🔎Ищем опытного Retention-менеджера в новый международный проект iGaming.

Ищем CRM-менеджера, который будет отвечать за построение и реализацию стратегий удержания игроков, управление жизненным циклом клиентов и максимизацию их ценности. Эта роль требует аналитических способностей, креативного мышления и отличных коммуникационных навыков.

Основные обязанности:
• Разработка и реализация CRM-стратегии:
◦ Создание и внедрение комплексных программ лояльности, бонусных предложений и акций, нацеленных на различные сегменты игроков (новички, VIP, неактивные).
◦ Разработка и запуск триггерных кампаний для предотвращения оттока и стимулирования активности игроков.
◦ Персонализация клиентского опыта на основе анализа поведения и предпочтений игроков.
• Анализ данных и отчетность:
◦ Мониторинг и анализ ключевых метрик CRM (LTV, churn rate, ARPU, CPA, retention rate и т.д.).
◦ Сегментация базы игроков по различным параметрам (активность, частота депозитов, сумма ставок и т.д.) для точного таргетинга.
◦ Подготовка регулярных отчетов и презентаций о результатах CRM-активностей.
• Работа с неактивными игроками:
◦ Разработка и реализация реанимационных кампаний для возвращения неактивных пользователей.
◦ Предложение персонализированных мотивационных акций и бонусов.
• Взаимодействие и координация:
◦ Тесное сотрудничество с маркетинговым, продуктовым и техническим отделами для обеспечения согласованности CRM-кампаний.
◦ Участие в разработке новых функций и улучшений продукта на основе анализа потребностей игроков.
◦ Контроль за жизненным циклом игроков и разработка стратегий для поддержания их интереса.
• Управление коммуникациями:
◦ Работа с различными каналами коммуникации (email, SMS, push-уведомления) для донесения нужной информации до игроков.
◦ Оптимизация контента и каналов коммуникации для максимизации их эффективности.
Требования:
• Опыт работы CRM-менеджером или на аналогичной позиции в iGaming индустрии от 2 лет.
• Глубокое понимание принципов работы с CRM-системами и инструментами аналитики.
• Опыт работы с различными каналами коммуникации (email, SMS, push-уведомления).
• Продвинутые навыки аналитики данных и работы с ключевыми метриками (LTV, churn rate, ARPU, retention rate).
• Знание принципов построения воронки продаж и удержания клиентов.
• Умение работать в команде, высокие коммуникативные навыки.
• Ориентация на результат и способность работать в динамичной среде.
• Английский язык на уровне Upper-Intermediate (желательно).вные навыки и умение работать в команде.

The Role

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AWS

Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure using best practices.
Develop and maintain automation logic to handle deployments, monitoring, and system optimizations.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate systems and ensure seamless operations across the software lifecycle.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Ensure security practices are upheld, conducting regular reviews and assessments.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in DevOps and continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to drive organizational efficiency.
