About the Role:
You'll join our international Product Design team and take ownership of one of our product missions, backed by a whole community of UX professionals. The job needs real interaction and interface design craft, plus a strategic head for balancing what customers need against what the business needs. And increasingly, it means treating AI as a working partner in your process, not just something you ask for ideas. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers, and customer success along the way.
Your Impact:
• Shape product design strategy. You're the one connecting what the business needs, what customers need, and what's technically possible.
• Design and build alongside other designers, PMs, and engineers. Using AI end to end. From digging through research to prototyping to iterating, not just for a first-draft idea dump.
• Turn ideas into things people can actually react to: wireframes, diagrams, task flows, working prototypes. Whatever gets the room aligned and unlocks better thinking.
• Talk to customers and partners directly to check whether your designs actually hold up.
• Help make our design tools, processes, and standards better for the whole team, not just your own project.
• Get involved in customer research early, while strategy and direction are still taking shape, not after.
• Work with engineering and business leads to ensure the shipped product feels as good as it looked in Figma or in your prototype.
• Push past team silos when a problem genuinely needs more than one group's perspective to solve.
Your Qualifications:
• Solid, real-world design experience and grounding in human-centered design.
• Comfortable moving across fidelity levels. Rough wireframes, polished mockups, technical diagrams, whatever the moment calls for.
• You use AI throughout your own process – research, prototyping, iteration – and, more importantly, you know when its output is wrong, not just when it's fast.
• Hands-on experience with customer research methods.
• You can take something complicated and explain it simply, to designers and non-designers alike
Standout Qualities:
• You've designed AI-powered products or features before.
• You can present your work to very different audiences – engineering, QA, content, marketing, sales and adjust how you explain it for each.
• You've helped cross-functional teams actually work better together, not just delivered your own piece of the puzzle.
• You can walk us through 3–4 different directions you considered for a problem, not just the one you shipped.
• You can look at a dataset and actually draw a conclusion from it.
• You notice where a system is cracking before it fully breaks, and you can propose and design the fix.
• You genuinely experiment with AI as part of how you work, and you keep an eye on what other products are doing well enough to borrow the good ideas.
• You've worked in agile teams before.
• Bonus: you can read code, or you're comfortable prototyping in tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
Our Work Style:
All teams use Wrike to structure and execute work, and our main design tool is Figma, but we don’t shy away from Cursor or Claude Code. We'd rather test a hypothesis than debate it in a meeting, so UX research and analytics are core to how we work. We care as much about getting discovery right as we do about shipping. Teams are cross-functional, and OKRs are how we keep score.
Team Dynamics:
Wrike product design team consists of 15+ full-stack product designers, 3 UX researchers, 2 content designers, a Design System Architect, 2 UX Architects, 3 Design Managers and a Head of Product Design. The team is distributed among different locations with 2 main hubs located in Prague and Cyprus. All these professionals are inspired by each other, the broader organisation and by our customers. Everyone is expected to lead UX in their product area and partner with their PMs and Engineering leaders.

Wrike’s Security team is the frontline defense ensuring the integrity and credibility of the data stored within our platform. In this senior position, you will own and evolve the security posture for Wrike’s production, Kubernetes, and GCP environments. You aren't just maintaining systems; you are architecting a "secure by default" infrastructure that allows our engineering and other teams to move fast without compromising safety.
Your Impact:
• Own and evolve security for Wrike's production and cloud (Azure permissions & configurations and GCP) environments, with a strong focus on network and infrastructure security.
• Design, implement, and improve security controls — network segmentation, WAF and IDS/IPS operations, hardening, IAM, SSO, and logging — across our fleet.
• Partner with System & Data Engineering, and other ops teams to embed security into architecture and change management (design reviews, sign-offs, "secure by default" patterns).
• Educate and coach engineers and operations teams on security practices through reviews, consultations, and targeted training.
• Identify, follow up on, and determine mitigation strategies for security risks.
Your Qualifications:
• Being a security subject-matter expert, guide engineering teams in end-to-end secure system design and implementation, with a focus on network architecture and cloud services and their associated components.
• Hands-on experience designing network segmentation/architecture and operating firewall / IDS-IPS platforms in production.
• Performing cloud infrastructure reviews from a security perspective; primary focus is on Azure permissions and configuration, with working knowledge of GCP and on-prem components.
• Identifying gaps in existing network and cloud security architecture/configuration, and recommending changes or enhancements (authentication, authorization, network segmentation, bastion host setup, etc.).
• Lead the technical direction and architecture of our cyber security defense capabilities, including enterprise security posture management.
• Communicate complex security concepts and risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Standout Qualities:
• Ability to balance security principles with business needs.
• Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, GIAC, a network security certification such as CCNP Security, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure; working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

Your Qualifications:
• Being a security subject-matter expert, guide engineering teams in end-to-end secure system design and implementation, with a focus on network architecture and cloud services and their associated components.

• Performing cloud infrastructure reviews from a security perspective; primary focus is on Azure permissions and configuration, with working knowledge of GCP and on-prem components.

About the Role
We're looking for a Data & AI Automation Engineer to join our IT team and transform how we manage financial data. You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, AI, and finance — building tools that let our team manage a Microsoft Fabric data warehouse through natural language instead of manual clicks.
This isn't a typical data engineering role. You'll take over day-to-day DWH operations, then systematically automate them — building AI agents that handle pipeline orchestration, account mapping, budget processing, and data quality monitoring. The end goal: a platform where the Data Lead manages everything through a chat interface, with zero manual routine.
What You'll Do
DWH Operations & Financial Data
• Own the day-to-day operation of financial data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric — monitoring, troubleshooting, refreshing
• Validate data quality at each period close: completeness, mapping accuracy, reconciliation with source systems
• Maintain and update account mapping files (GL accounts, projects, cost centers) in coordination with the Finance team
• Manage SSAS model refreshes on Azure Analysis Services for Excel and Power BI consumers
• Onboard new country entities into the DWH by replicating existing pipeline patterns
• Support the budget cycle: template preparation, data loading, model updates during high-frequency budget seasons
AI Agents & Automation
• Design and build a chat-based agent (Teams bot) that allows the Data Lead to manage DWH operations through natural language commands — refresh pipelines, check status, investigate failures
• Train the agent on our specific Fabric environment: workspace structure, pipeline names, dataset relationships, SSAS models
• Build an automated mapping workflow: detect unmapped accounts → AI suggests correct P&L/BS classification → notify Finance via Teams → apply confirmed mapping → refresh data
• Automate budget template generation based on current chart of accounts and prior year actuals
• Build file-watch automation that detects budget file updates and auto-refreshes Fabric pipelines and SSAS models
• Implement automated data quality checks with proactive alerts to Teams (anomalies, missing data, freshness issues)
Documentation & Process
• Document all DWH processes, data flows, mapping logic, and transformation rules
• Maintain a data dictionary for financial datasets
• Version-control all automation code, agent prompts, and configurations
• Create runbooks for incident response and pipeline recovery
