Требования:
Опыт работы Retention-менеджером или на аналогичной позиции в игровой индустрии от 2 лет.
Понимание принципов работы с CRM-системами и аналитическими инструментами.
Опыт работы с различными каналами коммуникации (email, SMS, push-уведомления).
Навыки аналитики данных и работы с метриками (LTV, churn rate, ARPU).
Знание принципов построения воронки продаж и удержания клиентов.
Высокие коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в команде.
Условия:
Удаленная работа, далее релокация на Кипр после успешного прохождения испытательного срока (помогаем с переездом и адаптацией).
