-Менеджмент процессов с провайдерами: организация и контроль процесса помощи сотрудникам с заполнением деклараций физических лиц
(услугу оказывает провайдер, роль специалиста - управление процессом, контроль сроков и качества)
-Контроль расчёта зарплаты провайдером в 1–2 дополнительных локациях, подчинённых Кипру

Обязательные требования:

-Опыт расчёта заработной платы 5 лет всего/ из них на Кипре как минимум 1–2 лет
-Практический опыт расчёта налогов и социальных взносов на Кипре
-Опыт работы с payroll-системами
-Умение работать с большим количеством сотрудников и запросов
-Навык чёткого и понятного объяснения сложных зарплатных расчётов сотрудникам
-Умение находить решения в нестандартных ситуациях

Языки

-Английский — intermediate (B1–B2): для рабочей коммуникации
-Греческий — не обязателен, но будет плюсом для взаимодействия с налоговыми органами и фондами
