Finance) through your network, LinkedIn, email, phone and local business events.
• Run the first conversation: understand how the company works, where time is lost, and whether we can help.
• Book qualified meetings, and prepare them so the next call is useful.
• Take part in closing alongside the founder at first, then close on your own as you learn the offer.
• Keep the pipeline up to date in our CRM.
At the start, the founder runs or joins every closing call with you. The goal is that within a few months you can run a deal from first contact to signature.
What we give you
• A high commission on every contract you bring in, with no cap.
• Offers that are easy to explain and have a clear price.
• Real use cases, demos and case material you can send to prospects.
• A CRM, prospecting tools and lead lists.
• A founder who joins your calls and answers prospects' technical questions.
• Training on our workshops and automations, so you understand what you sell.
Who we are looking for
• You already know people who run businesses in Cyprus. This matters more than anything else on this list.
• At least two years of B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally selling services, consulting, software or training.
• You are comfortable starting a conversation with someone you do not know, and following up without being pushy.
• You are curious about AI. You do not need to be technical, but you should use AI tools yourself.
• Fluent English (mandatory). Greek is a strong plus, as many of our clients prefer it.
• Based in Cyprus.
Pay
The first three months are commission only. There is no fixed salary during this period. You work as an independent contractor and earn a high commission on every contract you bring in, with no cap.
After that, if it works, we are open to bringing you in-house with a fixed salary plus commission.

Senior Client C++ Framework Developer
Scorewarrior
📍 Limassol
🏢 Platform
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 On-site
Описание вакансии
About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
• Framework core and LibRocket integration
• Game engine layer and cross-platform support
• Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
• Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
• App initialization and startup performance
• Debug tooling and observability
• Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
• Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
• Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
• Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
• Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
• Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
• Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
• 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
• Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
• Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
• Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
• Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
• Experience with game engines or framework-level development
• Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
• Experience with Unity (C#)
• Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.
Why join Scorewarrior
• Onsite work in Limassol, Cyprus: We aim to provide a comprehensive benefits package that supports both your professional growth and comfortable life in Cyprus. You will work from our modern offices in Limassol, surrounded by a highly professional and passionate team that truly enjoys what they do.
• Stable and transparent compensation, 13th salary, a bonus after successfully passing probation
• Additional paid days (sick leaves, Christmas holidays, corporate conferences and events)
• Full relocation coverage for you and your family, if not in Cyprus yet
• Monthly allowance for preschool, school, and university expenses for employees’ children
• Access to courses, learning platforms, and professional resources
• Company-funded professional and language courses, books, and certifications
• Access to gyms and sports facilities via SportBenefit
• Private health insurance for you and your family members

Team Lead Kotlin Infrastructure
JetBrains

🏢 Kotlin Build Infrastructure
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Remote for Cyprus
Описание вакансии
Are you an engineering leader who views developer infrastructure not as a collection of scripts, but as a core product that enables engineering craft at scale? Do you want to help shape long-term platform strategy and remove friction for hundreds of developers? Then you may be the person we're looking for to lead the Kotlin Infrastructure team at JetBrains.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Kotlin Infrastructure team enables development across the Kotlin repository by building and evolving the engineering infrastructure behind Kotlin development. We're looking for a Team Lead who will help the team scale its impact across the Kotlin organization and the broader JetBrains engineering ecosystem. You'll work alongside an experienced Technical Lead and a team of highly skilled engineers. While the Technical Lead drives architecture and technical implementation, you'll shape infrastructure strategy, drive execution across multiple initiatives, and help Kotlin infrastructure evolve as an engineering platform.
Day to day, you will:
Engineering leadership
• Define and drive the long-term evolution of Kotlin infrastructure together with the Technical Lead.
• Own planning and prioritization across infrastructure initiatives, balancing immediate needs with long-term investments.
• Drive initiatives that improve development productivity and the developer experience across the Kotlin engineering ecosystem.
• Support engineers through coaching, feedback, and hiring.
• Participate in cross-team collaboration to evolve the Kotlin infrastructure and engineering platforms.
Infrastructure platform
• Guide the evolution of infrastructure supporting Kotlin development, including:
• Developer experience across local development, code review, CI, and merge workflows.
• Kotlin build architecture and build performance.
• CI/CD systems, release infrastructure, artifact publication, and engineering workflows.
• Internal tooling, engineering automation, and development infrastructure management.
• Secure engineering infrastructure, including dependency management, reproducible builds, secrets, access management, build agents, and development environments.
What you’ll bring
• An engineering mindset that values systemic efficiency and developer empathy over rigid processes.
• The autonomy to make decisions close to the problem and accountability for the team’s choices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate architectural debates and align diverse engineering stakeholders.
• A commitment to quality and refusal to cut corners on platform stability for short-term fixes.
• The resilience to guide teams through open-ended, complex scaling challenges.
What you’ll need
• Experience leading engineering teams or large technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with developer infrastructure, build systems, CI/CD, or internal engineering platforms.
• Understanding of software build systems and engineering workflows at scale.
• Ability to evaluate technical proposals, facilitate architectural discussions, and help teams converge on pragmatic decisions.
• A passion for improving developer productivity through tooling, automation, and platform development.
• Experience with the following technologies would be nice to have:
• TeamCity.
• Gradle and Kotlin build scripts.
• Kotlin or the JVM ecosystem.
• Large monorepositories.
• Internal developer platforms or developer experience tooling.
Why join JetBrains?
• Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
• Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
• Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
• Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
• Relocation support – Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
• Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
• Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
• Internal events – Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

