About the Role:
As a QA Engineer on the Payment Integrations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and correctness of integrations with external payment providers (PSPs).

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to prevent financial risks, ensure contract stability, and improve testing efficiency through a risk-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Participate in SDLC for integrations: requirements analysis, API contract review, testing, and release validation;
✔️ Test end-to-end payment flows;
✔️ Perform risk-based testing;
✔️ Perform contract testing;
✔️ Simulate provider responses using tools (proxies, mocks);
✔️ Investigate integration issues and production incidents;
✔️ Maintain test artifacts (checklists, integration requirements, test reports);
✔️ Improve QA processes to increase testing speed and reduce production incidents.

Requirements:
Must Have:
✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in QA;
✔️ Able to learn quickly;
✔️ Able to read and debug Java code;
✔️ Experience in payment systems / PSP integrations / fintech;
✔️ Strong experience in API testing (REST, JSON, Postman, Swagger);
✔️ Understanding of asynchronous systems;
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
✔️ Attention to detail in financial data and transaction correctness;
✔️ Experience with Git;
✔️ English sufficient for technical communication.
Nice to Have:
✔️ Experience with API test automation (Java / TestNG / RestAssured / etc.);
✔️ Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins);
✔️ Experience with proxy tools (Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler, mitmproxy);
✔️ Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Kibana);
✔️ Experience with Allure / reporting tools;
✔️ Experience with performance testing (k6, JMeter).

Мы — европейская продуктовая fintech-компания IBIT LTD и ищем Product Research & System Analyst в команду. Это high-load продукт, сильная команда профессионалов, минимум бюрократии и возможность влиять на развитие продукта.

💼: Задачи:
• Исследование бизнес-логики перед запуском новых фич;
• Анализ финансовых, технических и логических рисков;
• Проработка edge-cases и anti-fraud сценариев;
• Формирование системных требований;
• Подготовка сценариев отказоустойчивости.

⭐️: Требования:
• 3+ года опыта в системном анализе или финтехе;
• Опыт исследования бизнес-логики и моделирования процессов;
• Понимание Customer Journey Map (CJM);
• Понимание финансовых рисков и умение находить уязвимости.

💫Будет плюсом:
• Опыт в FinTech / iGaming / Trading / Gamification;
• Сильный risk mindset;
• Хорошая техническая база.

🚀 Senior BI Performance Analyst
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site in company offices, with an option for hybrid work after the first month

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Performance Analyst to support Sales and VoIP operations with data-driven insights.

This role partners with senior stakeholders on performance monitoring, KPI governance, escalations, and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is confident in senior-level discussions, can challenge assumptions, and can clearly defend analytical conclusions.

📊 Responsibilities:

* Support Sales leadership with performance analysis, KPI validation, and escalations
* Analyze large datasets across sales, customer interactions, and VoIP performance
* Translate business questions into clear analysis and recommendations
* Build and maintain KPI dashboards and frameworks
* Present insights to senior management
* Identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement

✅ Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in BI, Business Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or Operations Analytics
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Strong analytical thinking and business understanding
* Ability to handle performance discussions under pressure
* Clear communication skills
* Fluent English, written and spoken

🎁 Advantages:

* Experience with KPI frameworks
