Build the Team Behind the World's Most Ambitious Strategy Game
Total Battle is already one of the most-played 4X strategy games out there. Our goal is to make it #1 in the world — and we need exceptional people to get there.
We're looking for a Recruiter who knows how to find talent that isn't looking, close candidates who have options, and build a hiring process that scales.
The role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for the whole product team: developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product analysts, project managers, and a product manager. Each role has its own market, candidate profile, and assessment approach, and you'll run searches across all of them.
Expect to spend a lot of your time sourcing — most of these profiles aren't on the job market, and inbound applications won't fill the pipeline. Your ability to find and engage passive candidates is what will make or break the role.
This isn't a coordinator or sourcer-only role — you'll own recruiting end-to-end: developing the interview process, negotiating offers, training hiring managers, benchmarking compensation against the market, and reporting hiring data to stakeholders. If you want to own recruiting as a function — not just execute it — this is the role.
What we're looking for
• 3+ years as a full-cycle recruiter — in-house or executive search
• Experience hiring competitive, hard-to-find profiles where passive sourcing is the only option — tech, gamedev, executive search, or similar markets
• Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Habr — you find people who aren't applying, and you do it at volume
• Comfortable with data: you track metrics, spot patterns, and present findings clearly
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Genuine interest in games — you don't need to be a hardcore gamer, but you should care about the product you're hiring for
Why Scorewarrior
• 200+ people, one product — every hire you make is visible in the result
• A real product challenge: we're building the team that's going to beat the world
• Limassol, Cyprus — life by the sea, 300 days of sunshine, growing international tech community
• Full relocation package for you and your family: visa sponsorship, flights, logistics — all covered
What we offer
• EUR 5,000–6,000 net/month + 13th salary, and a EUR 4,000 bonus after probation
• Premium BUPA (UK) health insurance for you and your family, plus dental, vision, and annual check-ups
• Family support that actually moves the needle: up to EUR 600/month per child for school or university, up to EUR 400/month for daycare, life milestone bonuses (marriage, child birth)
• EUR 420/month food allowance + daily office breakfasts
• 22 vacation days (+1 per year of service), ~15 public holidays, generous sick leave
• Growth budget: professional courses, international conferences, 12h/month of English or Greek lessons via Preply
• Plus: mental health platform, SportBenefit (gym/tennis/dance), driver's license support
Hiring process (typically 2–3 weeks end-to-end)
• Screening call
• Test assignment
• Skills interview
• In-depth interview
• Final interview
• Reference check
If you've been building your recruiting career and want to do it at a company with a real product, real ambition, and a team that plays to win — let's talk.
