📍Локация: Лимассол, офис с видом на море
Формат: полный рабочий день
Мы, молодая и дружная команда, будем рады видеть нового сотрудника в нашем интересном проекте.
Чем вам предстоит заниматься:
- сотрудничество с техническим директором или ИТ-командой для выявления и внедрения полезных технологий для автоматизации и повышения эффективности работы команд;
- контроль внедрения новых технологий в организации;
- регулярный пересмотр и обновление технологических стратегий и инициатив
- внедрение методик систем мониторинга и отчетности по KPI;
- регулярный анализ операционных процессов для выявления возможностей улучшения;
- внедрение систем сбора обратной связи сотрудников (оценка показателя удовлетворенности (фидбек, жалобы, предложения), сбор предложений по улучшению продукта и инновациям).
Необходимые навыки:
- английский язык уровень B2-C1;
- высокий навык самопрезентации/презентации компании/переговоров
навык работы с кросс-функциональными и смежными командами;
- проактивность, высокая мотивация к самообучению для развития своих hard-скиллов.
Опыт:
- iGaming (gambling), гейминг, крипто, финтех;
- опыт управления операционными процессами (в рамках компании/команды/проекта);
- опыт работы с операционным ПО (Asana, Jira, Notion, CRM системами) - приветствуется.
