Чем предстоит заниматься:
➖Управлять командой менеджеров по продажам (3-5 человек): ставить задачи, контролировать процесс, анализировать и оценивать результаты
➖Вести личные продажи крупным клиентам, развивать партнерские отношения, согласовывать условия
➖Анализировать рынок, находить новые точки роста и внедрять лучшие практики
➖Разрабатывать и внедрять стратегии продаж, следить за трендами в интернет-рекламе, тестировать новые инструменты
➖Готовить отчетность, анализировать метрики эффективности команды
