As an Online Casino Manager in our Client’s team you will be responsible for the development of an online casino strategy that will make the casino brand one of the most preferred on the market. - Verify documents , check deposit activity, bet history, duplicate accounts and any fraud.
- Report on situations in mails to understand the general situation in our department by employees of another department.

Requirements:

- Experience in the IGaming sector
- Level of English B2 \ C1
- Confident PC user
- Ability to work quickly with a large flow of incoming customer requests
- Knowledge of ethics of communication with clients
- Customer focus and multitasking
- Knowledge of admin and chat systems.
- AML certification would be a plus