Product Analyst
Wrike
📍 Nicosia
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
ou'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.
This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next — turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Our Work Style:
• Tech Stack: SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
• Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days in-office
Your Impact:
• Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assess and Measure Product Impact Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
• Run Experiments and Product Research Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
• Turn Data into Product Insights Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
• Build Analytics for Scale Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
• Partner with Product Teams Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
• Use AI to Work Smarter Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
• Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
• Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
• Upper-Intermediate or better English
Standout Qualities:
• Python skills for data analysis
• Experience with Amplitude
• Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference
• Experience with product discovery or opportunity assessment
• Experience building AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.
Team Dynamics:
You'll join a team of experienced Product Analysts working closely with Product and R&D teams. We use data not only to measure what happened, but to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and help teams make better product decisions.
We value curiosity, analytical rigor, ownership, business thinking, and collaboration, while continuously looking for ways to make analytics more scalable through reusable approaches, automation, and AI.
What’s Next?
• Exploratory call with recruiter
• Home task assignment
• Technical Interview
• Culture Interview
If you're passionate about understanding how and why customers use products and want your analysis to influence real product decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

• 25 calendar days of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
• Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
• Hybrid Working Model
• School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
• Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
• Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursday

Wrike
Perks & Benefits:
• 25 calendar days of paid vacation
• Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
• Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
• 2 Volunteer Days
• Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
• Hybrid Working Model
• School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
• Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
• Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursday

Explosives & Energetic Materials Expert for AI Safety Audit
SME Careers
📍 Cyprus
💼 Employment type not specified
🏠 Work mode not specified
Описание вакансии
## Description
SME Careers is hiring explosives and energetic materials professionals to audit how AI models respond to sensitive questions in the field. Each task gives you a user request and the answers three different models gave to it. You classify the request (benign, dual-use or adversarial), mark each answer as safe or unsafe and say why, rank the three against each other, and write the answer the model should have given. For dual-use requests you also note what makes it sensitive, what legitimate purpose it serves, and who should be able to get an answer.
The requests are realistic: what mining and blasting engineers, pyrotechnicians, propellant chemists, bomb technicians, investigators and occasionally bad actors actually ask. Some are ordinary professional questions that models wrongly refuse, and catching those matters as much as catching the dangerous ones.
## Who we're looking for
Commercial blasting engineers and mining/quarry explosives specialists; military or police EOD and bomb technicians; energetic materials, propellant or pyrotechnics chemists; post-blast investigators and forensic examiners; explosives safety officers and regulators (ATF, HSE, DoD explosives safety, or equivalent). Usually a relevant degree or certification plus five or more years of hands-on professional experience. Experience writing incident reports, safety cases or expert opinions is a strong plus.
## Before you apply
Open only to citizens or permanent residents of the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and The European Union
Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.
