• Сменный: день/ночь 2/2 по 12 часов.
• Первые 2–3 месяца: 5/2 по 8 часов.

📝 Обязанности
• консультирование партнёров во внутренних каналах коммуникации;
• отладка и интеграция API;
• поиск и устранение технических ошибок;
• мониторинг работы продукта с использованием Grafana и Kibana;
• обработка сообщений о проблемах и багах;
• поддержание и обновление внутренней базы знаний;
• подготовка отчётов об инцидентах.

👤 Требования к кандидату
• уровень английского языка от B2, отличные навыки устной и письменной коммуникации;
• минимум 1 год опыта на аналогичной позиции;
• опыт поддержки веб‑приложений;
• опыт тестирования API (Postman или Insomnia);
• опыт работы с браузерными DevTools (Network, Console, Application и др.);
• знание MS Exchange, MS Office 365 и MS Outlook;
• опыт работы с Jira и Confluence;
• опыт анализа и интерпретации логов (Kibana, Grafana);
• степень бакалавра в области Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering или смежной.

✨ Будет преимуществом
• опыт поддержки облачных сервисов;
• понимание CRM, ERP или других бизнес‑приложений;
• опыт написания технической документации;
• знание XML и JSON, архитектуры REST;
• знание HTML, CSS, SQL;
• опыт работы с Postman.

🛠 Основные задачи
• предоставление второй линии технической поддержки (L2) приложений в гемблинг‑компании;
• взаимодействие и интеграция с технологическими партнёрами и клиентами;
• внутренняя коммуникация с командами Project Management, Development, QA и CSM;
• репортинг багов и предложений по улучшению продукта;
• расширение и поддержка базы знаний службы поддержки.
