Обязанности
📊 Поддержка бухгалтерии: Сбор и хранение счетов, квитанций и выписок с карт. Сведение несложных таблиц по расходам.
📄 Управление документами: Сканирование и копирование документов, хранение договоров и черновиков, организация сбора миграционных и KYC документов.
✈️ Координация поездок: Организация поездок, включая авиабилеты, бронирование отелей и трансферов, организация мероприятий и вечеринок.
📦 Управление инвентарем: Закупки в офис, включая канцелярские принадлежности и заказы из супермаркетов, управление офисным кейтерингом.
🛠️ Поддержка офиса: Закупка базового оборудования и предметов различной необходимости.
🗂️ Административная поддержка: Выполнение различных административных задач для обеспечения бесперебойной работы офиса.
👥 Помощь команде: Помощь коллегам по необходимости.

Ожидания от кандидата
💻 Уверенное владение Google Workspace и/или MS Office.
🗣️ Свободное владение русским или украинским языком.
🌐 Высокий уровень владения английским и греческим языками.
📝 Отличные навыки письменного и устного общения.
📅 Сильные организационные способности и тайм-менеджмент.
🚗 Действующее водительское удостоверение и автомобиль (компенсация предоставляется).
