Создание событийного контента на постоянной основе;
Взаимодействие с отделом маркетинга для согласования контента и его реализации.
📌Что мы ожидаем:
Понимание структуры работы через Task-трекеры (Jira, Trello и т.д.);
Опыт общения на английском языке (устно и письменно);
Современные знания в UX/UI, особенно в дизайне мобильных интерфейсов в областях iGaming, fintech, crypto, mega apps;
Навыки работы с графикой в статике и motion-дизайне;
Умение работать с фирменным стилем, поддержка визуальной целостности продуктов;
Владение инструментами: Figma и любым из инструментов для прототипирования (Principle, After Effects, Framer, ProtoPie);
Чувство стиля и хороший вкус;
Коммуникабельность, ответственность и самостоятельность.

Опыт работы в индустрии iGaming;
Хорошие коммуникативные и управленческие навыки.

Technical Writer for MSP360 Product Team (Only Cyprus based)

Now we are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a product management team who work collaboratively with developers, sales and support engineers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

✅ Responsibilities:

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand product guides, features overview and other customer-facing product related content
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a our products
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture

✅ Requirements and skills:

- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
