Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Находить точки роста продукта и инсайты в данных для обеспечения стабильного роста ключевых показателей;
- Проводить анализ поведения пользователей;
- Проектировать, сопровождать и оптимизировать систему аналитики для различных типов продуктов (web&app на базе Google Analytics: контроль работоспособности счетчиков, разметка событий);
- Вместе с командой дата-аналитики строить сквозную аналитику;
- Заниматься ad-hoc запросами и автоматизацией отчетности, создавать и поддерживать обновляемые дашборды для внутренних заказчиков.
От тебя:
- Владение инструментами Google Analytics (Universal и GA4), Firebase, BigQuery;
- Владение SQL, умение писать сложные запросы;
- Опыт применения статистических методов проверки гипотез, построения оценок и прогнозов;
- Опыт cоздания отчетов в Tableau или Looker;
- Знание основных продуктовых метрик;
- Понимание принципов создания сквозной аналитики;
- Хорошие навыки визуализации данных, создания презентаций и дашбордов.
Плюсом будет:
- Опыт самостоятельного проведения экспериментов: формирования гипотезы, выбора методологии, исследования, презентации результатов;
- Владение Tableau, знание других систем визуализации;
- Владение Python для анализа данных (Pandas, NumPy и тд.);
- Опыт миграции на GA4;

❗️Ищем миддл (4+ года опыта) разработчика для разработки новых cloud native и поддержки существующих сервисов платформы Market Data Services (MDS) с базовыми навыками Python (можно и без них).
MDS платформа используется для аналитических систем и приложений расчета рисков. Поддерживает широкий спектр финансовых инструментов.
Задачи платформы – доставка до различных потребителей разнообразных рыночных данных, как в режиме реального времени (стриминг), так и по окончании торгового дня. Платформа состоит из множества многопоточных сервисов, отвечающих за consuming, generation & distribution.
Нам нужен девелопер, который:
📍имеет стандартный джентельменский набор скиллов – multithreading, spring boot, sql;
📍 знает Python – для интеграции сервисов с Jupiter notebooks и т.д.
📍 знает, что такое API driven design;
📍имеет опыт с messaging frameworks (типа Kafka, JMS, MQ и т.д.);
📍имеет представление о сервисах и разработке в облака (предпочтение AWS);
📍действительно знает ООП, паттерны проектирования;
