Администратор эстетического центра

Мы ищем внимательного и проактивного администратора, который станет ключевым звеном в ежедневной работе центра и обеспечит высокий уровень сервиса для наших клиентов.

Задачи

* Координация работы команды (косметологи, хозяйственный и вспомогательный персонал)
* Организация бесперебойной работы центра и контроль стандартов сервиса
* Работа с клиентами: запись, встреча, сопровождение, решение сложных ситуаций
* Продажи продукции центра и работа с клиентской базой
* Ведение переписок в мессенджерах и социальных сетях
* Ведение расписания и обеспечение полной загрузки специалистов
* Контроль кассы, ведение отчётности и учёт расходов
* Заказ материалов, контроль остатков, участие в инвентаризации
* Участие в развитии центра и внедрении новых услуг

Требования

* Эмпатия и высокий уровень клиентского сервиса
* Грамотная речь и знание делового этикета
* Умение быстро переключаться между задачами
* Оперативная и конструктивная реакция на входящие запросы
* Внимательность к деталям
* Английский язык — уровень B2

Будет плюсом

* Опыт работы администратором в клинике, косметологии или премиум-сервисе
* Опыт работы с кассой, CRM и документооборотом (1С / Odoo)
* Медицинское образование
* Знание греческого языка
