- Управление командой:
Руководство и обучение сотрудников финансового департамента.
Мотивация команды и улучшение производительности труда.
- Оптимизация бизнес-процессов:
Контроль и анализ текущих финансовых бизнес-процессов.
Поиск и внедрение новых инструментов и методологий для автоматизации и оптимизации финансовых процессов.
Участие в проектах по внедрению новых систем учета и управления.
- Консультации и решение сложных вопросов:
Консультация руководства и других департаментов по финансовым вопросам.
Решение сложных операционных и финансовых вопросов.

Наши ожидания от кандидата:
- Высшее профильное образование
- Опыт на аналогичной должности от 3х лет
- Опыт работы с различными банковскими продуктами обязательно
- Опыт построения бизнес-процессов
- Уверенный пользователь продуктов 1С, MS Office
- Опыт работы с Jira, Confluence, Slack.
